Everything was fine except my key did not work. I was locked out of side door and had to walk around to the front then stand in the hallway forv5 minutes until my son was out of the shower to let me in my room. Check all your keys as soon as you get there to ensure they all work

A peaceful hideaway during the week

The area surrounding this property is quiet even though there’s a highway behind it it’s tucked away gem especially when you just want to relax. Having access to the bar inside of the hotel is another bonus

I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so bad I felt compelled. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this hotel doesn’t care about cleanliness, customer service, or basic hospitality.
•The room was filthy—stains on the sheets, hair in the bathroom, and a strong smell of mildew.
•The AC didn’t work properly in 100°F weather, and no one came to fix it despite multiple calls to the front desk.
•Staff was rude and dismissive. They acted like doing their job was an inconvenience.
•Wi-Fi was non-existent, and when I complained, they shrugged and said, “It usually doesn’t work.”
•The breakfast was inedible—cold eggs, stale bread, and watered-down juice.

Honestly, I would’ve been better off sleeping in my car. This place should be inspected by health authorities. Avoid at all costs!

my experience didn’t quite live up to expectations. While the staff were friendly and the location was convenient, the room itself left much to be desired. The decor felt outdated, and the room was smaller than anticipated. The furniture wasn’t as comfortable as I’d hoped, and there was a noticeable lack of amenities that made the stay feel less luxurious. Additionally, the room’s lighting was dim, making it hard to feel relaxed. Overall, I didn’t feel like the room matched the quality I expected from a hotel in this price range. While the service and location were decent, I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless the rooms were updated.

Pros:
Extremely comfortable beds, high quality Dove brand toiletries, and very quiet and peaceful stay. My husband said the breakfast buffet is the best one he's been to at a hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel from 5-10 pm that we tried -- it was delicious.

Cons:
The TV is old and doesn't offer much. The shower head was broken so the water pressure was really light, making showering a pain.

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Piscataway-Somerset. The newly renovated rooms were spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. What truly stood out was the food at the Fusion Restaurant. The menu featured a great variety of delicious dishes, each bursting with flavor, and the service was exceptional. Every meal was a highlight of my stay. I had an outstanding experience at the Holiday Inn Piscataway-Somerset. The newly renovated rooms were clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The lobby looks amazing and the Patio is a very relaxing zone in the hotel. What truly made the stay special was the amazing food at Fusion Restaurant. The diverse menu offered delicious, flavorful dishes and impeccable service. Every meal was a delight, especially the fusion of different cuisines. The staff was friendly and ensured the stay and dining experience were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, excellent service, and a memorable dining experience.

My breakfast was included during my reservation with Expedia, but the front desk staff told me he didn't find it in their system. I showed him my email from Experia, which mentioned that breakfast is included, but he was not convinced. Then I had to call Expedia, and then Expedia called the Hotel. This was a hassle due to the staff's lack of knowledge and unprofessionalism.

Upon arriving my room wasn’t ready even after the check in time. Staff was helpful but said cleaning was behind. I didn’t like how the bath tub looked grimey probably due to age but still should be paved over. I asked for new sheets because one was stained and I received another sheet with holes. Not a bad place to stay for an overnight..

The hotel is made for the businesses around the area in which it is located. When you drive down the street to the hotel, you will see corporations next to the hotels. Our room was clean. The thermostat didn't function correctly. It said 71 but hardly any cool air was coming out of the AC unit. The AC unit ran all night which isn't too much of a problem, but it did dry me out. I woke up every hour and half to take a quick drink of water. The only real problem are the shower curtains. It doesn't stay where you place it, it keep creeping towards the center of the shower and sprayed water on the wall.

I drove over 5 hr from Western New York with my two kids, 2 year and 4 and half. They were very excited to stay in hotel with swimming pool. I book this hotel particular since they have swimming pool. I asked staff about swimming during checkin. I was told that we can enjoy swimming pool until 10 PM. My kids were very happy to hear they can enjoy swimming, but it did not last long as we all Change the dress and reach to the pool found the pool was out of order. My kids cry since they cannot swim after all. I immediately call hotel and this is the answer I get “ I am so sorry, poop is out of order at this moment”

I was disappointed by the false advertisement of free breakfast included. The staff was adamant about purchasing breakfast for an additional $10 per person after spending $158.00 for the night. My best friend went and purchase the additional breakfast coupon so the kids can eat for Easter Sunday. The front desk (pregnant) lady watched and walked from the back area to the dining to see if everyone that was eating purchased a coupon. After spending $300.00 for two rooms, that should have been the least of her worries. I will not stay at this location again. Don't advertise breakfast included with those high nightly rates. The competition is high, there are other hotels within the Piscataway, New Jersey area.

The hotel appears to be under construction the one elevator door kept getting stuck our room was never cleaned when we left for the day and returned it was still dirty. The sink faucet in the bathroom looked new however it was tilted so the water came out side ways which squirted everywhere the toilet flushed very slowly which was scary because we were not quite sure if the water would go down and the Tv kept going in and out this was a very disappointing stay and we had multiple rooms and we were all unsatisfied the price was good but next time we will pay more for better service

Overall stay wasn’t too bad. On arrival had to wait a bit because receptionist was using the restroom. Lobby looked ok While approaching the elevator the floors didn’t look too good then I realized the the hot was under big construction. Which no one told us. Rates should of definitely been cheaper for the service inconvenience. 1st day of breakfast services and food was pretty good but 2nd day not so good.

The carpets smell like cigarette, and from the rooms, you can hear if your neighbors are talking or watching TV. The beds are not comfortable. The area around the property is not nice and you need a car because there is nothing around to do.

Hotel under renovation and new management, which was not indicated at point of sale. 6pm arrival. Lobby was chaotic and needs stanchions to cue. Agent was talking with workers who seemed to be addressing repairs. Pool was out of order. No concession for that lost amenity, which was the planned activity for my family. Path to elevator a maze and smelled of paint. Unfinished updates. Elevator small. Room 217 faces quiet parking lot and vacant lot. Sunrise side. Room was stark contrast to lobby and hall. Comfortable beds, fresh linens, clean bathroom with super hot water and good pressure. Soap, shampoo, conditioner offered. TP in cabinet. Thermostat hanging off wall but worked. TV and remote clean and working. Lights worked, but no bath fan. Coffee station and refrigerator.

There was blood on the comforter when we got to the room, asked for another comforter, they said they didn't have any left. Asked for a couple of blankets, they didn't deliver it so an hour later went down to ask for them again, they delivered it 25 minutes later and went to unravel them and there are band aids and clumps of hair. Bugs . Also, there was a big party in the lobby and there was toys EVERYWHERE in the halls, kids riding on scooters, bikes etc. and running everywhere. They were running amuck and was extremely dirty . Pool was closed as well because of them. Hotel management had no control over this hysteria. 0/10 would never go back.

Hotel is in the middle of construction. Lobby area is a mess, our whole floor was dirty and covered in plaster and had to walk through stacks of buckets of plaster to get in from parking lot. Room was fine, but does not offer housekeeping or room service. When we were leaving the next morning there was a fight in the parking lot right next to us and a man was throwing large rocks at cars. I had to jump in car and speed out of the lot.

They put me in a room on a floor that was being renovated making it a bit loud. Plus I couldn't call down as the phones were all disconnected. Really? It's a big hotel, there were plenty of other rooms to put me in. On top of that there was no breakfast and not even coffee in the morning! Coffee is really all I need so that was very disappointing as the website said breakfast was included. I will not stay here again.

Hate to give a bad review, but i would not recommend staying here. Not what I expect for the price. lots of construction going on. ice machine didn't work on my floor. No hot water my second day. They charge you for a morning coffee. Breakfast was a bun and an apple. They don't offer the more common amenities, but charge you like they're a normal business class hotel.

it felt like in a remote area, maybe industrial. isolated, dark area at night. you will have to drive 15-20 min for the closest eating or convenient places. no house cleaning service, you have to ask for it every day. breakfast was suppose to be included, but no breakfast what so ever, no restaurant on site. no coffee in rooms. little coffee machine in behind front desk with a sign on to pay.

Staff was super helpful given the circumstances. Apparently if you book through Expedia the room may not be available, and we were told we would have to wait until one was cleaned. Fortunately we were given another room with a king bed, but no working TV. Pool was closed for maintenance so I suggest calling to confirm if this is a factor. So overall everything worked out but it was a frustrating check in experience, again no fault to the staff.

AVOID THIS PLACE

This was the WORST experience I've had at a hotel EVER.
I had to change rooms 4 times:
First room had no TV service. When i went to call front desk the phone did not work. IT WAS NOT PLUGGED IN. THE SOCKET WAS PULLED OUT OF WALL. Then the same was for TV. This was on top of no thermostat in room which was approaching 80 degrees, no chair at desk, no toilet paper roll in bathroom.
My room was changed. Next room NO TV SERVICE and room was hot again. No thermostat. Room was changed AGAIN. This time it appeared TV worked, air conditioning worked but DOOR COULD NOT LOCK.
The best review I could give is to avoid this place till they complete the construction and upgrades to property but I'll have to say avoid this place at all costs. I will be avoiding ALL Radissons from now on. I would advise Hotel.com to investigate this place and delist them till they get their act together.
Oh and what concessions was i offered for the 4 hours that was spent going from one inadequate room to the next...
a free soda from the front desk.
This was a massive failure. Where is Anthony Melchiorri when you need him.
