In the bathroom was a bath towel that was supposed to be clean but it had obvious makeup all over it. 4 elevators and the one elevator would always read 15 down and never changed. When you got in and pressed your floor it would go right past the one you selected and you would be riding up and down in it for a while. 1 elevator didn’t work at all and the other 2 elevators would barely ever show up for you to use. The staff were excellent and polite. The restaurant inside was awesome. By far the best filet mignon I’ve ever had.

Room was outdated. Wallpaper peeling in some areas. Found hair in the shower. Also beware there are hidden fees . It costs 20$ a day to park and there is a 50$ charge/hold added to your stay that is not including in the information on Expedia. The front desk blamed that information not being shared on Expedia .

My actual stay was fine. I am a Hilton Honors member and have stayed in Hiltons all around the world. I know them to be a very classy and well taken care of chain of hotels.
However, when I arrived and checked in, the two gentlemen at the check in desk were not friendly, seemed a little annoyed that I was there and they gave no real greeting or information about the hotel, restaurant, breakfast or anything else.
When I went into the elevators they were very worn. The wood paneling was scraped and dull and looked like it needed to be replaced or refinished.
In my room the furniture was all marked up, edges were scraped and the furniture did not match.
The outside was the same. It did not look well kept. The garage was very disorganized. Had cement dividers over on their sides and more.
This is not what I would ever expect from a Hilton. I was very disappointed and I would never stay there again. Hitlon's have a brand of excellence and this hotel did not meet that standard at all.
Honestly, this hotel looks like it needs a major renovation inside and out.
I never write reviews at all, never mind negative ones like this. I felt this was important because I am a long time customer of HIlton Hotels and was embarrassed to walk in there with my girlfriend. I was thinking of leaving and going to the Motel 8 down the street.
I cannot imagine that the Hilton Corporation would be happy with the state of this hotel and how it hurts their brand.

Disasterous ! You can tell this place was once something nice , buts its extremely neglected, I’ve been a diamond member for 15 years and exclusively stay only at Hilton properties, and I won’t stay here again if it was free ! Place is dirty , from the reception to the room

The hotel had everything we needed. The restaurant was fine with both dinner and breakfast buffet. Being there for a large dance competition event it served us very well. No complains. Friendly staff.
Maybe there could have been more attention to garbage cans. They were overflowing the entire weekend everywhere. That’s our only negative to report.

The hotel restaurant and bar never opened during my stay and the staff at check in had no idea about it.
Also very poor lighting in the room. 3 lamps all facing down made it had difficult to see myself in the full length mirror before heading out for the evening.

The room condition was okay, room was dark as there was not much lighting. Depending on when you went to the front desk, some staff members were courteous and some were not.

The elevators were not working properly- definitely not easy lugging bags up and down the stairs.

The staff at Blossom were AWESOME!!!

Bankim the tiny indian man at the counter was terrible, ask for room on highest floor possible. asked me 14 floor or 15 floor, i said 15 then he gave me 14 anyway. i arrived to my room and it was dirty, like not cleaned from the person who was staying there before, garbage, towels on the floor, even tip for cleaning lady i went down and he said, i meant to give you floor 15 then after confirming room, said never mind i couldn’t confirm for that room either best room is 1041, didn’t extended any apologies or ask if they can do anything for the inconvenience, when i got to the new room there’s no fridge or sofa. super unpleasant man and very unprofessional. this all happened on christmas, and Bankim wasn’t at all hospitable not even to say happy holidays. should give 0 stars hilton should be ashamed of employing this man and he should be fired.

We stayed one night for an event locally. Unfortunately the hot tub was closed and according to other guests it's been closed for years. While we booked this hotel specifically for the pool/hot tub option. It would have been nice to know it wasn't working or useable.
Staff was friendly. We had an issue with heat not working upon arrival. Maintenance was quick to fix the issue for us. Extra linens weren't in room even thought reservation was for 2 adults and 1 child with one king bed. We left early because of the snow. Overall the hotel wasn't bad but also wasn't up to Hilton standards we are used to in other properties. As a traveling sports family we have stayed in many hotels and usually Hiltons have a much higher standard.

I was put in a handicapped room. Why I don’t know. The place didn’t appear busy. Non of the check in staff spoke English clearly. The garage situation was not explained properly. Everyone has to unload their cars before going into the garage and the doors to the hotel were heavy and awkward to pull in luggage. Also not enough parking space in front to do this. Coffee maker in room was in wrong space and plug didn’t work. Room dark and dingy.

Room was clean and well organized. Pool area and gym clean and convenient. Quite nice. No towels in pool area; had to request. Checkout was less than adequate regarding parking lot exit instructions. This particular staff member at reception desk was not very communicative. Room card did not work or was not properly validated even though we paid for parking in our bill. It looks like the room card was invalidated before we got to parking lot. Another guest had to use their card to let us out , since no one answered the help button at parking exit or the reception desk.

picked this one 4th near by Holiday Inn Express because of theHiltn name and prior Hiltin experience - not at all sure that the decision was a good one

Overall, this place is fine and vast majority stay here I presume as part of conferences, events or business in the area. There is nothing else within walking distance so hotel bar and restaurant only option unless drive/taxi into New Brunswick. Rooms appear worn and dated though clean and efficient.

Arrived around 10p. Front hotel staff were helpful. Got to my room, had like 2 or 3 channels out of the over a hundred options. Called front desk, phone just kept ringing. Got a text asking if there was anything I needed.

I explained that I had called the front desk and no one had picked up and that the TV channels were not available, got no response via text until well after I had fallen asleep a while later

Woke up, went to get breakfast that was supposed to be included (paid extra at booking.) I was charged again. Overall unpleasant experience, maybe try another location if you’re in New Brunswick.

The bed was full of Bedbugs. My husband and I were not able to sleep well due to the constant itching thru the night. We stayed there for 5 days and everyday was the same thing. I told the front desk person on my way out.
We removed the sheets and comfortable to see if the housekeeper brought new ones and they decided to leave them on the floor and not to change them. We had to move to my husband's bed because we got two full beds because it was less contaminated of bed bugs however it was very awful.

This hotel needs an upgrade. It’s ok. The rooms are comfortable but it was too much noise coming from the air conditioner. The staff was very cold and not welcoming. Easy check in. Parking is free and convenient. They do have pool that was super warm. Love that.

I was not aware that the rooms did not have mini fridges and they were not able to provide one.I should have checked in advance instead of assuming. Called the front desk 3 times and never had anyone answer. No info on things to do in the area or local restaurants. Room was cleanish. It wasn’t a terrible stay but I wouldn’t stay again.
