Staff was very kind. Breakfast was awesome! Everything was clean. Full kitchen in the room - even cooking utensils. The room needed some repairs and staff was very appreciative that I let them know so they could have it fixed.

I had cigarette burns in my blankets the room and hall smells like smoke. The toilet seat was crooked. The breakfast sausage was dry and the cereal selection wasn’t all that great. It’s unfortunate there’s a pool that can’t be used. Wasn’t what I was expecting but it’s wasn’t awful I was just disappointed

The property showed a pool, however when we got there we were told there was no pool on property.
The room however was nice and neat with enough dishware, pots and pans. The breakfast was not as wholesome as we thought but it was available.

We had a fantastic three-week stay at this hotel with our service dog, and we highly recommend it, especially for long stays. We booked a studio room, which was very convenient and well-equipped. The kitchen appliances met all our needs, making it easy to prepare meals. The bed was comfortable, and we always had hot water, which was a big plus.

The housekeeping staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always checking in to see if we needed anything. The front desk team was just as welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our service dog felt completely comfortable here, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating toward him, which made us feel truly welcome.

Another great perk is the location—plenty of dining and shopping options within a 10-minute radius. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating long-term stay!

I enjoyed my stay there. What had me frustrated is that before checking in I had told the staff member that I have a Expedia reservation number and she acknowledged it and then proceeded to double charged me for the room. I did not realize till later that night and I had to have another staff member reverse the charge.
Other than that I had a great stay.

I was not happy that i was not told about the pool being perminately closed. It was one of the reasons that i chose this hotel. The breakfast was lacking, i wish there were some better choices and it was not stocked rapidly as the items were running out. Besides that, everything was fine.. nice hotel, would stay again

Residence Inn as a whole has gone down in overall appearance and quality or just this one? Since when did they start giving paper dishes and plastic spoons for breakfast? Since when did they start charging for water bottles? There are so many weird and not-so-good things about this hotel - no cabinets under the kitchen top, no cutlery, and the vanity area was so cramped. Stained walls. I will really hesitate to book Residence Inn in the future.

This property needs updating. Complete updating.

I realize it is near a university—always booked and sticky, but Marriott needs to gut this place. We had to switch rooms due to water stains and mold and all the broken tiles in the bathroom. Second room had most bathroom tiles broken and was a queen bed instead of a king—receptionist didn’t bother to mention this and offered no bill credit. Bed was swaying in the middle and didn’t have the mattress cover at all— the bed in the first room had one. Had to call maintenance to fix the slow toilet that had no shut off valve—this may contribute to the tile problem.

So Marriott—time to gut and redo—still popcorn ceilings and painted-over wallpaper. Furniture needs stain crayon fixes or to be sold off at auction.

The cleaning staff was lovely and got the place as clean as possible, but the coffee machine still needed much bleach…

And I do appreciate the useful trash cans in the hall, because people these days are slobs, but the barrels could have been nicer to look at as these are the same that go out on the street. Take that in for a minute.

And the sign outside says Re——-ce Inn, so some light bulbs as well. Should say Days Inn.

There was barely any hot water in the room, the refrigerator made a noise something awful Euhus throughout the night. The room smelled of pets, pets, and covering it up. Probably one of my most inconvenient Marriott stays.

The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. My room was comfortable and clean and I had a good generally stay.
My only complaint was that when the bathroom light was turned on, a loud, high pitched annoying sound was emitted from the light. It was very disruptive for showering and using the bathroom and I recommend that be repaired.

I enjoyed this Marriott in all aspects except for a few things. We were not informed at reservation that there would be $100.00 fee for a pet. I do hope when the room is cleaned that this will be refunded. A deposit would be acceptable, but this charge is excessive.

The property was very neat and clean. When I walked through the hall, it had a clean pleasant smell like they sprinkled deodorizer down on the carpet. I definitely would stay here again. The only problem I had was the annoying sound of the air conditioning unit every time it clicked on. It was loud and near the bed. Maybe if it was in the living room area it would have been better. It would click on like every 20 minutes or so. It wasn’t a deal breaker at all. I would definitely come back because everything else about this hotel was on point. The staff were really nice and accommodating.

I was in treatment at a local hospital for 5 days. It was the perfect place for my husband and I plus our adult daughter and our little doggies. Very nice everything. This is our second stay at a Residence Inn. Staff was great. Linens where great. Kitchen had everything we needed. What more can I say.

Pool was closed. No continental breakfast. No working AC in hotel room, had to get moved. Dead roaches in the kitchen area and freezer. I called Expedia and the corporate office to complain because the front desk lady was very rude and condescending. I understand it’s a pandemic and things change but This could have been handled better.

Our stay was AMAZING! It was clean and well stocked. The housekeeping staff was great and very accomodating. We only stayed for 2 nights, but i will stay at a residence from here on out whereever i travel. I only have 4 complaints...1. The floor thing that separates the kitchen from the living area is extremely hard for wheelchairs to get over. Many times i had to lift the wheelchair with my mom in it, just to help her over the hump. 2. The bed was way too firm. I guess it may be personal preference, but i was not a fan. My back was killing me in the mornings, also 2ply toilet paper and paper towels would be great. 3...there was only 1 trashcan that i could see and that was in the bathroom. But to be clear, i did not search for another. 4...I wish they had recliners. My mom had a hard time sleeping on the sofabed due to the regular bed being too high. I used every pillow in the room trying to make her comfortable.
But overall the stay was awesome. I loved that there was a fully stocked kitchen w/ a full sized fridge. It really allowed use to be comfortable and save money from having to buy food out since we could prepare everything in the studio room we had.

Very little to complain about. The service was excellent, the breakfast was above average - they even had Brie and Havarti. The only complaint I had was that there was no hair conditioner in the container (mounted on the shower) but that's not much to whine about! There is a dishwasher, a stove, a sizable microwave, very comfortable indeed. The staff were accommodating and happy to assist in any way. I would definitely return and likely will.

The staff was one of the most friendliest staff I have ever encountered. They were amazing. My main issue with this hotel is that the tub for the shower is so small and the sides of the tub are slanted there is no flat bottom to the tub. I have played a ton of sports and my ankles aren't the strongest and after a shower they would hurt from being at such a steep slant the entire shower. I have never had this issue in any shower before.

The staff was excellent. Very warm & friendly, they made our stay feel very welcomed. The rooms were clean...my only complaint was where the bathroom was. If you're traveling with a child or two, you really need the two bedroom suite. Because with the one bedroom the bathroom is located in the bedroom which doesn't give you much privacy if your child your traveling with is a teenager.

Rude receptionist and not accomodated!

Very bad experience! Drove 2hrs to the hotel and when we got there I was told that they do not have a room for me! I booked over a month before the actual date of stay only to be rudely told they are overbooked. They booked us to a different hotel called The Fairbridge Inn. It's filthy and the lobby smells really bad! No apologies from the manager and the receptionist was very rude!! I demanded a refund right away!

Absolutely My favorite place to stay! The bed is so comfy ,the room is so clean and is organized perfectly & I love The fact it has an ice maker inside the freezer which is so convienent. They have dishes along with eating utensils that comes right in the room also a dish washer which comes in handy as well. The breakfast in the morning is absolutely DELICIOUS, has a variety of foods you can pick from and the dining area is very comfortable. The outside sitting area with the grill and fire pit is a very nice touch too , you can relax outside with your family or friends while grilling and cozy next to the fire.

We got to the hotel late after a long drive with two crying kids and the staff was welcoming and kind and incredibly helpful. We ran out of shampoo between showers and the staff was quick to refill the shampoo for us. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and staff was quick to bring us extra blankets and pillows when requested. The breakfast had an incredibly variety (totally kid friendly, as well) and was easily the best continental breakfast I have ever had. The pool was very clean and we learned that the hotel provided pool towels in case you don't have your own.

Only thing I would have to say I didn’t like was that the fireplace was on a timer wish you could have it on for a longer period of time. Other than that great layout.

HORRIBLE STAFF

The front desk supervisor was VERY rude to my guests in regards to a party I booked of which I called prior to to ask if I could give my 7 year old a party there. Also the security guard spoke out of line to my children when I was standing right there, I had to ask him NOT to address my children or guests about anything as I am the adult and if there's an issue he should address me. This was indeed a NOT so great experience the room was nice. However the staff, very rude to me and my guestsand tried to tell me my guests cannot use the pool area because they we NOT registered, yet I did in fact contact the hotel when booked to ask about giving a small pool part for my 7 year old daughter. I was appalledat the way the staff treated my family and I. I wouldn't suggest anyone yo stay here EVER especially if you're planning to have guests.
