Unfortunately, the Duvet was not clean and carried an odor causing us to have to redress the bed with new linen shortly after arriving. In reporting it to front desk, they provided new bedding quickly; however, the replacement cover was not another duvet, but a thin bedspread. Breakfast was just okay. Living room furniture sits low, can stand to be re-cushioned, and the upholstery cleaned.

I expected far more from this Hilton, especially after paying for a suite. Instead, the room felt more like a cramped private studio with an awkward layout. The TV faced the desk rather than the bed or pullout couch, which made no sense from a comfort standpoint, and the bed was so small that two people could barely fit on it comfortably.

The service was equally disappointing. Housekeeping was practically nonexistent until the second day, when staff entered my room without my knowledge, yet still failed to refill the body wash, which was already nearly empty upon arrival. There was also no ice machine, the utensils were poorly assorted, and the only real convenience was the 24-hour suite shop, which had a very limited selection.

Breakfast only added to the frustration. The first day was excellent — I had a cheese omelet, hash browns, and a lemon poppy seed muffin, and it was genuinely enjoyable. After that, however, nearly every option contained pork or ham. The eggs had ham, the sausage was pork, and even the gravy had pork. Because I eat halal, I was left with little to nothing I could actually eat for the rest of my stay.

Overall, the experience was extremely underwhelming. Between the misleading room expectations, poor service, lack of basic amenities, and breakfast that offered no real consideration for dietary restrictions, I would not recommend this hotel.

My experience at this hotel was horrible. The reason I came to this hotel was to get into the indoor pool with my children. We were immediately chased out by a hockey team who continued to do front flips in the three and 4 feet splashing my children running in and out of the pool to the point where I had to take my children out out of the pool out of fear that they might be hurt when I came into the room my head, a dirty washcloth already used that I reported to the front desk, but they didn’t apologize. They just gave me another washcloth. The elevator was dirty with garbage and an old sock. There was another unruly family there who made this unpleasant as the occupied the pool with over 12 kids with flipping and out of control behavior. when this family left, we attempted to use the pool the following morning, but there was a horrible dirt ring in the pool, which I took pictures of. So I was never able to use the pool with my children. I have pictures of all the things I experienced.

Whoever was working the front desk Sunday 1/25 @8:30pm was 0% helpful. I'd circled the lot several times trying to find a place to park in your parking lot that hadn't had snow removal come through for many hours, so there were no spots I could get our minivan parked in. I wound up stuck on the driveway part inside the parking lot and while waiting for my husband to come try to push me out, called the front desk to make sure the hotel was aware of the condition of their lot. When I said I was stuck, she showed no empathy. When I asked if the snowplow company would be coming through again that evening she said she didn't know, but they were probably busy. Duh. She stated another vehicle was also stuck and the owners had decided to just leave it there that night. The minivan was a rental, and we were not going to leave it where it could be hit by a car or snowplow, so this was not a valid option. My husband was able to push our vehicle out (it took about 20 minutes) and we drove around to the front office to get help on where we could park our vehicle. We parked in the drop off lane right outside the front doors. We walked in and explained we couldn't find a place to park, she asked where we were parked, and then told us to leave it there. I was concerned about the rental vehicle being towed and she said they would call us if it needed moved. We were not going to risk that. We asked if they had snow shovels so we could clear our own parking spot. She said they might have some..

The breakfast was good only thing is that many people don't eat pork. There were only pork options available, which can be offensive especially in the northern region! The Staff was really nice. It was refreshing to humans that were courteous and available to customers. Other than a very annoying hearing system that kept me up ALL NIGHT! The spot was great!!!!

Urine stains everywhere and room not properly kept by house keeping whatsoever. I had to wipe down and sterilize the counters and spray the carpets to try to get the room to smell decent. I had to keep the windows wide open as well to air the room out. Staff were great. However the upkeep of this place from house keeping is down. Either the house keeping isn’t paid good enough or they just don’t care. No Hilton should smell bad. Nor be unsterile.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and usually it’s great. This visit my room did not have hot water for the shower, the toilet ran all night, and unfortunately, the breakfast was not served that morning because the ovens were down.

I stayed at your hotel on Friday, November 7th, and checked out on Saturday, November 8th. I would like to bring to your attention the level of service I experienced from your front desk staff and the director of housekeeping. On the morning of November 9th, my 8-year-old son found a used condom between the bed and the air conditioning unit in our suite. I immediately contacted the front desk. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was unprofessional and left a negative impression, exhibiting rude and biased behavior.

When I requested to be transferred to housekeeping, she responded curtly that I needed to explain the issue first before she could connect me. As someone with a background in housekeeping and supervisory roles, I found this response unprofessional and unusual. I then hung up to gather my belongings and approached the front desk in person, where I discovered that the housekeeping director was standing nearby. I explained what had occurred, but I received no apology or acknowledgment of responsibility. Instead, I was told that an investigation would be conducted and that I would receive a callback; my phone number was repeated back to me for confirmation.

As of today, November 17th, I have not received any communication from your team regarding this matter. This experience has left a negative impression on me, and I am disappointed with the level of service provided. I intend to share my experience publicly and hope to see improvements to ensure such inc

We came for my wifes birthday BBQ party buy no BBQ grill avaliable.( I saw 2 )
Cooking inside of the room. No even fan working , tried to call front desk but no phone working.after spoke to the front desk, no one came up, Eventually Alarm beeping. Fire dept. Showed up. Still no one came to see???
My kids couldnt eat nothing , no rooms we're available. I recorded all. You will enjoy my video. The worst!

Greeted by a cloud of marijuana smoke when we came in. This was due to a staff member smoking a joint at the entrance. Pet odor on entrance to the room. I had reserved a room with a King bed. The room had a Queen. I was told they were fully booked and could not get us another room. Breakfast ran out of coffee, water and other menu items 1 hour before it was to end - took a while to restock. Staff was generally friendly and the room was otherwise clean.

No good at all, First of all we got there and they told us we had it to wait because room was not even ready.

2. Guy un the desk just gave us the card and told us to go. No welcome , no times of breakfast and no nothing. No customer service at all.

3. They put us on a room close to elevator and ice machine. You can imagine !!!

4. Betwwen 1am and 5 am the people from the top room were jumping and playing around and once agin we could sleep nothing , NADA ,due to noises.

5. At 8 am the people that cut the grass came around and start making all types of noises , trimers, lawnmower and blower. Again no sleep.

6. The shower horrible no water what so ever .

The room I was assigned was already occupied when I got there. I was reassigned to a room that had all the drawers open when I arrived. The sofa was stained. The carpets in the hallway were filthy. The room smelled of greasy food and then I started seeing small roaches on the wall and on the desk. I would never stay here again.

The breakfast provided had a good selection. The end time during the week should have been 10am. Overall size of room was good. The supplies in the room not sufficient. An extra tissue box would have been helpful. The toilet paper wasn't angel soft. Toilet seat was way too close to the floor. Our air condition in the bedroom didn't work/get cold, it was reported to the front desk.
The carpet/rug in the hallway wasn't straight; it had lumps in it. This is a hazard if you used a cane or wheelchair. Curtains in the rooms weren't on the rods, had to overlap to close them.
Finally, fire alarm went off 3x in the early hours which is supposed to when a problem (no fire) happens. However, when asked by the front desk all he said was it saved your life didn't it. Very rude and no acknowledgement of what I said. I asked what caused the alarm to go off.
Would not recommend..

We checked in on 8/22 and the we get in our room there were small brown circular bugs on the bed we found 3 of them. I took a pillow from the bed that had a bug on it to the front desk they took pictures and video of it then change our room. It was very late when checked it we probably won’t book here again very dirty not well maintained the lamp shades that supposed to be white are turn yellow the dishwasher has nothing but rust in it.

I will start with the positives the room size was excellent . The stove top burners were adequate & the full size fridge was what we wanted but the fridge was was dirty. The room was outdated . The bathtubs very slippery at an angle you can slip and fall and we did d slip and fall unfortunately. The bathrubs did not drain properly. The master bath shower was okay but the tub would fill up quickly . Alot of rust damage on the hardware to hang clothes & towels. The guest bathroom was intermittently useable . The toilet was off of the base on the floor slightly the toilet would constantly clog. The shower was not useable due to a pink bacteria seen on the shower head & that was after some family members already showered. After that no more showers or baths in that tub. The facet in the bathrub leaked water endlessly and there is a rust stain. The sink was usable to wash hands . The air conditioning wall units had ashes from someone who smokes and debris in the cool air vents . When temperatures is raised to make the room warmer the room smells horrible like a smokers chiminey , we have to lower the temperature to manage the smell. Half of my family suffers from asthma . We are cold during the time in the room at times . The room above us had constant stomping during the night. There are guards that hold the mattress in place that are a protective material that cover the edge of the bed . They scratched family members leg multiple times due to the safety piece missing .

An Okay Place To Stay

My family stayed a weekend at the property and came away very neutral about our stay. The staff on-site is very friendly and polite...5 stars there. The breakfast, while free, it wasn't very tasty. We had a first floor stay and could hear the steps of the person staying the floor above, every single step. The tv system is an old outdated direct tv. Don't get me wrong, my stay wasn't horrible, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Nice, clean place. Conveniently located. Rooms could use some updating. Sofa was saggy. Thermostats needed new batteries.

Some items need work: Hot tub was not hot and could not find the controls to raise the temp. Unsupervised children just kept jumping into the pool disturbing the other guests.

Fitness room need work. Peloton was out of order. One of the treadmills was not working and the other badly needs a tune up. No cups for the water cooler. No wipes for the gym equipment. It just seems no one takes care of that room.

Breakfast was fine. Whole place was relatively quiet.

Expedia overbooked my two bedroom suite so it wasn’t available when I got ready to check in I was accommodated with two queen suites and I was able to use a meeting room to visit with family who was also staying at the hotel at no additional cost. I would definitely stay here again!! One thing I didn’t like was the cloudy pool!!
