In my opinion, I was a little let down by my experience. This is supposed to be an upscale/better-than-most hotel in the region.
The hotel looks nice.
But in the hotel room, the TV wasnt working and neither was the phone. Maintenance was able to fix it, bit that was not a great first intro.
Then the bartender made drinks like it was at a dive-bar - nothing special.
And lastly, I was told by teh front desk staff we could have breakfast in bed the next day. Only to find out the next morning, they dont offer room service it is a self serve buffet. So I brought a bunch of the self serve food upstairs and it was bland eggs, a stale bagel, etc.
Again, if this was a Holiday Inn or something in that ballpark I would get it. But this was supposed to be a step above and I dont thikn they deliverd.
The hotel looks nice.

My stay was lovely. The room was cozy and beautiful. The whole hotel was beautiful. The only issues that dampered the experience was that the Direct Tv channels would intermittently disconnect and would take time to come back, the Netflix app didnt work at all. It wouldve been nice to have more apps available like youtube and hulu or the ability to screen cast from a phone. The microwave/oven in my room seemed to be malfunctioning as some of the buttons didnt work

We visited during the fall, and the scenery was gorgeous. The lobby was very cozy, and our room was spacious. I would stay here again if I were in town. We didn't know the area, so we relied on Lyft and Uber for transportation but we got to places within 15 minutes.

We booked the Archer based off the great cleanliness reviews. Unfortunately though we quickly discovered an unappealing cleaning oversight in our room—the front desk staff did remedy it right away by moving us to another room, however even though that room was clean overall, there was a leftover water bottle (not the Fiji ones the hotel gives you) presumably from a previous guest IN the bed…it was unopened, but still. Overall it was just not very reassuring and made us worry that our rooms weren’t properly cleaned.

Direct TV service is spotty. Beds are super comfortable. I've stayed at this hotel numerous times and noticed rooms are starting to show wear and tear. Note: popular wedding venue so usually filled with families on weekends.

Honestly a super nice hotel. Cleanliness was top notch! Employees were all super nice and friendly and always helpful. They do small things that make the stay even better: for example they have children books by the night stand, small candy on the counter , a super cute ducky by the tub and even pools toys at the indoor pool. The room was AMAZING!!! Super clean. The hotel was quiet and the staff were so nice. The only thing I will say is the hotel is not walking distance to anything. Food and shops are about 25 minutes up the road.

However, we were initially assigned a room on the first floor with a view of a large tree, parking lot signs, and parked cars, which made the atmosphere feel more like a motel than a hotel. When I first asked if there were any other rooms available, the front desk agent said there were none and that all rooms faced the parking lot. Later, after deciding we either wanted to switch rooms or cancel, I approached her again, and she was suddenly able to move us one floor higher. The new room was better, and I appreciated her accommodating the request, but I was frustrated that she had initially said it wasn’t possible.
The new room also had a noticeable smoke odor, and an umbrella left behind by a previous guest, which raised concerns about how thoroughly rooms are cleaned between stays. Overall, the experience felt inconsistent and disappointing for the price and expectations of the property.

Stayed 1 night while in town to attend a friend’s retirement party. The hotel, located next door to the NY Jets HQs, was clean and comfortable and had a boutique feel about it. Unlike some hotels these days that charge over $200 a night and are downright disgusting, the Archer Floraham park was reasonably priced and well kept. The staff was friendly and professional.
