Hotel is very outdated. Just didn’t feel very clean. First room the bathroom sink didn’t drain, microwave didn’t work and the phone chargers were on the table across from beds (not on nightstand). Second room the shower pressure was off, one of phone charging ports was broke, bathroom sink didn’t drain and so on! No comfort height toilets in either room. Outside grounds were not kept up. Had my dog with me and the dog poop bins were full the whole time (6 days)! Breakfast wasn’t very good and hot water was never hot or tasted like coffee when I had made tea!! Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

This is a very welcoming hotel. I need a stop over on my way from New York to Chicago and this hotel was able to accommodate me last minute. Moreover, the front desk attendant upgraded my room and was very kind to me, knowing that I was in need of some rest from driving. The breakfast was simple, but the coffee was hot and the service was impeccable.

The rooms aren’t cleaned properly. They do not use bleach and have a serious mold issue in the bathrooms. The faucets/water pressure is awful and the beds are old with pillows that might as well not be there they are so flat.

Surprisingly good! The reviews said not to judge by the exterior and they are right!! Once you step inside - you find nicely decorated and comfortable rooms. Very clean and easy to check in and out without having to stop at the front desk. Friendly communication by text and questions were addressed easily.

Bathroom with water on floor in hallway. Pool \"under construction\",no business center/computers. False advertising! Front desk half asleep. Not worth $169. Breakfast is excellent. Never going back. A rip off. Normally I 💕 ve Hampton Inns, not this location. Also, blow dryer broken. No hotel receipt. Was told they don't print receipts, call Expedia. No knowledge about Hilton Honors of which I am a member! Beds are very comfortable. That is my honest review.

Staff was very friendly. Property was well maintained with plenty of parking. Slightly outbid the way - can’t ship within walking distance. Room was lovely just didn’t care for the barn door in the bathroom.
My only issue is we had to leave a day early because to get home before a Nor’easter hit our area. We paid for 2 days but we’re not offered a refund or maybe a coupon to stay at a different time. Kinda disappointed with that.

No laundry machines on site, pool was not working, have to be out of the room by 7 am to get room service, water is very chlorinated (had to get bottled water for drinking), mini fridge did not work (neither did the replacement), no vent in the bathroom causing the whole room to become very humid and full of bathroom smell, one could get stuck in the bathroom when the bathroom door was closed all the way as it came off rails and would not open, hair conditioner was not refilled, coffee and hot water dispensers in the lobby were cold by noon (thankfully a Dunkin shop is within walking distance).A frequent Hampton Inn guest, will find this location to be well below an average Hampton Inn level of service

Nice, but...

Room was clean but a little worn. The mattress sloped down toward the edges from people sitting on it. The shower head sprayed water everywhere, flooding the bathroom floor each time.

The battery in the thermostat died while we were sleeping rendering the room hot. The front desk clerk came right up and fixed it.

Otherwise, the breakfast and workout areas were clean and well stocked.

We were here for business and on a schedule.
The first day there was no hot water for showers. It came on later when we had to leave. Then when we returned later at night, our room was not cleaned. My husband had to go down to the lobby to get clean towels. There was no sign on the door either, as they asked when we complained. We were told nothing could be done for us because we booked through Expedia. Very disappointing, especially for Hampton Inn.

After making the reservation, we found that the pool was out of service and our childrend were so sad. The I asked for any laundry machine and they do not have any. The first nigth we had pretty noise neighbors. Overall the stay was ok.

Has potential, however l, as soon as reliance on a person took place, so did complacency. The room was weathered; the center bed stand between the beds was pulling out of the wall and droopy, the bathroom was empty of all soaps, shampoo, and cleaning. I requested shampoo, only the shampoo was filled. The paint was peeling from the walls, the cleanliness was great. The room lacked basic maintenance for sustainability. After the room was booked through Expedia the pool became not available and zero refund was issued to transfer to another location for children wanting the pool; one of the main reasons for this selection. No laundry services as identified on the primary page, very inconvenient to be forced to a laundry may 15 miles away. Could have been much better, easy fixes but failed to correct issues

We came here for one reason, as we're getting our bathroom remodeled. So we came to use a bathroom, and it suited our purposes admirably! The room was very clean and the beds were immaculate (a pet peeve of mine).

Everything was fine until last night, I called at least 3 times after midnight since there was a group on the 5th floor acting like they've a party (screaming, talking loud and even sound like there were running). I'm a military retiree with a medical condition that with those kind of stressors and that time I'll get kind of \"loose\".
Like I said, we enjoy the stay until last night that even the first time I called I told the front desk employee to call the cops.
