I’ve traveled extensively over the years, and I can honestly say, this is the BEST hotel ever. Wonderful staff! Sachi and Nina made me feel at home. I believe that people who are eager to help travelers make or break a hotel. Very clean, with beautiful and orderly decor. I’ve taken pictures and put them on my Facebook page. It was a refreshing experience, and a first time meeting such nice hosts.

I was very annoyed my first night due to a dog barking all night across from me. Hotel staff moved me to a different floor, which wasn’t any better. There was some sort of after party next to my new room. I had zero sleep. I also called and reported noise next door at 2:30am. Waiting for about 15 minutes I decided to go to the lobby to check for a staff member . The staff member came to my floor and asked the guests to quiet down. The guests were so inconsiderate. Also you hear doors slamming all night. This property is used for wedding guests in the area. I won’t be returning.

Message to management; where did you order the couch that turns into a bed? I think I need to order one for myself! (Laughing to myself because of how comfortable that actually was and could use one for our small guest room).

The Staff was wonderful. The two women that work Starbucks counter were so wonderful and pleasant! I had an issue with my AC unit in my room and I was immediately moved to a new room. Courteous friendly staff. Room was very clean. I will definitely return and would nightly recommend. I was alone on a business trip but there were lots of families and wedding guests groups staying here

Breath of Fresh Air

I liked the new update look overall and the hospitality.
I don’t like there’s no swimming pool and no free breakfast.
When I booked, those two things were important to me, seeing we were celebrating my great niece birthday and I had a nine year old and a 11 yr old with me. Also, when arriving I was given the wrong room. The first room was one bed. The hotel had to find me a room with two queen size beds. Seeing, it was two adults and two children.
This is another reason I don’t like to book, with third party.

Not thrilled to learn that Marriot's new policy is to change linens and clean room \" after three days' stay\". We had to request fresh towels, and chase down fresh drinking cups and coffee pods. Also, the shower leaked water all over b.r. floor. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Hi, the description said it had a pool.
but it does not have one any more.
That was disappointing.
Also, you must let them know if you want them to clean your room. They did not clean our room.

Bathroom sink does not drain well.
No trash receptacle in bedroom.
Toilet is VERY low to floor.
Toilet paper holder NOT functional..needs repair.
Can use another lounge chair in bedroom (there is only one).
Even before covid, all drink cups were protected by a wrapping...the COFFEE cups were NOT wraped to protect against disease...this is BAD!!
TOO Expennsive for a room that has many shortcomings...we will NOT return here.

Upon arrival I tried to call front desk on room phone~~didn’t work. Concerns about wet rug ~~ walked to desk and reported both issues~~ no resolution but it was the weekend. Front desk was very pleasant and receptive. Also, sadly we were in a very noisy area~~ Room101 near reception, lounge and elevators. So much late night noise.

Disappointed in the hotel room. Looked nothing like the ones posted on website. I asked for a roll in shower, so we got a handicapped room. I don't know who designed this room, but totally not good for a wheelchair. I had trouble using the walker because the bed and desk were so close together. Also you could hear the conversations in the next room, and people were not talking loud. Disappointed that Marriot would put their name on this hotel. On a good note, the staff were wonderful!

I'm told that somehow I logged into the premium wi-fi and was charged for it. Why would I do that if they had free wi-fi. Called the hotel and they wouldn't refund me. They also put a $20.00 charge and a $10.00 charge on my credit card when I checked in, not happy about that. Now I need to wait for the credit.

Overall in room stay was great, Front desk staff was friendly, but we were very disappointed with the bar service. The bartenders working Saturday night we’re rude and unprofessional, drinks were mixed unevenly and both men had a bad attitude. I hate leaving bad reviews, but for this reason I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was perfectly situated for a recent family event and very near to a variety of restaurants and retail stores. The room was good size with a king sized bed. The bathroom was up-to-date and the toiletries greatly appreciated. The Manager's welcome hour (M-Th?) was a chance to unwind, enjoy a complimentary drink and freshly made lit snacks (loved the ziti, kudos). The front desk staff was very cordial and professional and able to answer any and all questions. Did not have time to use the pool, but it looked quite nice, as did the fitness center. Free wi-fi worked great.

I was disappointed in no continental breakfast for the price of the room. And the breakfast buffet was $13. We went to IHOP. The room was nice but the bathroom had hairs on the floor and did not see the cleanest.

My fiancé and I stayed here for a wedding we attended at nearby Bear Brook Valley on 4/14/18. We checked in shortly after the 3PM check-in time and had to wait briefly for a room with a King bed, but it was only a few minutes. We could have taken a room with two Queen beds, but opted to wait for the treat of a bigger bed than we’re used to sleeping in! Upon getting into the room, we received a courtesy phone call from Melissa to ensure everything was to our satisfaction, which was greatly appreciated. After returning from the wedding Saturday night, we enjoyed a nightcap at Bistro, the hotel bar/dining area. There was a decent variety of beer to choose from and the same location was offered for the next morning’s buffet breakfast. When we checked out, the gentleman assisting us thanked us for our stay and was courteous and professional. I would gladly stay here again, especially if we could check out Davey’s Hot Dogs across the street!

The pool was the highlight. Heated for comfort, the pool was large and deep for my boys and I to swim and play in for a long time. Hot tub was a plus, too. Wish there was a continental breakfast, but plenty of restaurants around instead of the overpriced meals they offer.

Hey folks, it's not a Bistro without ambiance.

Wall off the Bistro . . . .the current arrangement feels like an airport kiosk. Add ceiling to floor wine bottle displays. Or perhaps a ceiling to floor plant or 2 or 10.
I get the feeling it isn't used very much. But you could certainly cash in on the country's current wine love affair and make the bistro much more cozy and comfortable. Even an indoor waterfall, or a very large electric fireplace... Try anything! right now there is no atmosphere!

This Courtyard is a little dated but the location was ideal for my trip. The lobby area has been updated and the bar are is nice. Wifi was stable and I was able to host a quick WebEx from the room (the meeting room was not available). Staff were friendly.
