Could hav a few more chooses at breakfast. And food should be hot. We had to take the food back to the room to heat up. . Room was clean but not all was in stock in room. Usually there is a small bottle of dish soap . Sometime to was the plates and glass with and 1 dishwasher tablet. I would have said something if we stayed longer. Staff were all nice. But rooms need TLC. Bed was way to soft for us.

This was a great experience and close to family. The room furniture was a bit outdated but the suite was spacious and had all amenities listed. The indoor pool was a plus for the kids. The service of staff was attentive to our needs which were few. Recommended for a family. The two bedrooms for the price was a steal.

Yes the room was great, my only complaint is you supply the cheapest toilet paper. It’s the worst to deal with. For the money we spend to stay, being a Hilton , put good toilet paper for your customers. It will go along way, your staff was great place was very nice.

Did not use kitchen or gym. Wall paper peeling off bathroom walls. Caulking in bathroom and shower leaking. Sheets were not put on bed properly and really wrinkled. I have no problem reporting this. We have been staying here for years. Never before stayed here and felt this way.

While we were pleased with the option to choose which floor we’d like to stay on, upon entering our room on the first floor, we discovered that the bathroom lights did not work. We were told that maintenance was gone (3:30 pm) and we would have to move rooms. Upon entering the second room, we were pleased that all lights were working with the exception of one bedside lamp. The room was average and seemed clean, no complaints. However, upon entering the bed at night, I noticed that the corner of the sheets had lifted up and there was a large reddish/brown stain on the mattress where my head would be sleeping. While the expectation wouldn’t be to dispose of the mattress entirely, I would hope that it was disinfected and that the hotel would put a mattress cover over that so that guests did not have to see it. When I informed the woman behind the desk in the AM before leaving, she apologized and told me that the two water bottles I was going to purchase would be “on the house”. We also informed her that the phone in the second room was not working as it constantly had a busy signal any time we tried to make a call.

Property exterior and interior was nice. Went to use the pool and was not impressed. Used towels everywhere and floors needed to be cleaned. Garbage on floor and also saw a bloody bandaid on floor. Pool area needs some attention and renovation.

Plenty of parking, friendly staff, room was much larger than I expected, breakfast was delicious with lots of options (and I'm very critical as I usually travel with a diabetic and someone who doesn't eat pork or eggs). If I had to complain about something, I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a bar/restaurant on the premises. That being said the location was VERY convenient with many shopping and restaurant options within a couple minutes car ride. I'll definitely use this hotel for any future trips to the area.

The room was great. The pool was awesome. Breakfast was pretty bad. I'm all about pancakes and french toast sticks, but yuck. They definitely need a waffle iron so you can have something fresh.
