The toilet wasn’t flushing to good to begin with Then at 8:40pm it didn’t flush/ clogged when we called to get it plunged we were told there is nobody on the property to fix it they all went home. Desk lady was nice but had to text a manager off site. The only option at 9:30 pm was to move our room

The room was spotless, the staff was a bit nonexistent. So I don’t really have feedback on that. Besides the fact that 1 of the staff barged into our room without knocking, I guess she thought we checked out. Unfortunately, I did not see that the pool was seasonal/outdoor when I booked, & that was the sole reason why I wanted to book 4 my daughters 2 be able to swim during our hotel stay, but that’s totally on me. Unfortunately I could not get a refund. The suite that we had was huge, both bedrooms had their own private bathrooms. There was a full kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, utensils, cookware, dishes, dishwasher and the sink had a food disposal. The livingroom had 2 couches, 1 was a pullout bed. The room sleeps up to 8, & that’s exactly what we had needed. The breakfast was free however the options were not tasty at all. Also, they only served pork bacon. The gym was decent just small & seems to be no ventilation inside. Some ppl were working out & it smelled really bad like wet mops & funk. But for $183 plus tax, etc. it came out to $204 for the night. When I got there, I was told to have $50 available on my card to keep as security in case they need to charge me anything on the room. I also saw a sign for $15 parking which did not make me happy. I will be going back cause it was decent & spacious 4 the number of kids I had however we will go when the pool is open.

We booked a 2 bedroom unit for our family and when we went for check in the told us room is getting cleaned and then they told us they can’t give to us because the ppl from last night decided last minute to extend their stay . They gave us 2 separate rooms instead so me and my husband had to sit the kids and stay in separate rooms . It really ruined our holiday . There was no breakfast . I will never go there again . Very disappointed.

The room phone didn't work. The cable was out. The icemaker was inoperative. The parking lot was full of large pits easy to turn an ankle in. No room service for 3 days until we went to the Front Desk to beg for fresh towels.

No Hot Tub, Charges you extras, $21 a day pay to park in a pot hole riddled parking lot that caused me to blow out a tire!!! Don’t stay here, said they would refund me and then when contacted by Hotels they said no refund even though they charged my card for $14 with no okay and didn’t even know why when I asked and complained

This property was not like I expected on the website. The halls were unkept and reeked of a garbage smell. There were only rooms on the bottom floor which there was a lot of traffic. The peephole to my door was broken. I left a few hours later and didn’t stay the entire night.

Paying for parking was the downfall of this property 15$ per night and a nine dollar service fee to pay. When you ask questions at the front desk ,they tell you it's a third party and they have no control over the fees.

The pictures online said there was a hot tub at this hotel, no hot tub. No clean towels by the pool. Pool is only open until 7:30. At most hotels the pools close at 9 pm.
The room was filthy! Old earbuds and toys under the couch, the bathroom smelled like mold, the glasses in the cabinets had lipstick marks on them, just gross!
Went to the bar/restaurant to pick up something for my kids for dinner, they only had 2 food options available, wings and hot dogs (which were not even on the menu). No pizzas, no fries, no salads, no sandwiches.
All night we were kept up by the washing machines across the hall, it was so loud.
At 10 am maid service came BANGING on our door telling us we had to go, but our check out time was 12 pm.
We went to have a bite to eat at the Continental breakfast at 9 pm, cereals were all gone, no coffee (except decaf), the eggs were cold, waffles were rock hard, my daughter (who eats yogurt every morning) tried the yogurt and spit it up because it was beyond sour!
The only bright spot was the woman working the desk at check out, she was so kind to me and my kids.
I will not only recommend this location, but I will do everything to avoid staying at Hyatts in the future, the Nicole and diming over everything and not providing anything it just gross, especially for a family of 4, on a budget.
