Had the worst experience at this hotel I walked in and smelled nothing but weed walked to the room and the halls was filthy then I couldn’t get in the room I guess the front desk didn’t program the key wright well they say 3 red flag is not a good look I went back to the desk and told them I wasn’t comfortable staying in their hotel and to refund my card back which I don’t have yet this place would never be recommended by me.

Clean room, but unfortunately the whole hotel looks rundown, no hot water on the bathroom sink, toilet cover in dark stains from years of use. And regardless of how times have changed, walking in the lobby of a hotel to be welcome with the strongest marijuana smell is really discouraging.

It's the worse I stayed in years. The AC unit was so loud, like waves crashing on seashore all night long, even when we turned down the temp. The bathtub was dirty, like it has not been cleaned. The window face parked cars so if we open the curtain everyone can see in. We booked 8 nights and was given a room without a dresser to store clothes. A light was broken. Closet door stuck. When asked to change our room, the front desk staff told us that all rooms are without dressers. But the next night she told us we can change to another room. We changed to a room with a dresser and a cleaner bathroom. However, a dresser's top drawer face was loose and clothes would fall out if we're not careful. We told the front desk and it was never fixed. The dresser also has big dents on top. 4 nights out of 8 the door card would not work and we have to go back to front desk to have the door card reactivated. I stayed in this hotel several years ago when it was Laquinta brand. I had a good experience and that's why I choose to stay in it again even though the rating is low. I have to go back to NJ every month to take care of a sick relative. I will never stay in this hotel again.

The rooms are acceptable, but the corridors, carpets, walls, and doors give the impression of a C-grade hotel in a third-world country.

Guests smoke inside their rooms, and the central air conditioning circulates the smell throughout the building, making the environment extremely unpleasant.

The water heater does not work properly, adding further discomfort to the stay.

The dining area feels dark and unhygienic, resembling an unclean, neglected house rather than a hotel facility.

This is absolutely not what one expects from a Ramada by Wyndham property.

My initial booking for this place is for 10 days and as soon as I got there I felt uneasy, not safe and to top of it hot water wasn’t working!!! I had to run the shower for 30 mins to be able to shower, that too is in cold water in the middle of December. So I checked out that same day, within hours of checking in. And when asked for my refund they said they will gladly do it and just charge for one night although I didn’t spend a night there, I was ok with it. It’s now almost a month and they keep making excuses as well as not picking up their phone. Finally they said they return the money to Hotels.com and I have to get my refund from them. Hotels.com is saying they don’t have a refund nor is the hotel picking up their phone so I lost $900 bucks!!

Where do I start. The room was supposed to have been a two room king bed suite. That is what was pictured. When I enquired I was told they only had one suite. I am not even sure what they considered a suite. The pool they show online when you book has been closed by the Fairfield Health Dept because it is unfit for swimming. The rooms were not clean. There was hair all over. There was NO hot water. It was barely Luke warm. Oh and there refrigerator had barely any food. They have Roku TV you get no local channels. I went to the front desk and asked where the regular channels were, I was told if I was a member of any of the streaming apps I could sign on. I was not about to put my info in their system. I was extremely dissatisfied with this place that we left two days early.

The room was complete filth,stained sheets,floors were disgusting,dried liquid on night stand,toilet didn’t flush,if I could try and give it one star,I wouldn’t .Pictures were nothing compared to what the room really is.Not Hotels.com’s fault because they’re always awesome,but the hotel itself needs to be shut down.Not to mention the people that are staying there and have the hallways smelling like smoke.If you don’t want to be disturbed by yelling and sleeping in filth,do NOT stay here.Never again and I am never one to complain or write reviews but never in my life have I ever stayed in a hotel in that condition.Hotel refused to give refund for my scheduled two day stay after telling them I’m checking out because it was impossible to stay there.

When we first arrived, we weren’t sure that we were at the right place because the property looked abandoned. The parking lot was a mess of haphazardly staged vehicles, broken up concrete, zero landscaping care, and almost no lighting (we arrived close to midnight). We parked in what we thought was in between the lines, covered our faces to avoid secondhand from the woman smoking next to the front door, and went inside.

The clerk at the front desk was helpful and friendly, and I felt bad for her for having to be bothered by two tween girls loitering in the lobby alone (although that’s a parenting failure and not the hotel’s fault). However, the lobby and hallways were absolutely filthy.

When we got to the room, I was disappointed to see that it had hardwood floors, even though the pictures on the website only showed carpeted rooms. While this isn’t a critique on hardwood vs. carpet, I have my preference - and I wouldn’t have booked had I known that the room floor was bare.

While the room itself was mostly clean, the bathroom was a concern. The ceiling in the shower were dirty, rusted, and not secure from whoever or whatever was up there last. The sink had no hot water at all, and the towels and washcloths were dirty. When I asked for more from the front desk, she gave me towels and asked for our room number to bring the washcloths because she didn’t have anymore. We never saw her again.

I did not stay at the hotel. I checked in, stayed for an hour and then left the hotel. I felt unsafe, very uncomfortable with the surroundings, the carpets were torn and run down, the elevators was dirty, the rooms was clean but looks so worn out, old, the bathroom was rusty, bathtub had ingrained stains, toilet bowl cover eas cracked, saw some bugs crawling around. The hotel was conveniently located and have dining options adjacent to it, also in front of it, there's a nice restaurant. Our room is on the second floor. The room is big, and spacious, and there's a refrigerator and microwave, which is really impressive for the cheap price compared to other hotels. Bathroom is very clean. Easy to check in and check out, no hassle. We were actually only going to stay overnight, but we stayed the following night, to explore the place and to relax. Overall, this hotel is good.

The bathroom was gross. Ceiling tiles were caving in due to no bathroom ventilation. I pulled out a towel after showering and folded in the towel was a long black hair. It was a folded \"clean towel\". Dont expect to sleep as people are yelling and screaming in the halls at 3am or so. The refrigerator was dirty and the mocrowave was only slightly better. The vending machines don't work well. The only good thing is the location, not far from anything.

I don’t think the carpet in the hallway has been vacuumed in months. Bathroom old and gross with half used soap on floor. Refrigerator plugged in by 2 connected extension cords- definitely a fire hazard. Kids screaming up and down hall. Had to put down a $50 security deposit on arrival- strange and weird when I’d already paid. Groups of people smoking just outside entrance- had to walk through wall of smoke to get to my car.

The only reason I stayed here is because it was cheap. The carpets are dirty, the doors are damaged, the furniture is in poor condition, many people apparently live in the hotel, and cleanliness is lacking. The breakfast is not recommended, it’s just coffee and cereal, nothing you can really choose from. There definitely must be better places nearby.

Staying here was at the top of my list of MOST REGRETABLE decisions. The place was an absolute nightmare. The condition of the hotel was abhorrent. The smell was awful, the halls were trashed, there were bags of trash just sitting out. My room had no hot water, the staff gave no f’s. The only two help people were the women who worked there Abby and Vanessa. I had such a bad time that I cancelled the second night of my stay.

This had to be the worst hotel I ever stayed at. I have travelled extensively in the 3rd world and the $25 hotels I have stayed there puts this to shame. This place looks like it has not been upgraded in 70 years . The place is in shambles, garbage in the halls and there was no hot water. The desk said if there was no hot water by the next morning they would send someone over. By then we had already checked out. I have seen condemned buildings in better shape. Do yourself a favor. Spend another few bucks and spend your stay elsewhere. I would never have believed a Ramada property was in such run-down, poor condition.
