No hot water the room stunk like cigarettes. The toilet wasn’t cleaned right. they was suppose to call me to let me know the room I reserved was damaged and they had to remove bathroom door. So I can look for something else in a timely manner. Nope I was charge exactly 2:30pm I didn’t get there until 8pm
So I had no choice to take the room the way it was due to they were sold out and I had an event to go to. Thankfully I found something for the second night still waiting in a refund

The staff was very courteous during check in. When we got to the room there was only one working light. The two lamps did not work. One lamps wire was cut and the other we tried turning on and the buttton fell inside it. The tv turned on but had no signal. When we tried calling the front desk, we found out the phone in the room didn’t work. Not that we were going to use it but the drawers in the dresser were broken. My husband went to the front desk, shared our concerns and they immediately gave us another room. I couldn’t believe the new room they gave us. It smelled fresh and it was very clean. Lamps, lights and tv worked perfectly. The flooring was pretty new. It was like night and day between the two rooms. The only other issue was the ice and snow in the parking lot. I would expect snow to be around since we had a big storm a few weeks back but ice could be treated.

Room was gross, the sheets were stained. The shower curtain wouldn’t close because the shower rod was falling off the wall. It has Jewish stars drawn onto the top corners of the shower curtain. The sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain properly. The door was a pain in the ass to open. The staff was incredibly rude the 3 times I called to ask simple questions any guest would ask. Absolutely would never stay there again under any circumstances

If I were you I would NEVER stay here!!!!!!
The room I was given had a distinct terrible odor and the TV and room telephone didn't work. I called the front desk from my cellphone and was told the manager would arrive in 30 minutes. After an hour and no manager, i called again - twice and there was no answer. I went down to the front desk and the guy behind the counter was on his cellphone. He told me he wasn't the manager but he would have the manager come up in 15 minutes. The same guy appeared at my room door and now admitted he was the manager. After not being able to fix the TV he said there was nothing he could do and left. I packed up my stuff and went down to checkout. When i got there, two different guests were complaining; one because his TV also didn't work and the other because his no smoking room stunk of cigarette smoke. Then another guest came down and was crying that one of his workers entered her room and stole her purse containing $1,100 in cash along with her ID and credit cards. Again the \"manager\" wasn't any help to anyone. He even refused to give me a confirmation that i checked out (within 2 hours of checking in!)! I ultimately called the Wayne NJ police to tell them what was going on.They dispatched two officers; one handled my issue and the other for the now hysterical woman who said she was robbed by one of their employees.After the officer took my report and gave me the report number, i left the premises. I fought Expedia 3 days to get my money back!

There were several stains on sheets, hot water did not turn on at all in bathroom sink, sink was clogged, bathroom door was in poor shape, and tv channels were unavailable. We tried calling the front desk and and did not get a response. We appreciated the property was quiet and it was an affordable stay, but we would not book again here.

This was our second stay here. The first time we asked for & paid for a Queen bed. It was NO WHERE near a queen. So we should have gotten money back. Our room had to be changed three times . 1) no tv reception 2) key card wouldn't work 3) again no remote but one was found for us.

At our second stay we had to pay extra for a bigger bed. Again, no remote. Went to desk, no one there. Returned second time, got a remote, didn't work. wrong remote so a tech had to come. We had 2 yappy dogs next door & in the morning we were woken up by a HUGE fight going on above us. It went on for a half hour before anyone came . Since there was no phone in the room, we couldn't call the front desk. Everything about this place is old and falling apart. Will never stay here again.

I arrived at night and upon entering the room I felt very disappointed with the decision I made. The hotel was in very poor condition; the building is very old, the bathrooms were very dirty, the towels also looked used, and the entrance door didn't close properly. I didn't feel safe; I had to put the table in front of the door to be able to sleep.

The young lady at reception was very nice. Nothing against her at all. The hotel well the police come twice to the room next door. Tv didn’t work couldn’t call front desk becomes phone didn’t work either. WiFi was down and onsite at times when it did work for a few minutes. The iron was nasty and corroded.

This is a very bad place to stay. The staff is so unfriendly. They have no idea how to communicate properly. We landed at EWR airport after a long flight and went to this place around 11 pm. The staff were very rude and/or unfriendly. In the middle of the night we had to walk past 5-6 minutes to find the room. The room numbers are so confusing that it took so much time for us to figure out the location. When we finally reached the room, it was locked. The key worked but was apparently stuck or locked from inside. Then we got another room. That room was so dirty. The curtain was at least 25 years old. The dirt and dust were visible. The electric outlets were open. Then in the bathroom for three of us, there was only towel. Please avoid this place. While we were there, I could hear a man leaving the room with his 3 children cursing ….”A prison cell may be better than this place”. I booked for two nights - $120 per night. We left the place after one day.

Disgusting rooms, we had to switch 3 times before one found a room that was not good but somewhere to sleep since it was 3am by then. Room had dirt, hair, cockroaches and other reviews mentioned bed bugs. They would not refund me and couldn’t get ahold of Expedia to get a refund and leave. Don’t book here, sleep in your car before this

Honestly not a Bad place to stay since we only stay here 2 nights but I highly recommend you to come here prepare like bring Body Wash/ Towels and some entertainment devices so you don’t get bored! Also bring your own food since sometime they don’t serve you breakfast! Also if you want to do Laundry it will cost you 11$ when you are using The washer and Dryer and laundry detergent but to save just bring your own Detergent and it will be 8$! Good Luck and thank me Later!

The photos bear no resemblance to reality. When you use booking apps, they give you the worst room of all. We paid extra for the microwave, but we never got one. The rooms are completely filthy. Don't even think about looking under the bed because you'll find other guests' messes. The TV doesn't work, the hairdryer doesn't work, the coffeemaker doesn't work, and they don't have a phone to contact reception. In short, everything is dirty and in poor condition.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort were not priorities. The room was dirty, with stained sheets, a musty odor, and poorly maintained furniture. The bathroom was even worse—mold in the shower, grime on the sink, and a lack of basic toiletries.

The staff was unhelpful and dismissive when I raised concerns, offering no solutions or apology. Noise throughout the night made it impossible to get any rest, and the overall atmosphere of the property felt neglected and unsafe.

For the price I paid, I expected at least the basics of hospitality—cleanliness, respect, and security—but unfortunately, none were met. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and booking elsewhere.

It was so easy to book. Peaceful atmosphere. The pool was closed for maintenance but besides that all is well. Great WiFi. Comfortable beds. My room had no tv service but I had my iPad so I was able to stream peacefully. Would recommend. And will definitely book again in the near future.

This property pissed me off so f*ucking bad. I drove 7hr and 15min from home, booked this place and had a horrible experience. The first room they’d given me had roaches. Moved into another room the tv or WiFi didn’t work. I checked in on a Thursday and was suppose to check out Sunday. You can bet your bottom dollar I checked out the very next morning. My children and I were willing to sleep in the car. I am still calling til this day looking for my refund. They act like they don’t in know anything about refund processes. This is suppose to be the quality inn, not the shitz Carlton. DON’T DO IT

After bringing all our belongings to our designated room, the key didn’t work. Then they switched our room all the way on the opposite side of where we brought all of our belongings to an ok room. We didn’t feel

Spend a little more, your comfort is worth it

Needs a lot of remodeling and updating and security. What seemed like random people roaming the property late night yelling and calling out to others using profanity as if they were looking for someon. Walls and doors were patchy and could use replacing. Many of the metal elements such as faucets, vent covers were rusty. The shower curtain liner was mildewed and had mild spots along the bottom. Had to suck it up as I needed a late check in due to travel so I didn’t arrive until 11pm and didn’t want to risk not being able to find somewhere to sleep, I also just didn’t have the energy. But I would not stay here again
