This stay was very disappointing. The lobby looked amazing but the room was filthy. Stains on the carpet, stains on the walls, grime and hair all over the bathroom, mirror filthy, there was trash left in the garage that was never picked up.

When arriving to the room we notice next door there was a dog barking nonstop, we advised the front desk and asked if there were any available rooms to change to. The gentlemen put me on hold to check , I was on hold for 20 minutes and he never clicked over. I figured he was busy so I called back in a hour…and he didn’t answer.

But what made it worse was I paid extra for breakfast to find out I paid $40 for coffee and one single bagel.

Very disappointing, the ratings were very misleading.

The room was not up to par this time for us. There was no microwave in the room this time, which I am pretty sure it should be included. Also, the handle on one of the cabinets was not secured all the way. The refrigerator had ice built up in the freezer so not able to put anything in there. Generally, do not run into these problems there.

I have stayed at this hotel off and on when traveling to NY as it's not expensive, quiet and reasonably priced. A refurbishment was done recently as well. However, on this stay, I was disappointed by the uncleanliness of the room. There was thick dust on the counter behind the TV. In the bathroom, the floor was not clean and where water had been, between the tile was mildew. There were a few stains on the floor and the walls as well. It seems like an attention to cleanliness is lacking, which is disappointing. I may give this hotel one more shot, but they need to re-prioritize cleanliness, or else become a motel 6 hotel.

Hotel was under construction. As we entered our rooms, ear splitting drilling was right above us. The front elevator was all banged up….looked like a service elevator. This was ok for 1 night but not any more….

The staff was polite but the hotel is dated and in much need of upgrades. There are no usb ports in the rooms, and though clean and intact, the bathrooms feel and look worthy of a two star hotel.
Though advertised, the bar has not existed since 2021, and the continental breakfast is a joke even though the lounge is quite nice including the layout.

I actually felt bad for the staff who were there- they could have used more support.

Bed linens were dusty, with hair strands in the pillows. When i told the older Caucasian lady at the front desk about it, and asked for replacement linens, she said there was only one service person. For 3 nights, nothing was done.

The room was unprepared for my arrival. The refrigerator was filled with old food, and the cabinet was unswept.
The bathroom was filthy, the toilet was dirty, and the shower had visible mold. There was no toilet paper or facial tissue paper. I had to go to Target for bleach cleaner to clean enough to take a shower.
I am not confident that the sheets were changed. It was a long night, feeling trapped in the filth.

I had to cancel the rest of my stay.

This hotel is NOT business-friendly. During my recent business trip, I discovered that the hotel does not provide Wi-Fi. I had to rely on my mobile hotspot, which was not very effective. I checked in on a Wednesday, and my room was not cleaned until Sunday, and only after I requested it at the front desk.

I spoke with a staff member named Maria, who was very rude. When I asked for my room to be cleaned, her immediate response was a firm \"NO!\" I was taken aback. Maria later explained that the person who checked me in should have informed me that rooms are only cleaned if requested the night before. She also expressed frustration, mentioning that it was Labor Day weekend and only one person was working at the front desk, which handles everything from breakfast to cleaning to check-ins.

Given all these issues, I will never stay here again.

Short staffed. I had to call 3xs for more towels. I was there 3 nights no one can to clean room once. So I had to call for more towels as they gave us one wash cloth and two bath towels. Also had to get extra coffee. Ran out of toilet paper and my son had to walk up to the front desk to get a roll. Woman with nose ring extremely rude.

Fantastic same-day rate. Room well equipped with microwave, fridge, tv, ironing board, coffee. Located on one of those NJ secondary shopping highways, so plenty of shopping and food choices. It is adjacent to a small airport. I didn't hear any planes after 4PM but in the morning I did.

It was a nightmare to spend two days in this facility. We switch rooms twice but all rooms were filty. Looks pretty much the cleaners only change the bed spread and dont touch nothing else. The were life spider in the bathroom with spider webs everywhere. The bed and all lamps were filty with dust thats looks really disgusted. I wanted to change room for the third time but realised all rooms were they same so there is no point switching rooms. Especially ground floor had really bad/smokey scent in the rooms and hall ways but they denied its non smoking building. I was traveling with family with two kids and this hotel experience was really bad. The funny thing is they aware the rooms were filty bathtub were rusty. I cant speak about other rooms but for sure in room 114 and 211. $300 for two days is not that cheap at least clean the rooms once you are in business. I have being in hamton in for $120 a night and it was really amazing with nice breakfast included. Spend $300 for two days with no breakfast but really poor management.

Worst Hotel Ever !!

Disgusting. All around the worst hotel experience of my life. So bad we not only didn’t stay there but I had to file a complaint to get my money refunded. The facility smelled musty, the staff were unprofessional (one was downright rude). We asked to switch our room due to being made to feel uncomfortable by a staff member acting strangely on the 3rd floor. We simply wanted to be closer to the desk floor and where it was less isolated. My daughter felt just as ill at ease due to this man’s behavior. The 2nd room we were assigned after the desk clerk was done taking her sweet time, rolling her eyes and dismissing our concern hadn’t even been cleaned!! We unlocked the door and could clearly see one of the beds was unmade and the room appeared disheveled. Obviously we went back again and so she had to assign us a 3rd room. The 3rd room had the beds made but it was not clean and disgusting. At that point we decided not to stay.

I got in late and discovered that the freezer part of my fridge had so much ice the door to the fridge wouldn’t close. Couldn’t refrigerate some things I was traveling with. The reason why we stayed at the hotel was because the hot water heater at my house was not working and the next morning we were leaving for vacation so we decided to stay at the hotel to take a hot shower to get to the airport early in the a.m. We went to bed and around 3 AM in the morning my wife got up to use the bathroom and she closed the bathroom door and then when we woke up at 4:30 to take a shower and to leave, we could not get into the bathroom door because it was locked so there was no way for us to get into the room so we called the front desk and they said someone will be up well after 15 to 20 minutes. No one came up. We contacted the front desk and they said we cannot get anybody until 8 o’clock in the morning and we said that was too late so they gave us a different room so we could take a shower which we did, but my wife had all her products in the shower already so we had to leave those behind and when we got into the other room, it was stifling hot because the AC was not on so we were able just to take a quick shower and leave. I feel that I should be compensated somehow for this.
