We ended up staying here during a snow storm and the hotel staff was extremely prepared. They had the side walks and driveway completely cleared by early morning. The bartender was wonderful and the room itself was very clean. I would definitely stay here again if needed.

The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Hotel noise is higher than average, nearby room noise was noticeable, and the rooms could benefit from quieter heating/AC units. There is aprox $25 per day parking charge (in covered garage) which wasn't expected for a small city hotel. Hotel was clean and room was spacious.

Pros were that the hotel was nice looking inside and out, convenient to train from NY, staff were friendly, loved the breakfast especially the French toast and room was quiet & clean, but cons were the bath gel was empty which we didn’t realize until we were in the shower, no bath robes or slippers, and no water glasses just paper cups that you could taste with tea. Other than that it was a good stay and we’ll be back next Thanksgiving! Happy Holidays!

The size of the room was good. The beds were comfortable. The issues we have are: the lighting in the room and bathroom was poor; the chair did not roll, which made working at the desk very uncomfortable; the bathroom was small; the bathmat in the tub/shower was very slippery and dangerous; the door into the bathroom opened into the main part of the bathroom instead of towards the wall, which made going in and out, very awkward; there was no counter space in the bathroom; the handles on the faucet were very stiff and difficult to turn; not enough towel bars to hang up wet towels; and no glasses provided, only paper coffee cups.

This hotel did not live up to the Hyatt Regency brand.

Toilet seat broken and kept sliding off. Shower drain didn’t work well so feet were covered in water.
Staff were very friendly.
Bar man did not pour beer very well. Way too much foam on one beer and acceptable foam on the other. It seems he has been doing his job for a while, so it tells me he just didn’t care.

Staff was nice and room was spacious and fairly well-appointed. Beds were made sloppily and the pillows were the WORST i have ever encountered. They were heavy, too thick and so hard that my ears were actually going numb. On the last night when we couldn't take it anymore, we asked the front desk if they had different pillows that were flatter and they said they would have feather pillows delivered to our room. We return to our room, excited for a good night's sleep to find that another blanket was delivered, no pillows. To make the situation worse, the AC was incredibly noisy. The lost sleep was terrible and would be a deal breaker for future stays.

One nice thing about the property was that it was plugged into a larger mixed-use development, which meant that within the same structure there was access to a Crunch Fitness (not far from the front desk), a movie theatre, a pub and restaurant on site and plenty of other amenities in the surrounding area including a CVS pharmacy and local food stops. This made it ideal for getting a real workout done it the mornings and not feeling cooped up in the hotel room in the evening.

Glad that we finally settled together

The room is spacious and clean. But it looks dull… grayish white background/ wall paint that makes the occupant feeling sad, isolated and low in spirits.
My cousins said that the breakfast is not appealing and dry. The staff is not welcoming, it’s like they were lwearing a compulsory smile to customers and inevitably can be felt by the customers.

Not a very hospitable or relaxing place. They'd rather hold on to an empty room than let you check in early. If you want to check in early, they want you to pay extra. WiFi? Pay extra. Parking? Pay extra. It felt like the Spirit Airlines of hotels. The actual staff were doing their best, but I guess management wants to nickel and dime customers. I'd rather pay more for the room and have everything be included.

Do not trust the valet service

The Hotel staff was pretty good. The Valet service upset.me greatly. I have a large truck, that is just about too high for the parking garage. I specifically requested that my truck stay parked out front, which was agrees to by the front desk, as well at the valet. I came out in the morning and my truck was nowhere to be found. Apparently, the decision was made to put my truck i. The garage, against my wishes, as well as what was agreed upon. When you are paying as much as i did for a room, as well as valet parking, it is highly upsetting to find that your wishes were disregarded. This incidents left me with a very bad taste for the hotel.
