Great stay! Loved the saltwater pool. Food was okay in the restaurant, but it was close to many restaurant and had a well stocked kitchen. Will definitely stay here when I return to Saigon!

Staff polite but that's about it. Hotel rooms were very clean but stark and beds were OK -3 star standard. Showers were great. Pool clean, long and thin but not picturesque and noisy some evenings. Would not stay again as checked in with 2 persons and was given ONE key which we lost and the hotel charged us almost the same price as the breakfast for losing it. Apparently it was in the small print but left a very bad impression especially as on the day we checked out we were told the room was missing 2tiny towels which we had taken to the pool and were found there. At this point we expressed our frustration at the hotel's handling of the key and towel issues. As we got in our taxi to the airport a staff member(presumably management) came to apologize and offered us what looked like 2 tiny moisturizers or something which of course we did not accept as the damage had been done and seriously 2 moisturizers? Really short sighted management at this hotel in our opinion.

Very nice hotel. I booked two bedrooms with kitchen and two bathrooms. Very spacious and clean. Hotel was included breakfast with variety of foods. Not much of choice but good enough for us. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. I will book again if I come back to Vietnam.

The room was nice, good view of city, the lounge area is well setup with a comfy couch
The bed is very hard, was tempted to sleep on the couch as its softer.
Staff are adequate, but don't pay you much attention once you’re checked in.
Towels were lacking by the pool.
Nice spot, but won’t stay again, the location is a little odd, quite far away from most things, but it’s quiet.

The room was good and had a kitchen. I’d only recommend it if you plan on using the kitchen. The pool is small and the gym is not air conditioned. The breakfast wasn’t impressive at all. No comment on the value of the location. I don’t know the city well enough to say.

Lovely modern spacious hotel room, great location, easy Walking and quick cheap grab ride to popular destinations. The room even has a small kitchen which is very handy if you’re staying extended periods of time and want to do some of your own cooking and food prep. Loved it!

The property was fine but when my mom checked out they charged her for missing a coffee spoon. We don't mind to pay if we did, and if they l let us know how many spoons, cups, dishes and elses at the day that my mom checked in. That won't be fair to blame what ever missing since we don't even know have it really exited.
Very disappointed about this.

The location- very close to the War remnants museum and palace. Room was very spacious and well designed.
Fantastic pool, spa and steam room. Breakfast was good.

The showers could be better. The one in the bath sprays water all over the floor. Replace the shower heads or add another movable pane of glass. Reception staff seemed a bit lost on room choices. Booking was made for three people but when we arrived the room only had one bed. They offered a twin which was also not suitable. Eventually we upgraded to a suite. I was not sure if you offered rollaway beds, the staff had no idea what I meant.

The trip was to celebrate my birthday and they decorated which surprised me.
The room size is good and comfortable, they provided all you needed.
The water pressure in both bathroom is not good enough.
All receptionists are friendly and helpful.
The cleaning standard still need to improve and housekeeping team didn’t refill toiletries and tissue box after clean.

Location is far but peaceful from the mayhem of saigon. Its about 10-15min walk into livelihood of the city. They serve breakfast but through meals that you get to choose from. No open buffet just a select menu which is scarce.. My whole stay there i ordered the bacon eggs with pancakes..and thats considered two of the 6 meals in the menu already. Their coffee is great with rhe condensed milk on ice.. Their gym is 24hrs along with the pool. Internet is fast. The rooms were precise and cleaned. I have no complaints about the size for the price although i would've liked it to be a bit bigger. The only issue i had was that they charged me full day of $100 usd for a early check-in time. I thought that was ridiculous. For the price this place was great. I would definitely try another hotel with a better location but if you dont mind a bit of a commute into the heart of HCM then this your place for some good privacy.

My third time at Sila. I love how it's close enough to District 1 but away from the madness. Great local coffee shops nearby (Epic Coffee a few streets to the left is great).
Large room with high quality soft goods and big bathroom. Super friendly staff who always try to help and make great suggestions. Well equipped (for a hotel) gym and pool.

Lovely hotel in a great area walking distance from lots of attractions and restaurants and cafes. Service was wonderful and staff spoke great English and was extremely helpful. Restaurant on site was very nice although a little expensive but had a large variety. Beds were hard though and the room was small. The shower alone was worth it. Laundry service was a little expensive and timing was unreliable.

NICE CONDO TO CHILL IN DURING TET

We stayed here last year and back for more. We were very happy with the room's comfort size cleanliness and good condition. A few restaurants coffee shops and Family Mart nearby. Mexican Food Rico Taco . Also the CO-OP .Supermarket 2 blocks away. There is the Acoustic Bar Live music across the street. The pool is great. The 21 restaurant, off lobby had some quite good food.with pool side service. The staff was friendly. Big TV with premium channels. I recommend this place

A nice contemporary chic surprise in HCMC

I was really impressed with the Sila Urban Living complex in HCMC. The staff were very friendly and helpful and my room was spacious, very contemporary and clean. It is like a serviced apartment, has cooking facilities and sink, crockery & cutlery so you can choose to cook and eat in if you want. The facilities at the complex are also great - I used the gym every day I was there & the pool looked very inviting. It is located close to the War Remnants Museum and Pasteur St, so not far from good restaurants and tourist sites. I have been to HCMC many times and stayed at an international hotel chain, however I found due to the hotel chain pricing itself out if it's market, that I would try something different and I was very pleasantly surprised with Sila. It is great value and well presented. I will be back for sure.

Very good choice of hotel-clean and modern, area (district 3) very interesting, close to central sights & local restaurants, not too commercial. Breakfasts great. Staff’s English so-so. Stayed in 2 different rooms, both well equipped (kitchen), great shower, well sized, good views. Would stay here again. On previous visit I stayed at a more expensive hotel in district 1; SILA was better!

We found the hotel to be very comfortable and it met our needs. We were a family of 5 and had 2 rooms with bath and kitchen facilities in one apartment and a standard room with bath for the other couple. Taxis were available outside or the front desk would call for one. We would go back to that hotel again.

The room we had was huge and had a kitchenette. It's close to the War Remnants Museum and Independence Palace. Only a 20 minute walk to the main square or a cheap taxi ride. They a gym, pool, jacuzzi sauna and steam room!
