I couldn’t hear anything coming through the walls, so no complaints and hope that’s the same with all of them.
TV was functional although if you’re watching the default channels, it does cut out here and there.
I love the slippers from Mai House. Other hotels give ones with flat soles but these ones have a think sole so there’s cushioning.
The gym was satisfactory, had everything I needed for most of my exercises. You won’t be able to lift heavy so you’ll need to be creative.
Location wise, the war museum is only a few mins away with Ben Thanh Market around 20 mins. Found it easy to get around on foot and felt safe in the area.

What can I say, the moment I walked into the hotel I was treated like royalty. The service is amazing, immaculately presented foyer and the breakfast was excellent. I was in a premium club room (highly recommend). Free cocktail and wine with canapés every night and the room was enormous. Private check in and checkout on Level 14. This is THE best hotel in HCMC. My only regret is that I didn’t stay longer, but I will be back!

Mai house is an absolute stunner. We had just completed a village home stay which was incredible and then landed at Mai House and I thought all my Christmases had come at once. The hotel is beautifully classic and exceptionally presented. The rooms were luxurious and the bathroom was just deeevine, the bath was a little gift after my rice planting, bike riding, fishing, kayaking adventure and the pool area was the cherry on top. The pool bar team even popped our half drunk bottle of wine behind the bar so we could return later in the evening to finish just to ensure it was cost effective. The breakfast had so many options and felt like such a treat. Everything is within walking distance and options to eat and drink were excellent. All in all a truly exceptional stay and and even better experience :)

This is definitely a 5-star hotel! Everything feels new and fresh — the entire property smells great and is fully air-conditioned for comfort throughout. Our room was spacious with soft, cozy bedding that made for a restful stay. The breakfast selection was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. What really made our stay special was the attentive service. The staff were consistently helpful, and the concierge desk went above and beyond with excellent local recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. I paid almost $180 a night but it doesn’t equal the values comparing to other places that I stayed in this trip (two weeks in May 2025) in Vietnam. The hotel doesn’t have a lot of promotions to offer and not yet a five stars standards unfortunately. I stayed in room 709 and it has a view to the pool. It’s not a convenient location. It’s not worth it.

I really enjoyed staying at Mai House Saigon Hotel. The property is beautiful, the staff are kind and very attentive. The staff ensured my boyfriend could dine with no concerns with is peanut/tree nut allergy. They took extra steps to ensure no cross contamination and informed him what he should not eat. He felt very safe with Mai House Saigon hotel. The food options were great! This property has so many amazing amenities. I had an amazing massage by Jenny. She was very helpful and focused on all the tension in my neck, back, shoulders, and feet. I highly recommend Jenny! She was so personable and I enjoyed conversing with her after my massage.
