The hotel and room were excellent. Our room was nicely appointed, clean and very luxurious. The staff was great. Although not the hotel’s fault, the street noise from an open air nightclub across the street was annoying. Loud music from 8-12pm every night would keep me from returning. Otherwise, an excellent hotel.

It is a pity the hotel does not share on any booking site or their own website about the extent of the noise. There are a few reviews that mention the noise but not enough to make you think it was as bad as it is. It wasn’t just at night when trying to sleep (the air plugs they give you helped a little) but we were in a room facing the night club across the road. Even worse was that we couldn’t enjoy relaxing time in the room before or after dinner - as the music started as early 6pm and we couldn’t even have a conversation without yelling. Such a pity as the rest of the hotel is lovely and clean. Great bed, great shower. And they also fail to mention the three flights of steps to go up to get to breakfast, this could be problematic for some guests, especially when it is raining.

Great hotel with some minor quirks

Lovely hotel but there were a few minor issues. Me when we got there our toilet was immediately clogged even tho we didn't use it. They sent someone to fix it ASAP but was not a good start. The room was lovely but the bathtub was poorly designed in a way that water would collect in the corner. Finally I believe in the past the breakfast was in the lobby which makes sense. However they moved it to the rooftop lounge which was a bit awkward. Overall it was a lovely hotel and we would come back to stay at the pros outweighed the cons. In The location was great and so was service. I think others complained about the neighboring bar but (at least in our room) it wasn't that loud. You could hear it but it wasn't a deterrent for sleeping.

We were upgraded to a corner room. It was large with high-quality furnishings. The bathroom was excellent. The entire property is tastefully decorated( French feel). The pool was nice too. It's a small property that does not have room service or a concierge. It does what it promises though and our experience could not have been better!

This hotel is like a 6-star hotel especially by the service provided by the staff, all of which are extremely pleasant and accommodating.
If there's one issue that stands out it's the fact that the dining room diesnt have enough seats for all guests which means you somtimes have to wait 15-20 minutes for a table. The staff is too polite to aporoach two persons who occupy a table for four and ask them to move. I'm only mentioning this because I'd very much like to see the issue resolved, for the sake of this wonderful hotel and its terrific staff.

This property is an oasis in what can be a very busy overwhelming city
The staff were so kind and struck the perfect balance of being attentive while not intrusive
The pool was wonderful and hopefully next time we visit there will be a restaurant for food and drinks

The staff were all lovely and the hotel is beautiful. Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are well appointed and the bed and bedding are extremely comfortable. The downside of this hotel is the noise level from outside. The sleeps were terrible. I thought the extreme noise from Vietnam beating Thailand in soccer was going to be an anomaly but the other two nights there was loud live music until midnight and I was suffering from jet lag and just wanted to sleep, but couldn’t. Even my AirPods hardly drowned out the noise. If you’re into partying stay here as the noise will dye down after midnight, but if you want a quiet good night’s sleep this is not the hotel for you.

Really nice hotel and stay, perfect location. The only thing is as the most travellers mentioned is the bar on the other side of the road and loud music until about 12 am. Whilst I accept hotel management's notes that hotel is centrally located and noise is expected however this is not a normal traffic or city noise, this is vibrating loud music noise on the door step. This is something to consider when choosing this hotel. And while I appreciate ear plugs provided by the hotel, they definitely wouldnt be of any help for families with children.
Other than that it was a perfect stay and thank you your wonderful staff for this.

I like the breakfast buffet. It was awesome. Stayed in there December 2023. The freezer in the room wasn’t cooling the drinks in it but I called up for ice bucket from the main desk and it came right away. Definitely I recommend this hotel. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. Thank you.

Excellent everything!!! Very clean rooms, very nice bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was sufficient as far as quantity but very delicious. You don’t need a lot for breakfast at the hotel because if you’re traveling to Vietnam, get out there and try the local food, not the big fancy restaurants but the local restaurants and street stalls.

Lovely rooms and lovely staff. Unfortunately the very loud establishment across the street, 'Yo Beer', will rattle your bones if you decide to spend time I. Your room in the evening. It's deep heavy Bass that you feel throughout your body. So, the two sets of earplugs in each nightstand, don't help much. It's unfortunate for the Bach Suites because it is a lovely hotel -- but we would never stay there again

Everyone of the staff in this hotel is totally committed to make our stay as comfortable and convenient for us. My Le - lovely hotel receptionist booked our Saigon Water Bus trip for us online and volunteered to use her personal visa card to do this without charge etc. The house keeping staff were totally committed to making the bed comfortable for my husband to address his backache issues. The free coffee and tea facilities throughout the day with free butter cookies provided made it quite welcoming to get back to the hotel to simply relax at the lounge. Make sure you visit the 4P pizza place for your meals. It is located less than five minutes away. We enjoy the complimentary toiletries provided. And I have read at least two interesting articles from the magazines provided. The breakfast spread allowed me to try a few local noodle dishes. The hotel is only noisy for four hours in the evening before midnight. It is nice and quiet throughout the day. The club across the road has definitely let this hotel down. What a shame!😭

This was our first time traveling with our 9 month old baby and we are glad to have picked this place! The entire team at Bach Suites Saigon is super prompt for all our requests (i.e. additional bottles of water, travel adapters etc.), and their attention to detail is great! Facilities in the hotel are not too remarkable (breakfast buffet options etc) but is definitely good enough for a short and comfortable stay. Overall a great experience and we enjoyed our time here!

Our third stay. Rooms clean and beautifully designed. Rooftop pool nice and you can see surrounding rooftop bars at night. Breakfast consistently great. All people working on breakfast crew are great. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong always has a smile and makes sure you have what you need. IChanh Pham works reception and goes out of his way to help with issues that come up. He and the manager of reception whose name I didn’t write down helped track down a package I left in grab car late at night. It’s our go to place in Ho Chi Minh.

A boutique hotel. Smaller than the pics illustrate and there is no view. The room was dirty (502) and the shower was not cleaned properly. There was also a sewer smell in the bathroom (the toilet was beside the window) and it did not go away even with the fan on.

The sheets on the bed had a big yellow stain on it. Very surprising considering this is supposed to be a \"high end\" hotel.

It is VERY LOUD at night, until about Midnight - 1am. It is right beside a huge club and a very busy round about.

They said the mini bar was complimentary - there were 2 cokes and 1 sprite. No water and nothing else.

The pool upstairs does not look like the photos. It appears that they are building on top so it's not a picturesque view of the pool or of the city.

Positive: the breakfast.

On Friday after I checked in and saw the condition of the room, knowing that I could not be refunded for the same night. I advised that I would check out the next day and asked for that day to be refunded. Property refused, despite it being more than 24 hours.

They gave me bananas and a chocolate bar to compensate for the inconvenience. Thanks.

I am very and thoroughly disappointed in my experience especially for what it cost.

Convenient to walk to most sites - we like to walk. You are in the middle of the hustle and bustle, but walk into calm and serenity when you pass through the front doors.

Beautiful, centrally located hotel. After we checked out we needed to shower and change clothes before heading to the airport for an overnight flight, and the hotel let us use one of the rooms to do this without hesitation. Above and beyond with their customer service here. Very impressed. Will stay here again next time in Saigon!

I’d highly recommend this hotel for couples or families. Breakfast was very good and since they start serving at 6am, early birds can eat too.
Rooms are stylishly designed with good attention to detail. It gets a bit loud with the live band music in the park on Saturday night but it stopped about 11pm and the hotel provided ear plugs.
Water pressure in the shower can be weak but honestly all the pluses here outweighs the small minus.

Stylish Hotel in the Perfect Location

We stayed here during our last night before flying back home and wished we had booked additional nights. The service and staff are very professional and helpful. My fiancé had forgotten his sunglasses at our previous hotel and we were having a misunderstanding on the shipping location and the guy helping us check in helped speak to the other hotel and coordinate. We are very thankful to him for all his help! Truly going above and beyond. Besides the amazing service this hotel is very tastefully decorated, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bed, in particular, was very comfortable and the room had earplugs and other little items. The overall vibe of the hotel is calm, clean and elegant. The location is ideal, close to the center (walking about 10mins) and close enough to the airport (about 15-20 without traffic). We absolutely loved this hotel!

I like the location, close to eateries, rooftop bars and walking distance to district 1 (15mins). The hotel is clean, not crowded mostly (mainly business and couples), quiet and friendly staff. Great or those who want some luxury but fine with the lack of amenities. The bathroom has all the usual amenities. Deluxe Room was very comfortable with a small kitchenette but no cutleries.
Cons: No lobby bar (free evening drinks avail - wine and beers only), no spa, no business centre, small gym.

A small, new but cosy and elegant hotel at the border of district 1 and 3. Not many choice for breakfast but the attentive service made up for it. They prepare made to order coffee for u instead of self serve coffee. To me, thats what i judge a hotel for breakfast sevice. The small rooftop area and the pool is clean and super cute. I did not find anything wrong with this hotel. I think some customers might find it is a little noisy at night, but i didnt. Will come back. Highly reccomend.

The hotel and rooms are beautifully designed and very clean. The staff were nice and helpful, the location is great and breakfast was pretty good. However, it did seem to be more of a business hotel than a place for tourists. As said by a few other reviews, noise is definitely a problem - there is a club or bar nearby that plays very loud music every night until very late. While they provide earplugs, you could still hear the music. The shower was also not great in terms of pressure. It would also be nice to have drinks or food by the pool but there is no service there.
