In May 2015, an annexe containing 36 rooms of contemporary, simple and light design were opened in Cihelny Golf & Wellness Resort. The latest trends have proven themselves especially in the harmonised links with all parts of the resort, especially the golf club house, rooms, extensive wellness centre & spa, conference hall and restaurant.

Accommodation will be available not just in single and double rooms, but also in a spacious suite. All rooms come equipped with hotel facilities as standard ensuring a comfortable stay.

Breakfast is included in the price. Our spacious contemporary hotel rooms provide their guests with perfect service to the Cihelny Golf & Wellness Resort four-star standard in a quiet location just a few kilometres from Karlovy Vary, in the middle of a golf course and the Slavkovský les Protected Landscape Area.

You can thus relax immediately after hitting your last ball. Accommodation is available in single or double rooms or suites.

All rooms have a contemporary, simple and light design. Rooms are equipped with hotel facilities as standard such that you can enjoy your stay with the maximum of comfort.

30 minutes waiting to check in. Electricity went off twice during our check in so had to reset computer each time. So I think nearly 1 hour all told. Embarrassing. Rooms are very tired. Hole in blind in bathroom which I covered during my stay. Food was warm not hot. All staff were vey good and friendly. Golf course is outstanding.

Great for couples, tranquility and outdoors

We very much enjoyed our stay at Cihelny. Our room was spacious, warm, comfortable with Nordic style design. The balcony was spacious with a beautiful view towards the forest. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. In particular we enjoyed the setting of the resort with the opportunity for walks in nature, the tranquility, and the direct private access from the rooms to the spa area which allows one to feel comfortable in walking around in a robe. The massage treatment was good and the beauty treatment fantastic.

Give it a go even if you don't like golf

This place certainly has the wow! factor, it's in an idyllic location not too far from the city. Room was spacious and had every kind of thing a guest would need, and pool area was really relaxing
Two major ownsides though: there is no lift, so guests have to haul their cases up and down a spiral staircase from reception that has narrow treads, and this makes it uncomfortable, especially for anyone with mobility problems. A lot of money has been invested in this complex and I couldn't understand why such a major item had been left out of design.
The other negative was that guests were allowed to bring dogs into restaurant area. Smelly hairy dogs do not make for a pleasant hygenic experience for non-dog owners and hotel should consider changing policy.

the hotel is not in the center but it was very comfort ant pleasant.very nice view from the restaurant !
i wrote all this even they make a mistake. we ordered through expedia room for 3, but when we arrived they didn't know this and organised a room for 2. they said that it was a fault of the order manager. but within one our the brought one more bad. they gave us a free dinner because of all of this. even the mistake we enjoyed from the place.

Unser Aufenthalt war hervorragend. Wir waren für 2 Nächte dort. Das Hotel war nicht ausgebucht und somit war im Wellnessbereich nicht viel los. Könnte mir vorstellen das wenn viel los ist , der Wellnessbereich sehr voll sein wird. Die Saunen sind relativ klein. Teilweise passen nur 3 bis 4 Personen darein , außer in die Finischen Für unser empfinden war der Pool mit 28,5 Grad etwas zu kalt , aber wir sind auch Warmduscher. Alles andere war mit sehr viel Liebe fürs Detail hergerichtet. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und Abendessen (Halbpension) war absolut ausreichen . Es gab immer Suppe , Salat , verschiedene Fleisch/ Fischgerichte und Beilagen. Getränke am Abend waren nicht mit im Preis, aber die Preise waren sehr fair. Die Parkplatzgebühr ( 10 Euro am Tag) empfand ist etwas frech , da überhaupt nichts los war und dieser auch nicht abgesichert ist. Die Zimmer sind ein Traum . Bademantel. Handtücher sowie auch Tücher für die Sauna werden gestellt

Die Hotelanlange ist schön.
Allerdings ist der Service dürftig. Das fing beim Frühstück an und endete am Abend mit den Bargetränken.
Gleiches gilt für den Spa Bereich. Ein Spa Bereich, der Handtücher nur an der Rezeption zur Abholung bereit stellt, ist schwierig. Auch die Massage kann ich nicht empfehlen. Alles ohne Wohlfühl

Lbergo meraviglioso con una pessima colazione

Il posto é molto bello, pieno di pace e rilassante con una vista gradevole dalla stanza sui campi da golf. L'area spa é ben organizzata e il personale é gentile. Insomma tutto perfetto ad eccezione della colazione che é davvero povera e inadeguata ad un albergo del genere.

Wir waren zum 2. mal im Golf Resort Chihelny. Auch diesmal war wieder alles Top. Sehr schönes, sauberes Zimmer, sehr frrundluches Personal und das Abendessen im Restaurant war hervorragend. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, keon Verkehr. Hier findet man Ruhe und schöne Natur vor der Hoteltür. Die Damen am Empfang waren diesmal auch ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Tolles Hotel mit hohem Entspannungsfaktor. Schöne Zimmer, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ansprechendes Bad, schöner Spa-Bereich (wenn auch etwas klein für alle Gäste), große Auswahl an Massagen, ruhige Lage, Frühstück ok, leckeres Abendessen. Ich würde wieder für ein Wellness-WE hinfahren.

Die Zimmer und das Hotel inklusive Wellnessbereich und Restaurant komplett renoviert, sauber, modern, sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, wirklich traumhaft. Wir waren selten in einem so schönen Hotel, mitten in der Natur. Der Wellnessbereich ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Frühstück war sehr gut, mit sehr viel Auswahl, guten Saft und Kaffee. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vorm Eingang. Plätzchen im Zimmer zur Begrüßung haben uns besonders gefreut. Die Zimmer waren nicht hellhörig. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden und würden wieder kommen.

Das Frühstück und die Location selbst waren sehr gut und einladend.

Der Check In dauerte einfach zu lange.
Hier kann man entweder die Pässe kopieren oder am nächsten Tag zurück geben.
Dann kann der Gast in Ruhe aufs Zimmer.
Das Zimmer 137 roch im Schlafbereich und im Bad nicht gut.

Het is een mooie locatie midden in de natuur.
Ventilatie in de hotel is niet zo goed. Zodra je binnen komt ruik je de keuken. Ook is de plank boven bed zeer onhandig. Het is te laag geplaats waardoor je steeds je hoofd tegen stoot.

Eine moderne, sehr gepflegte Einrichtung. Freundliches Personal. Man fühlt sich recht wohl. Die Zimmer sehr schön: hell und sauber. Das Frühstück ausreichend, es ist alles da und gut übersichtlich. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön. Es ist zwar etwas außerhalb von Karlsbad (11 Km) aber mit dem Auto gar kein Problem. Kommen gerne wieder irgendwann.

Wir haben sehr die Ruhe genossen. Außer Vogelgezwitscher und Geblöke von Schafen ist nichts zu hören! Besonders gefallen hat uns das Essen am Abend und die Massagen. Das Fühstücksbuffet ist gut, kann aber gerne noch mehr Auswahl bieten. Wir kommen wieder!

Das Hotel ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Herrlich gelegen in der Natur und ruhig. Wir hatten die Juniorsuite und diese war toll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit großem Bad, sehr guten Betten und zuverlässigen Zimmerservice. Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant sollte man unbedingt probieren, es schmeckt wirklich alles sehr lecker und frisch.
Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig aber ok. Leider waren an zwei Tagen bereits 9.15 Uhr Toast und Brötchen alle, sowas darf in einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht passieren.
In Sachen Service sollte das Personal nochmal geschult werden. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren überheblich und nicht besonders freundlich, das gleiche gilt für einige Mitarbeiter im Gastrobereich.
Der Spa Bereich ist toll, der Pool angenehm temperiert und die 4 Saunen sind neu und ansprechend.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !

Schickes Hotel zum fairen Preis.

Ein modern und chic eingerichtetes Hotel mit ca. 40 Zimmern (ca. 7km entfernt von Karlsbad). Die beste Verbindung in die Innenstadt ist mit dem Zug, welcher ca. jede Stunde 400m vorm Hotel hält (ca. 0,60 € p. P.). Nutzen kann man auch den Spabereich mit verschiedenen Saunen und einen Schwimmbecken. Zudem gibt es die Möglichkeit verschiedene Wellnessanwendungen zu nutzen. Die Zimmer sind größtenteils sauber, jedoch mit kleineren Abnutzungsspuren. Das Frühstück ist etwas eintönig, jedoch völlig ausreichend und appetitlich. Aus einem kleinen Menü kann man sich am Abend sehr leckere Speisen wählen. Zu empfehlen ist das Hotel für Paare die ein paar Tage Ruhe genießen wollen.

Schönes Hotel zum Abschalten

Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb von der Stadt aber mit dem Auto ist man auch in ca 15 Minuten dort.
Der Spa Bereich war schön und erholsam. Lediglich auf das Gym. sollte man sich nicht zu sehr freuen hierbei habdelt es sich um einen kleinen Raum mit Spiegeln und einem Rad....
Essen kann man auch sehr gut und preiswert im Hotel.

Wir waren für einen entspannten Kurztrip dort. Sehr schöne Anlage mit Sauna und Innenpool . Insgesamt sehr sauber . Alles mit Teppich ausgelegt was ich immer kritisch sehe . Personal sehr freundlich . Leider mussten wir Abends erst nachfragen ob wir im Außenbereich etwas zu trinken bekommen , nachdem wir ein Ja bekamen würden wir allerdings direkt wieder vergessen und verbrachten so insgesamt 30min im Außenbereich bis wir etwas bekamen. Das Personal schiebt wohl 12stunden Schichten . Daher verzeihe ich das . In einer 4sterne Anlage eigentlich ein Fauxpas . Uns war es zu Hellhörig da die zimmertüren mit türschließer sind und dadurch jeder der früh das Zimmer verlässt die Türe knallt .
Für den Preis bekommt man in DE gerade mal ein Hostel dh. durchaus gelungen . Auch die Preise im Hotel sind super . 2.20 € für ein 0.5 l Bier .

Schlechte Information bei Empfänger

Die Empfänger bietet keine genüge Information für Kunden. Wir haben die Passport nicht mitgebracht, aber wir haben deren Kopie mitgebracht. Bei check in hat Hotel und gelassen, die Passport zu zeigen. Weil wir nicht mitgebracht haben, haben wir nur Kopien und Führerschein gezeigt. Die Empfänger hat die Polizei angerufen, um die Dokumente zu prüfen. Nach Gespäch mit Polizei hat sie uns nichts gespochen und die Schlüssel an uns geben. Wir finden das das okay ist. Am nächsten Morgen sind zwei Plozei angekommen, um die Dokumente von uns zu prüfen. Wir müssen insgesamt 160€ für die Bestafung bezahlen, weil wir keine Paasport mitgebracht.

Wieso hat die Empfänger keine Feedback oder Bemerkung an uns geben dass es das Risiko gibt dass die Polizei für die Bestrafung ankommen wird. Wir wohne in Nürnberg. Wenn wir wissen die Rusiko, werden wir nach Hause fahren. Es dauert nur 2 Stunden.

Golf-Hotel in mittlerer Preislage

Es handelt sich um ein Golf-Hotel in mittlerer Preislage ca. 10 Kilometer südlich von
Karlsbad in schöner Landschaft. Für Golfspieler ideal, da mitten auf dem Platz.
Eigenes Fahrzeug erforderlich, da keine öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.
Unser Zimmer war sehr klein ohne Schrank, lediglich 3 Kleiderbügel an einer offenen
Stange. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, allerdings ist die Speisenkarte sehr beschränkt.
Zum Essen gibt es keine Ausweichmöglichkeit, für einen Kurzaufenthalt aber genügend.
Der Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad ist sehr schön.
