Fire alarm at 1 am with no explanation. We got up, got dressed and then it stopped. No shower gel in the bathroom and horrific queues at the bar. Convenient location but a lot of money for not very much

We were given prior notice that due to the building work it’s not quite as convenient in terms of getting to the terminal, have an umbrella handy! No water in the room, the male receptionist said ‘there are cups, drink from the tap’!! Food was poor and expensive and 1/2 the menu was unavailable. The Hilton group have gone down hill.

The rooms were fine but we tried to get some food when we arrived about 8pm & there was virtually nothing left to eat. The excuse was they were very busy the day before. There were no pizzas, chips, jacket potatoes & many other things. Being celiac I'm limited to what I can eat so other than salad there wasnt anything left except nachos.

Great location, however the idea of being awoken earlier than anticipated by faulty air conditioning. This triggered the in room gas leak detection alarm, which the on site staff responded to quickly by turning the air conditioning unit off. Silenced the alarm, but turned a/c off, and we were the up w hours earlier than anticipated for early departure, which was the reason for staying close by.

Appreciate these things happen and grateful for alarm, however presume ac had not been serviced.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport terminal. There is plenty of parking nearby but at typical airport rates. Rooms are spacious quiet and well maintained with everything you would expect unfortunately in the morning one of our Party had overslept and we did not know which room they were in the front desk would not call their room and would not tell us which room number it was or even if they were staying there even if we knew they were there this became a major problem and the Staff were extremely unhelpful. The barn restaurant area is not particularly inviting feels more like a motorway service station. The breakfast is typical continental buffet.

At check out we had small issue about the parking and Sema was wonderful to, helped us to the car, gave us tips on getting around and was a delight! Everyone was nice and friendly but she was exceptional. Only negative I had was no orange juice at breakfast. Was empty and it was not refilled. Minor complaint.

It’s the only on site at Bristol airport hotel so they hold a monopoly hence the high price for what is a pretty basic room, similar to premier inn. To get from the bus drop off and to get to the terminal there are no covered walk ways so in inclement weather unfortunately you have no option but to get wet, but my biggest gripe, and call me shallow is that you can’t get a cooked breakfast until after 6.00, which means if you have a flight before 8.30 in the morning it’s fruit, cereal, pastries and toast which is just highly disappointing, especially as a free breakfast is advertised as a perk of staying. Highly underwhelming is how I would sum this visit up but until there is competition onsite they will probably do little to improve.

Ideal if you have an early morning flight from Bristol airport. Ours was 06.00 so we were up at 03.30 for the short walk across to the terminal building. We used the Easyjet Twilight Bag Drop facility the night before our flight - which was a big help because the airport was \"heaving\" at 04.00 !! So we walked straight through to SECURITY in the morning.
Only issue was that the hotel website fails to make clear that there is a pretty good restaurant service for evening meals; we used a nearby pub which was poor. If we had known that we could get an evening meal in the hotel we would have preferred to use it.
Overall very good & would be happy to book again.

Take-a-way packed breakfast very poor. Not much selection. Dry croissants. Evening meal very average, restaurant had no atmosphere. Very expensive, hotel takes advantage of being only one on site at Bristol Airport. Expect more for the price charged.

I checked in at 02:30hrs and was very tired and went straight to bed. The room was uncomfortably cold although the key card switch was in place. Unfortunately the heating doesn't automatically come on, the wall controller need to be switched on. The last thing you think of when you are tired and needing a good nights sleep after a long flight is to switch on the room temperature and make adjustments.

We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff of reception, who explained everything to us in detail.

The rooms were clean and tidy however only ‘issue’ is the beds are not very comfortable including the pull out bed. But other than that our stay was great.

Although I know it’s very early but it’s a shame that the cooked breakfast wasn’t on offer before 6am

Long wait to get a drink on arrival, we used the QR code for table service but there weren’t enough staff to cope with the peak early evening period. Otherwise everything was great, I’ve stayed there before a couple of times, yes it’s expensive but you can’t beat it for a relaxing sleep then quick access to the terminal. This was our first stay where we could try the full breakfast, normally we’re flying so early we just grab a few things from the continental selection. Decent quality and range of items were provided for a hot breakfast. No complaints.

Hi, the room was clean, but very cold. Staff came to fix the heating twice, when asked. It worked after the second attempt. The check in was slow. Staff very helpful. We had a grab & go breakfast as we had an early morning flight. No take out coffee though, unless we missed it. Not good enough value for the high cost. It gets away with it as it’s the only hotel on site.

Staff were great. Two things a problem. 1. Charged my credit card on arrival when I had already paid Expedia. Resolved but had to message hotel to sort it out. Bit of a faff but no buggy. 2. Turned in for early night to get up for flight next morning but spurious alarm went off couple of hours after turning in. Had to phone down to reception and then get dressed for someone to sort it out in room.

The staff were very friendly and all had a good sense of humour. The biggest problem is the prices of chocolate bar £2.50 a bag of crisps £2.50. There was lots on display and nobody bought any if they reduce the price they would sell more and they would make a good profit. It’s the same with the price of spirits £550 to £6 per shot we ended up going into our room and drinking their own drink helped double up for a discount. That’s the only negative thing I have to say.

On arrival we were greeted kindly by the reception staff, check in was simple and easy, we went upto our room and I noticed that there were blood spots/stains on the bedding. I called down to reception and was moved to another room, the other room also had the same bloodspot stains on the bedding. The manager called the house keeping team, who then took me into multiple other rooms, and were saying things like \"oh this one has got the stains on as well so you wont want to stay in any of these\". They were very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. They were not understanding and were making me feel like I was causing problems over nothing. I said that the bloodspots are a sign of bed bugs and it makes me worried and uncomfortable, I asked to be put on another wing of the hotel to which they refused. They were wiping their hands on the desk and showing me their hands saying \"see its clean no bed bugs\" sarcastically. They were talking to eachother in front of me saying \"theres nothing on the bedding whats she talking about\". I had a flight at 4am the next morning, and had no transport to go anywhere else, so had no other choice but to stay which made me upset. The rooms weren't very clean. I felt uncomfortable for my entire stay. They gave me 2 drinks vouchers for the inconvenience. Breakfast was okay the next day, but I wont be returning.
