We phoned up and booked parking before we arrived and then called the hotel when we arrived and they came and let us in - there’s lots of local eateries and places to walk to in the vicinity. Lovely big rooms and comfortable bed. Carpet cold probably do with replacing in the room but overall very happy with our stay.

Called ahead to check the A/C didn't pump out synthetic scent as it stops my breathing. Told no problem. Check in find A/C pumps out scent. I turn off A/C. Temperature outside is 35°+. Given fans but as windows cannot be opened to exchange air in the cool of night I had to sleep on the floor like a dog to keep cool. Also Mattress worn out. Asked for a better solution. No solution reached apart from another fan. Given a free breakfast as a solution which was equally disgusting. Also despite putting up sign saying do not disturb housekeeping did go into my room which is always scary as a solo female traveller. Avoid avoid avoid. Cried on way home as felt violated.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel and our room, especially for the price compared to nearby options. The location is perfect, right across from a ferry landing and bus stop. Very walkable to many of the city’s attractions as well. It is the tallest building in the area and our room had a lovely view of the river and city from the 14th floor. The room was spacious, bed was cosy and there was a deep tub with shower combo. There is a mini-safe, mini-fridge, tea kettle and Nespresso maker. Free water bottles, various teas and Nespresso capsules were provided. The room has A/C and blackout curtains as well. All of the staff were very helpful and attentive. Special thanks to Shaz at the front desk who allowed us to checkout a little late without charge after our brunch ran long due to an order mix-up. Would definitely stay again!

Used to be the Radisson before Majestic took over, rooms are outdated but comfortable, the bathtub/shower was very weird and was a large climb to get into. For a short person, it was very dangerous. The staff was more than helpful with any request and very nice. I believe with some updates this hotel would be perfect.

The hotel has real potential,we got upgraded free of charge to a suite. However it wasnt that clean. The bed & bathroom was, but the bedside table was dusty, and where the tea & coffee is kept there was spillages which hadn’t been cleaned. Also dents in the wall,and the carpet needed a good clean.

The breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming..only eggs scrambled, I didn’t ask about vegan options but egg choices or vegan options were not offered, the basics were there but I felt that getting down to breakfast early was a better bet. I was upgraded to a spacious room on arrival on an upper floor with fabulous views. Very clean and quiet. Central location was excellent. Staff were very helpful.

The hotel cancelled my room 5 days prior to my arrival and sold it for a higher price without telling or notifying me.
I arrived to check in , the room was cancelled, the hotel blaming Expedia but as you are asking me how it was or how was check in it clearly wasn’t you.
I told the hotel hadn’t received an email regards being cancelled, the reception refused to believe me and actually searched my emails!!

Great place to stay in Bristol, close to M Shed and the waterfront. Reasonably priced, spacious room and large comfy bed. Bottles of water in room and teas and coffees. Highly recommend. Multi story carpark 3 mins away.

We had an excellent stay here- our room was large , comfortable and with a fabulous view of the city from the 15th floor. Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was the standard fare and was the only thing that was a little disapointing- only because it could have been a little warmer ! Other chains at this price-break seem to be a little better ! But don’t be put off by this- We would certainly stay again !

The room is massive and well lit, that’s a major positive, and the bed is very comfy. Sadly, though the bathroom was nice, the shower leaked while I was using it, plus the rubber mat for inside the bath had hairs on it, so clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. Also I had a checkout at midday, however a woman from housekeeping turned up at quarter past 11, making me feel rushed, I was about to jump in the shower so had to run around finding some clothes so I could answer the door and tell her she was almost an hour early. This should have been communicated by the hotel, so this was hugely disappointing, and I found it difficult to feel relaxed while I was getting ready to check out.

Very comfortable, clean and basically pretty perfect.

Room 1504 had a beautiful view of the harbour, cascade steps, and the Hippodrome. The bed was comfortable with soft and firm pillows. The water pressure was excellent. Great location!

Hotel location is excellent for city centre, parking conveniently 3 mins walk (£22 for 24hrs). Hotel staff friendly & welcoming, room was massive, clean & has everything you need, stayed on 11th floor overlooking the city.
Only 2 minor gripes, there are no usb or plug sockets near the bed and the hotel bar had just recently reopened but was poorly stocked.

Staff are lovely and friendly and the hotel is very clean. It's located 10 mins walk from the station in a good central area where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and things to do. We were initially given a room which looked out of the back of the hotel at a concrete wall but when I asked to change to a room with more light and a more pleasant outlook the staff were fab and more than happy to oblige. The room we were given instead had a great view over the city and loads of light and its well worth asking for this when you book. Great checkout time of 12noon today (Sunday). The website did say this hotel has parking but you do need to phone and book this in advance as its limited. We parked in nearby Princes St car park which was 28 pounds for 24 hours and is a 5 min walk away. We would recommend a lovely traditional Italian restaurant nearby callled Giuseppes. Its on the steps up to St Nicholas' Market and was delicious and great value. Also theres a great coffee bar next to the hotel called Fika which again has lovely staff, great coffee, cool decor and it does super tasty breakfast baps as well as sandwiches and cakes. A super stay.
