Walkable to train station and all major attractions. It took us a bit to figure out the gate and where reception was.
There is a co-op one street over which was helpful to grab snacks.
Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Stayed for 3 nights. Very walkable to many of the tourist areas in Bristol. Other areas such as Clifton bridge were a short Uber ride away. We were able to walk back from there as it was all downhill. Large apartment which made it much more comfortable than a regular hotel.

This is our second year staying at Bristol Redcliffe; it is in ideal base for travelling around Bristol and into Bath--great bus, coach, and train services--and there's good coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and markets close by. The apartments are good sized, and I really appreciate the kitchen and living room spaces that are well-appointed. The staff are incredibly helpful too. There are so many \"pros\" about the property.
My only \"con\" is that the place needs a bit of a refresh and it starting to look a tad \"lived in\" (mostly in the bathrooms). Having said that, I still plan to stay here next time we come to visit family in the area.

Property was safe, walkable from the locations we wanted to visit. Erika at the reception was very responsive and polite. The only downside was the bathroom - the flush wouldnt work most of the time.

Checking in information could be much clearer

Checking was a nightmare. I was not aware that there was a deposit. I received a text and thought it was a fraud scam to access my account. I eventually paid the deposit but was not informed that I should receive an email with instructions. I arrived at about 8pm, it was extremely cold and dark. I could not find the property for it is not easily identifiable. I eventually persuaded very helpful tenant who gave me the emergent number. I telephoned and got a very irritable assistant who found my booking and guided me through obtaining access to the property/my booked suite.

I emailed the hotel prior to staying to confirm parking, but got no reply, twice. The room smelt of old smoke and the carpet was filthy and stained. There was also a music venue up the road with a lot of noise till 11.30pm.

Bedbugs on sofa, but overall good

The actual place was nice, but needed a good clean.
I accidentally went to sleep on the sofa one afternoon and woke up COVERED in bites. It’s been a few days now and still no reply from hotel.
Overall I would stay again due to price and location being lovely for having a suite but the bedbugs and no communication didn’t make it as lovely as a weekend that I would wanted.

We had a great experience here; right by the bus stop to Bath, close to shops, restaurants, and the river. We really liked having the kitchen and sitting room upstairs and separate from the bedroom. The kitchenette was also a godsend, with all the necessary utensils, vessels, and a washer and dryer. We also liked having the balcony--a good place for tea and coffee in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

A bit meh!

Not the best. Reception had me booked into a different venue. Apartment 56 was adequate but had seen better days. Bathroom sink was blocked, Heated towel rail not working and the shower was impossible to operate without getting soaked with cold water. I've stayed in much better in Bristol for less money.

We enjoyed our stay at the Premier Suites in Bristol very much. The accomodation was clean, pleasing and well equipped. All the staff was very friendly and helpfull indeed. We would like to thank them again. The location close to the city center and the harbour is handy and the access by car easy and quick. We will certainly be back.

Great place. Would happily stay again. Shower head not matched to high pressure so requires careful adjustment and the force pushed water under the screen into the floor. Not a complaint - just f/b. Really like the space and comfort.

One night in Bristol

Only stayed for one night but the location was ideal. Safe area and quiet. Parking onsite but 18quid is a bit steep. 10min walk in to town but a nice pub on route The Hole in the Wall.
Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Apartment well appointed, warm and clean. Only thing I would have liked would be blinds on the windows as you have to close the curtains for privacy.
I would definitely recommend staying here and the price is in line with hotels locally.

Not my cup of tea for a weekend trip

Check in took 45 minutes as the guy kept taking phone calls then losing his place with us. During this period, the parking situation wasn’t explained to us and we had to talk our way out of a parking ticket outside. There is no temporary check in parking area. Parking is in the local authority parking. There is no card acceptance. It’s either cash, or mobile app, and it’s a bit of a walk. The area itself is a bit dead. It’s an office area, so no breakfast places at the weekend, but we found Pasture around the corner for lunch or cocktails. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on in the rooms around you. Youngsters use it as a party hotel, and there seems to be no staff onsite. Reception closes at 7pm. It was really hard to get a good night’s sleep because of the internal noise. It’s expensive for what it is. It’s better suited for a longer stay rather than overnight. I don’t think we’d stay here again. However, it is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen facilities were good, so I’d come back on a longer business trip if it didn’t include party times at the weekends.

The apartment style single bedroom was quite nice. The bed was comfortable. The floors were a bit creaky. I never heard my upstairs neighbour bit felt guilty for my neighbour downstairs. The parking lot is a little noisy at all hours of the night.

Easy to book by our chosen medium, they called to confirm we would be staying the day before.
Whilst we called to change our arrival time, twice, they were fine with this, however on our second call to change the arrival time and confirm the P S address, we were given the wrong address. We called P S, they arranged for us to be collected by taxi to the actual address, paid for the parking at our car’s location and paid for a taxi back to our car and also gave us a bottle of presco.

We had a 2 bed, it was a home from home experience, it was exceptionally clean and well presented, though the tiles in the bathroom did need some attention.

Very happy with the apartment in Bristol, everything that we needed was supplied. The bed was comfortable, nice white linen, maybe we could have been informed about the check out, had to wait until 10am on Sunday to hand in the key we hadn't been informed that there was a 'box' in the main apartments entrance to deposit keys~ receptionist took note of that for future reference, apart from that, yes we would stay again.

After entering our suite I noticed a smell of smoke it was supposed to be smoke free. It was a bit off putting. I sprayed the lounge. The next day my husband noticed a shower bag had been placed over the smoke alarm. I do think cleaners should pay more attention to the smell of the suites and be more observant. Having said all that we enjoyed our stay. A new oven was even installed whilst we were there. The bins outside were overflowing - the seagulls were having great fun emptying them.

Arrived very early and left our luggage with hotel. Impressed with size of room and kitchen facilities. TV did not work, but maintenance was called even out of hours and TV fixed. Reception staff were very helpful and printed boarding cards for us. Found a super restaurant Marcos Olive Branch just around the corner. The airport shuttle stops just at the end of the road by St Mary's Redbridge church.

Good apartment, needs better connectivity

It was a nice simple apartment, bed was very comfortable, kitchen had all the facilities, microwaves etc, although I didn't use it.

The only downside was connectivity - very poor phone reception and the free wifi was pretty rubbish. Better wifi ought to be included given it is supposed to be 'Premier'

Beautiful apartment that exceeded expectations!! It was a stunning layout, very comfortable, and I couldn't believe I only paid £88 for the room. My only criticism is that the water was not hot enough for my bath so it got cold very quickly, and some of the dishes needed a second wash after the previous guests.

Room was at the front so there was some noise from people walking past and traffic early in the morning, but the area is pretty quiet most of the time so not really an issue.

It was ok, ground floor room was a bit noisy and a few stains in the bathroom . Apart from that it was clean and well equipt. I did not have any hot water in the morning which was horrendous - having to wash your hair over the sink with a kettle brought me no joy. Yes I got a sorry from reception but that was all. Sorry, I won't be back .
