Very convenient and modern property. Loved the spaciousness of the room and bathroom. Bed was comfortable and shower good.
The staff were exceptional. Not only were they very helpful and friendly, they organised a transfer from the airport.
The hotel is a bit 'no frills' in places, e.g. it was impossible - for me at least - to extract the shampoo/bodywash from the wall dispenser, and the towels were a bit too small... but honestly this is real nit-picking. The plusses overwhelmingly outweigh these tiny details.
The hotel is located near all the main attractions. as well as restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops, and more ice cream parlours than you can imagine.
I would certainly stay here again.

This is a splendid place to stay. Easy walking distance to all the things in Pula.
They have their own app to put on your phone to guide you around the attractions!
Staff are superb and very helpful. It feeks safe and sound!
Motorcycle parking at reception under cameras.
Breakfast is excellent too!

No frills hotel, clean but noisy and uncomfortable

Bed was uncomfortable as the mattress springs stick up. One lumpy, thin & unsupportive pillow each, when we asked for more were told there are only enough for one per person! Female receptionist was very dismissive.
Walls are lacking soundproofing so you can hear a lot of noises and conversation from adjacent rooms.
Breakfast is okay-ish but some elements were dry and hard (cucumber, bread and especially the eggs). We ate early on our last day, but that didn't help.

Parking is free, but a block or so from the hotel and unpaved. The general condition of the parking area is not confidence inspiring, but we had no problems.

The room was very clean and tidy, but small. The shower was possibly the smallest I've ever been in, aside from an RV. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room size is adequate. However, there is no shelves nor hooks , neither there is any counter space in the washroom. This is very inconvenient that any changing clothes has no place to hang. Lavatory bag had to be left outside. Our room was by the street and quite noisy. Its App is very useful.

Avoid this hotel at all your cost. Worst!

The room marked as apartment, we understand it’s going to be like that. But the room has already bare minimum facilities in it, no tables, just one chair, no electronic appliances.
Besides, the front desk lady when we were checking out was cold and rude. She looked like we owed her a fortune. She kept asking us to show the different IDs. We have already gave them the passports when checking in . But she insisted there was something wrong and asked to check other IDs. After I showed her my driver licence she finally gave up because I guess she couldn’t figure out what it is anyway, and she waved us away like finally getting rid of a plague.
This is the worst hotel ever I encountered after booking hundreds of them via hotels.com over last decade.
I strongly suggest avoid this hotel at all cost. Generally speaking Pula isn’t a place that has the tourism service up par to the price it’s charging. If you can, just avoid this city completely.

The main center by the arena and everything was only a 20 minute walk and if that was too much the hotel staff was happy to book a taxi for you. Uber works in the area which is fantastic otherwise. My room was extremely clean and every hotel staff member was kind and welcoming! My room didn’t have a microwave cause I got a very small one BUT the lady at the front desk used the staff one to heat it up for me! I would say the breakfasts in the morning aren’t something to make sure you’re present for but regardless the effort is appreciated. I enjoyed my stay!

We stayed here as an overnight /stop-off en route to Dubrovnik. Friendly and conveniently located property. Rooms/bathroom were very clean, air-conditioned. No safe. Parking 50m away from property and reception needs to let you in ; but no real hassle once you know the system. Convenient for Pula centre. Would stay again.

Location is good with 10 minutes walking distance to the centre and most tourist attractions. The room is a bit small and no kettle to boil hot water. Also the boiler for shower has not turned to appropriate degree to give warm water. My wife felt too cold when showering. The receptionist are quite nice though and quick in response to my email.

Generally very good for exploring the city

We needed a hotel for a couple of nights located so that we could explore Pula. This hotel proved to be just fine. It is modern and very clean. The included breakfast was pretty good. We selected it because it offered car parking and was just an easy stroll into the town. The only slight difficulty was identifying the parking area (about 50 meters down side road) and then getting access (need to get receptionist to open [done remotely]).

Quick check-in and friendly staff. Parking is just down the road, 50 metres or so. Just let the check-in staff know you need the barrier raising to go in (auto opens for out). Room (standard) was spacious and clean. Area doesn't have a lot going on but it is easy walking distance to the old town for sight seeing. Breakfast was good, lots on offer.

Nice hotel, close to centre and easy to find

The hotel was easy to find, although you need to remember to look for 'DD' City Centre. Upon arriving we were greeted by a lovely lady on reception who showed us where the car park was, which was only a couple of minutes walk round the corner. The car park was basic but large and had a barrier so felt secure. Reception was clean, bright and airy. We stayed for 2 nights which was perfect for what we needed, it was only a 5 min walk from the centre, you are literally at the top of the hill, so down by the police station and across the road and then go through the gates to the city and you'll be in the main part. All hotel staff were friendly and chatty, got some good recommendations on where to eat and what to do/see. Breakfast was included in our price, it was continental along with boiled & scrambled eggs, sausages and other pastries etc available, there was also fresh fruit and yoghurts. Our room was nice and clean, the bathroom had a great rain shower in although they could have finished the bathroom off, there were a couple of pipes which had tape over them, maybe they thought about putting in a towel rail but decided not to, so no where to hang towels but that's not a major issue in life. All in all, a good clean and friendly hotel, I would stay again in visiting Pula

We thought we had booked a 4 star hotel in the centre of the town. This was not the case as there were not any facilities, the breakfast was very poor and the bathroom seemed to be unfinished: no space to leave toiletries, only 2 hooks and 4 to 6 pipes covered in tape.

Staff was very helpful, and the room was clean. My overhead shower, along with that of 3 other rooms, was broken due to a water pressure issue. Staff offered to move me to another room, but the handheld shower was working fine, so I stayed put. Nicely decorated, but simple and inexpensive additions (such as a shelf in the bathroom and additional / double bedside outlets) could have enhanced guest comfort and convenience.

Solid Performer; Frustrating Location Confusion

We had a pleasant stay at City Center Rooms in Pula...once we identified the CORRECT City Center Rooms...

Service (4): The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Since there is no minibar in room, they allowed us to use their refrigerators to store food and beverages we had purchased. They provided us with solid recommendations on beaches, restaurants and sights in the area...and fixed us omelets for breakfast every morning.

Room (3.5): The rooms are clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The electronic blackout blinds in the windows will make you want to install them at home. Simply amazing. The only drawbacks from rating the rooms a 4 or 5 are that the beds are actually twins placed together (somewhat standard in Europe) rather than a single mattress. The facilities are also still clearly being built out, as there are hookups for bidets and refrigerators which the rooms do not yet have. So, a very basic, but still comfortable room.

Location (3): Very easy walking distance to Pula city center an the arena. Not the sexiest area to stay, but very functional.

I'm knocking some points off of location, however, because there is significant CONFUSION when you are trying to find the location. The hotel says \"D.D. Interigeri\"...but is listed as \"City Center Rooms\" on Hotels.com. Using Google Maps (or other) to navigate to \"City Center Rooms\" you'll find a scary apartment building 6 blocks away. This is a huge problem that Hotels.com needs to address.

The hotel was a little bit outside of the city center, but was a very short walk to the beginning of town (5 minutes to market, 10-15 minutes to arena). The accommodations were very clean, bedding was OK (only provided 2 pillows and no sheet on the bed). It was a modest place to stay while stopping in the region of Istria.

Loved our stay at City Center Pula. One note: the hotel was right where our GPS said but the big name on the outside of the hotel says \"D.D. Interijeri\". Staff was very helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay the best. They gave us a old city map and circled everything important to see. The hotel is located in more of the modern city but only 10 minute walk to the Old City. Breakfast was nice with individually ordered eggs and also cheeses, meat and cereal. Rooms were nicely air-conditioned and parking was right outside the hotel's entrance.

The hotel is very nice and new with comfortable beds, great AC, nice shower and plenty of space. Vanja is a wonderful concierge. She helped us with so many plans. It is a very short walk to everything downtown, including restaurants and historical sites. It was difficult to locate the hotel, due to a different name on the building, and having to enter with a key through a side door after hours was not well communicated, but other than that, we would definitely recommend this hotel and come back again.

We booked City Centre rooms Pula for a 4 day mini break during the easter holidays and we weren't dissapointed. The owner Vanja picked us up from the airport and took us for a tour of the city and recommended where to visit on the way to the apartment. Great location about 5 minutes walk from the city centre, attractions, cafes and restaurants. Clean, modern,safe, everything you need for a relaxing break and the friendliness of Vanja only helped to make the break special. At the end of the break we had a late check out and Vanja took us back to the airport.

Der Parkplatz befindet sich ca 50 Meter weiter mit einer Schranke gesichert. Privates gelände wie häufig auf dem Balkan. Zugang durch einen Zahlencode. Be- und entladen vor der Unterkunft möglich! Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ein Supermarkt in der Nähe. In die Altstadt (Marktplatz) 10 Min zu Fuß, bis ans Wasser 15-20 Min.
In Verbindung mit dem Parkplatz (inklusive!!) echt eine Top Lage. Polizei in der direkten Nachbarschaft 😉
Zimmer etwas klein - vor allem das Bad. Uns haben Ablagemöglichkeiten gefehlt, besonders im Bad. Es gibt nur den Schreibtisch und 2 Nachtschränkchen und natürlich einen Schrank. Für ein paar Tage absolut ok! Wir hatten allerdings auch die kleinste Zimmerkategorie!
Frühstück wird angeboten, können dies aber nicht bewerten!
Wir waren 3 Nächte vor Ort und können die Unterkunft bei Anreise mit dem Auto wirklich Empfehlen!

Wir waren für 1 Woche in dieser Unterkunft und sehr enttäuscht.

Das einzig wirklich Positive: die Lage +Transfer vom Flughafen!
Von der Unterkunft sind das Stadtzentrum und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig gut in 12-20 Minuten erreichbar.
Der vorab von der Unterkunft organisierte Transfer (Dauer circa 12 Minuten Fahrt) vom Flughafen lief super und kostete 30 Euro.

Sauberkeit:
Erster Eindruck war positiv: Unser Zimmer war bei Ankunft sehr sauber. Toilette mit Reinigunssiegel versehen.
ABER:
Bei der täglichen Zimmerreinigung wurden - zumindest gefühlt- nur die Handtücher gewechselt und die Mülleimer geleert. 1 Mal wurde sichtbar durchgewischt.
Die Bettwäsche wurde innerhalb einer Woche kein einziges Mal gewechselt! Wasserflächen auf dem Spiegel blieben die ganze Woche, Krümel auf dem Boden auch.

-Zimmer und auch Bad waren sehr klein, da wir auch einen total überflüssigen und großen Flur zwischen Zimmer und Bad hatten

-Kein Ganzkörper-Spiegel
-ein winziger Schrank mit 1 kleinem Hut-Fach oben und 1 kleinen Fach für Schuhe ganz unten und 2 (!) Bügeln
-->wir haben nach mehr Bügeln gefragt, aber man sagte uns, es würde keine geben
-->wir haben deshalb die gesamte Woche aus dem Koffer gelebt, was sehr ungemütlich war :(

Lautstärke:
Der Straßenlärm der Hauptstraße hat uns weniger gestört. Allerdings sind die Zimmer wahnsinnig hellhörig! Wir
