Overall good stay. Staff were very courteous. The soundproofing could be slightly better as we can hear footsteps and talking in the room above us. The hotel arranged for transportation to the airport for 75 euro. However, the taxi driver ended up charging us 80 euro. It’s a small difference but would’ve still appreciated the heads up.

I recently stayed at Résidence & Spa Le Prince Régent in Paris and had the pleasure of staying in the “Le Charmeur” room. The experience was truly outstanding from start to finish.

The room was incredibly spacious, which made a big difference for our group of three — we all had plenty of room to relax without ever feeling cramped. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the overall comfort made it feel like a home away from home.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always happy to help and making sure our stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

What really set this stay apart, though, was the location. Tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area, the hotel still offered unbeatable walkability to many of Paris’s main attractions, cafés, and shops. It was the perfect balance between being centrally located and having a calm retreat to return to each day.

I would absolutely stay at Résidence & Spa Le Prince Régent again — and would happily book Le Charmeur once more. Highly recommended!

This was our first trip to Paris. Pleasantly surprised by the hotel location. The hotel staff was very friendly! Willing to accommodate us as needed. The location was very walkable too many spots. The hotel itself was very nice, loved the size of our room, very comfortable! We stayed eight nights. The only downside, very limited TV channels and inconsistent reception.

Great hotel overall. We stayed in the super spacious L’elegant suite which was perfect for our family of 4! It is apartment style with a washer, nice kitchen with fridge and microwave, and one full bath and one half bath. It is so much bigger than other hotel rooms in Paris! The only negative is there is no real lobby and kids cannot use the pool. Other than that, great hotel in the Latin quarter very near Luxembourg gardens.

Wonderful 3-day stay with our 7 year old. Staff were attentive and helpful including providing an electric adapter (we forgot ours) and ordering us a taxi to the airport. The location is fantastic for walking to Luxembourg Garden and to the metro, and is also on a quiet street with multiple excellent restaurant options. All room amenities were useful including the kitchen, plates/utensils, and refrigerator. Had we stayed longer we would have also utilized the washing machine and balcony! Comfy bed and pullout couch and strong internet. We could not have asked for more, and will absolutely stay here again when we return. Perfect stay for our family.

Great location Modern Room

My partner and I stayed for four days from Friday to Monday for his birthday. While check-in was at three and we arrived at 10:30 in the morning they communicated promptly when the room was ready, which was two hours ahead of the check-in time.

The location is very close to some lovely restaurants, not just French but Asian ones as well. And it was a very close walking distance to a lot of public transportation as well as Notre Dame.

We very much enjoyed the atmosphere and ambience around the hotel. The room itself is also quite updated and we like the fact that it was an apartment style with laundry and a hob and dishes and a microwave too.

Super close to everything - fantastic walking neighborhood- yet very quiet. We stayed in “La Perlé”. It’s the 3 bedroom place and we absolutely loved it. We’re a family of four but it could easily accommodate 6. Kitchen had all you need although we mostly ate out . Lots of great options to eat in close walking distance. We’re pretty picky but we loved it. Look no further and book it. Only negative would be the stairs/ elevator but as long as you can walk a few flights, then that is zero concern. In fact I thought it added to the charm.

Great stay overall! We had the la fleur duplex unit with two bedrooms , kitchen, sitting area and two baths - clean, all amenities provided were great, towels were plentiful, washer/ dryer combo in unit was useful, kitchen was great and well stocked! Beds very comfortable. Front staff was friendly and gave balloons to our kids! Location was great- very walkable, we even walked one hour to the Eiffel Tower! Lots of good eats around , grocery nearby! Right beside Jardin de Luxemberg which is beautiful ! Would highly recommend :)

Nous avons reçu un courriel afin de prévoir notre arrivée quelques jours à l’avance. L’hôtel est situé à 8 min de marche du RER B qui mène à l’aéroport CDG. Le cartier est paisible et sécuritaire. Plusieurs très bon restaurant pas trop cher sur la rue de la harpe. Lit très confortable. Endroit très propre. Il y a juste les escaliers qui seraient à rénover car elles ne sont plus de niveau.

Hotel refused to give us a refund as we booked the wrong dates by accident for 3 nights. We have immediately contacted with Expedia and Expedia contacted the hotel but the hotel refused to give us any resolution, not even partial refund. We also contacted the hotel directly but they do not respond to us at all. For a very expensive hotel, this is bad customer service and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Just have to watch out for the stairs which come through the dining area. On the fourth floor but there is a small lift that can one person or two large suitcases.

Our stay was wonderful! They accommodated our early arrival and late departure, storing our bags and even delivering them to our room for us. The apartment room was perfect for our family of 6. Everyone was comfortable and had their own space. The AC was especially appreciated during the warm weather we experienced while in Paris. The bathrooms were very nice and we all had warm showers. The front desk was especially helpful with coordinating transport to and from the train station and were very response to every email we sent leading up to our trip. We would definitely book here again!

I had a fabulous stay with my mother and 2 kids (10 and 12)! My mother is very picky and even she couldn't find anything to complain about. The location is wonderful, with a ton of dining options from fancy to Burger King. We took taxis often and just had to go to the front desk to ask for one and it was at the front door almost immediately. The room was quiet and well appointed. The area felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again!

Our suite had two separate toilets and that was very convenient for our party of 5. Beds were comfortable- including the sofa bed. The unit was cute and recently updated. The shower was phenomenal- a truly amazing experience after a long day of exploring. The full kitchen was convenient along with the extra amenity of the nespresso machine (much appreciated!) the only downside was the pub across the street- I recommend requesting anything beside the street view unit- on the weekends patrons of the pub linger outside pretty late (3am). Also the street lighting definitely blasts into the living room- so if you’re using the sofa bed - your at a disadvantage

Overall the property was clean, staff was good, and it was in a great location. The suite for 6 was a good option for my wife and I and 2 friends. I wanted to have the 2 separate bathrooms and plenty of room for our 1 week trip in Paris. I let my friends have the main floor bedroom and bathroom which was quite nice with it’s separate toilet from shower. However I did not like the small bathroom upstairs which was difficult to get in and out of without having to squeeze myself to the side to avoid getting clipped by the door. There was only a bathtub and required me to sit down to take a quick shower. The upstairs bedroom and 2 separate bed area also had very low ceilings so my wife and I hit our head a few times which was very dangerous. The last item that was uncomfortable was having to Tetris our luggage into the small elevator in order to get up to the first floor on the first and last day.

We had an excellent experience staying in their 2-bedroom apartment for 6 days and 5 nights. It was close to a great selection of cafes and restaurants and are close enough to some of the attractions like the Luxembourg Gradens, Notre Dame Carhedral and a few others. Our apartment was cleaned on a daily basis and everyone who worked there were polite and very warm. We won’t hesistate staying there again when we visit Paris again.

This hotel more than exceeded our expectations! It was a girl’s weekend with three people, and the hotel was spacious and very well appointed. The kitchen was big with a very large fridge, and lots of counter space. Loved the stairs in the room, as well, leading to a whole second bedroom! Couldn’t recommend it enough for three people.

The hotel location is great, close to shops, groceries the Sorbonne and Luxembourg Palace.
The suite was very comfortable for a family of 4, had a full kitchen, dinning and living room. The was really good and convenient.
The only thing was that my kids wanted to use the pool, but since it’s part of the Spa it can only be used by 16 years old and up. That was not clear in the description.

Great place to stay with a group or family. We had a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and an extra open area with two twin beds and 2 bathrooms 1 tub with hand held shower and 1 full shower. Absolutely disgraceful service. Our room was not cleaned during our stay which meant I had to change the sheets myself, to the washing up, clean the toilet, take the rubbish out.. When we told the reception she just said too bad there is no one here to do the cleaning anymore. No apologies and no offer to help to do the cleaning. When requested to speak to the manager her actual words were \"in this hotel you only pay for the bed\" so the cleaning isn't apparently a part of the service.

We liked everything about this place. The rooms were more spacious than we expected. The layout is a bit quirky with the shower split from the bathroom, but it worked out better that way. The location was clean and well maintained, quiet and central to plenty of things in the area. Walking distance for most things, even the back end of the Louvre. The staff was helpful, there also wasn't alot of noise and there were plenty of restaurants to eat at. Japanese eateries everywhere.

Unfortunately Expedia market this as a spa hotel without a single mention on the website when I booked ( I hope this has changed now), that the spa was at an additional cost of 20€ per person per hour. So off we went looking forward to a spa break and unfortunately it is ruined as we really cannot justify an extra 80€ per day for the two of us to spend a couple of hours in the spa. It really was a surprise, and after finding out I fine tooth combed the Expedia literature and definitely no mention of a per hour cost. A gross misrepresentation, I would have booked somewhere less expensive if I had wanted a hotel without a spa.

Spa on site but I thought was expensive bearing in mind you are staying at the hotel. Would have liked an area to sit in and option of Breakfast outside of the room but understandable due to age and location of hotel. Saying that, a very good and enjoyable stay.

The property & location was perfect just one thing disappointed our group because we had our main entrance to our beautiful room not as expected. The floor boards were rising & we kept tripping over it every time we entered to room, then thought we could deal with it because it was such a nice room until the second to the last day my one year old trip & wacked her head & got a bruise then on our check out day I trip leaving the room & fell down & hurt my knees. I’m looking to speak to a manager or someone that can help adjusting our price, with the prices we had paid we should not have had those situations

Excellent value for a large, stylish, modern one bedroom apartment in a great location near Jardin Luxembourg. Service was exemplary. This place would be a gem anywhere, but was especially good value in a city like Paris that's known for small, dated, overpriced rooms.

Beautiful two floor living space with 2 bedrooms, a Living room, dining area and kitchen. Our family of six fit perfectly in the space and after a long day of site seeing we truly looked forward to getting back to home base. We stopped at the market on the first night to buy snacks and breakfast items. Tadish (sp?) was most helpful for any planing needs.

Pros & Cons

A clean nice residence overall. Situated at a very nice area of Paris. But we had the following issues:
1-The staircase smelt like a bad smelly spa.
2-The elevator was so small I had to send my suitcase with the elevator and run up the stairs to catch it.
3-Down comforter was extremely hot and there was no other bed sheet or blanket to replace it with.

Good size apartments (for Paris), excellent location, clean, with well working amenities. The indoor pool description on Expedia is deceiving, this is a small spa pool and kids less than 16 are allowed only between 7-10 am, for 30 min with appointment only.

Le Prince Regent was like having your dream home in Paris. Unbeatable neighborhood, wonderful amenities, clean, quiet, safe, and with staff like Tapash, who went out of his way to help us and did so with great conversation, we couldn’t have asked for more. There’s no place I’d rather stay the next time we’re in the City of Lights!

3 days in Paris

A true Parisian experience off the beaten path in a very academic and international area in the 6th Arrondissment. We felt enveloped by the richness of our surroundings. The room was lovely to come “home” to after a long day of walking and exploring. Thank you.

Great location

Good apartments, nice size living area but bedroom very small. If you are thinking of four sharing you must have the two bedroom apartment, the sofa bed is very large and comfortable but the shower is off of the bedroom and no door so not easy for sharing and only one toilet.
If it had been two of us it would have been fantastic, we felt too small for four.

Great boutique hotel

Stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, we had a pleasant time. The lady who worked the front desk in the afternoon was always great. Helped us with getting taxis whenever we needed and was always helpful with tips and recommendations. We had the studio room and it was perfect for two people. The pool downstairs in the spa was nice and small so they kept the people using it to a minimum so it wasn't crowded. The hotel was also easily accessible to the metro and within a 20 minute walk to the louvre. The only downside was a tiny elevator but I'm not sure if it was really just meant for putting your luggage in it and walking up the stairs. Overall, I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
