Needs improvement & attention to detail

The hotel is comfortable with a great outdoor swimming pool area. A number of things need attention to details: lack of towels for the bathroom floor as the shower is open and floor slippery when wet, replacing shower gels used daily, more meat variety at breakfast, placing note that water in the fridge is part of the bar and water outside is not! It takes a small things to make the stay memorable

First of I wanted to do a late checkout since my flight was at 11pm but was told by the front desk that they had no availability. I was able to go on Expedia and found that there was available rooms. I can not imagine for the life of me why the front desk would have told me they had no available rooms. I ended up booking on Expedia for another day just so I don't have to wait at the airport from checkout time till my flight time.
Secondly the sevice was really horrible, I was stopped at the entrance so they could verify I actually had a room in the hotel. I felt discriminated against either because I wasn't white or wearing a suit.
I would most def not recommend this hotel and will not be lodging here again.

Someone spoke English ...thanks to Candice.
Excellent ambiance, beautiful art, lots of seating in lobby.
Accommodations for just hanging out at the bar , the pool, and beach location, and good food.
Excellent location to the supermarket, museums, airport, and the local big market.
The staff were all excellent and very polite.

Overpriced and bad service

The hotel had horrible internet. It was so bad that I always had to come downstair to work. It was such a mess. The services was bad, they were unhelpful with anything. An hotel as big as this didn't plan for one foreign socket in their room and were not helpful in anyway. It was an overpriced room.

When checking out the hotel management refused to include in the bill, the money I paid when I booked online, and only issue me receipt for food consumed. Their excuse is that I paid to Expedia not to them, hence, they are not responsible for issuing the receipt. Meanwhile they gave me room on the basis of the same payment, which I found contradictory.

I liked the fact that, they picked me up from the airport and took me back. The room was clean and cozy. If you cannot get a room on 4th or 5th floor go for city view, which is cheaper. You enjoy the ocean view only when you are on higher floors, the view from the lower floors is partially blocked by the roof of the restaurant.

The food was slightly off for me, it tastes flat and monotonous, and overtly expensive.

It was a nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. WiFi was was good.
If you want to print anything, don't do it from the hotel as it is 500 CFA per black and white page. However, this is not a knock against this hotel, this is the same rate for the four hotels I've stayed at in Cotonou.

It was a very good stay, the environment was peaceful as well. Beautiful ambience, just that the facility didn't have all they had on the Internet as advertised. Like there was no DVD and no hotel tour bus and no interpreter as we had challenges with language. Generally, it was a beautiful stay. I enjoyed the pool and the beach too, very peaceful place for a real getaway.

Ravi d'avoir passé un séjour dans un établissement hôtelier qui malgré les challenge qui existent sur le continent, continuent d'offrir après 25 ans un accueil et services 100% béninois (fon).

L'offre qui s'étend sur plusieurs capitales Abidjan, Bamako et autres, allant jusqu'à la gamme 4 étoiles à un prix abordable incite à essayer les autres établissements. À bientôt 👍 !!!

L'emplacement sécurisé et la gentillesse du personnel (mais ce n'est pas spécifique à l'hôtel, au Bénin c'est courant)
le prix trop cher pour la prestation servie (en plus le petit déjeuner - moyen- n'est pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre et tarifié cher)
Le buffet de dimanche midi compte parmi les plus mauvais que j'ai eu en plus de 30 ans d'expérience d'hôtels et restaurants en Afrique!
Les couloirs (au moins celui du 3ème étage a besoin d'être refait (la moquette est sale et pue l'humidité) l’ascenseur de gauche montre des signes de faiblesse et a besoin de maintenance
Sincèrement cet hôtel dénote de l'image positive que j'ai gardée de celui de la même chaîne à Bamako

早朝4:30に火災警報器が作動したが、ホテル側から何の指示も連絡もなし。レセプションに電話して火災とは違うことを確認したものの、説明も謝罪もない。本当の火事なら犠牲者多数となる危険なホテル。

Bel hotel et bon service bien situé

Belle hotel de bord de plage, rapport qualité prix correct, au prix de la reservation du moment, si l'on prend en consideration le prix catalogue affiché dans l'hotel dans ce cas le rapport est beaucoup moins appréciable. Tres bon Wifi et bon débit internet tres facile de connexion, repas et petit dejeuner correct, pour les repas neanmoins vous pouvez profiter de bons restaurants aux alentours qui seront plus agreable avec plus de choix, room services et tout le service impeccable

호텔 인터넷 속도가 너무 안좋고 자주 끊기며 카운터 직원들은 불친절하고 방 값과 음식값이 가격이 비싸고 추가로 지불해야 하는 것이 있으며 창소시 수건 안 바꿔 주고 물도 안주고 슬리퍼도 없다고 하고 환전시 수수료도 많이 받고 매우 불편 하였음. 호텔 두 락이 훨씬 좋음

Wenig erfreulich... im Zimmer und im Hotel müffelt es... im Bad ist Schimmel... nach Kundenwünschen richten sie sich gar nicht... Das Geld bei weitem nicht wert. Nach 3 Tagen bin ich umgezogen in das Golden Tulip le Diplomate Hotel. Es ist sauber, es riecht angenehm, das Personal ist sehr höflich und freundlich, das Essen ist ausgezeichnet ... Das ist das Geld wert!

Aimable, bien situé par rapport à l'aéroport et les commerces du Benin tout comme les administrations importantes. Proche de la mer mais sans y accéder directement. Dommage! Le restaurant principal est maigre voir pauvre. La carte des vins insignifiante.

Het hotel heeft een heel tof zwembad, vriendelijke mensen , zicht op zee vanuit restaurant en bar, een zalige welness-ruimte (hamam, sauna, massage, fitness, kapsalon) een basis fitness, met airco, en enkele kleinere winkeltjes (souvenir, reisadvies, taxi, kranten en wisselbureau, bancontact, business-ruimte,...) een goed verzorgd ontbijtbuffet en een snelle roomservice. Kortom alles om u zo snel en efficiënt mogelijk verder te helpen om het zeer spirituele Benin te kunnen verkennen en een fijne reis te hebben. Het meeste personeel spreekt en/of begrijpt ook Engels.
