Great stay at Fraser Place Setiabudi. Spacious, clean rooms and a fantastic location near many restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of minor issues: housekeeping missed our room twice (fixed after we called), and a car blocked our taxi in the parking lot for 10–15 minutes. Overall, still a wonderful stay and we’d definitely come back!

Got a room with good view to the surroundings area. It has a good size of bathroom. Bed is King just what we like. Staffs are lovely. The Swimming pool is big, relaxing with great views. Will definitely be back here.

My stay at Fraser Place Setiabudi

I very much enjoyed my long stay at Fraser Place Setiabudi. The room was comfortable, spacious and had a good view of the city. I found it very useful to have a laundry machine installed in the unit as well as a kitchenette. The breakfasts were so so because it seemed that the fruit on display at the buffet was not always fresh. I would have preferred a larger selection of fruit. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, professional and helpful. My only real complaint was that there was an odor from sewage that you could smell in the bathroom.

There is a washing machine but no laundry rack or washing detergent and there is an ironing board but no iron. Front desk says these things are on request basis but it takes them 30mins to bring me the laundry rack and 15 mins for the detergent and 20mins to deliver to the iron. Why have a On Request policy if they cannot meet the request efficiently?

The hotel has generous suites with a kitchen/living room, bedroom, large closet area and bathroom. The plates and cutlery were a bit meager. The garden is pleasant and the pool is very good for swimming and meticulously maintained. The staff are courteous, professional and responsive.

Terrible People!

I had booked a smoking room, upon arrival, the front desk told me nothing available, but not until after charged me for the room, then he said I can't do anything, no solutions at all, and then he offered me another room (an upgrade) for an additional IDR1.7million, and then he actually said I offer you a discount of IDR50,000 (which is ridiculous compared to the upgrade cost)

He was totally unhelpful, and totally without any solutions, he was very uncooperative,

and I was totally frustrated, and also completely out of options,

so I checked In, and then I searched for another hotel, and checked out the same evening, and went to another property which has a smoking room, and also have much better service, and also not so hostile, and so unfavorable

the entire city is suffering, for business, and these guys have so much attitude,

terrible front desk, and a terrible experience,

Great place and location. This is the better location out of the three locations in Jakarta. This place is newer. I have always stayed under the Fraser family wether it’s Capri or Fraser place they cannot go nothing wrong. I’m a fraser fan. Keep up the good work.

Excellent Stay and Very Clean Apart Hotel

Very comfortable, sparkling clean, good location, and nice view. We stay at premium two bedroom. There's washing machine and drier, very helpful. Food and groceries is nearby across the street and there's jogging track looping the swimming pool and garden. We'll definitely come back.

Very nice apartment and good location

Nice apart to stay in jakarta, in triangle area.
Upon check in quite long and have no idea to tell it.
But the 1 bedroom very comfort, I like the pool area clean and warm.
Bed are awesome !
In a room has a washing to wash your own cloths.
The area very strategic don’t scare if you want go somewhere just easy and also easy to find foods.

Want to stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed here for two days on our way to Bali. This is a very beautiful high end services apartments with 5 start amenities and run like a high end hotel. Breakfast was included and they had excellent spread and both days had different varieties of Western and Asian fare of hot and cold dishes. Grounds are well kept and staff are very helpful. They helped us organize a chauffeured van through a company with request for an English driver. The offered me a half off refund since I didn’t use the full day given our communication difficulty. I thought that was great service. The front desk staff was also very helpful and even helped us order food coz we couldn’t read Indonesian. They also have excellent recommendation on a great club because my older kids wanted to go clubbing and made transportation arrangements. The apartment itself was clean with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and fully equipped kitchen (which I didn’t use) with modern and contemporary furnishings. I would stay here again and at other Fraser Place properties. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay!

We really liked this hotel. The room includes the following amenities: in-suite laundry, iron and ironing board, kitchen and utensils, etc. The hotel is close to the mall. There was also swimming pool, sauna, etc.

The staff was friendly and courteous. They accommodated our early check-in well. Our flight was early and the check-in time was suppose to be in the afternoon. They allowed our kids to play in the play room while waiting for our room to be ready.

Amazing gem in Jakarta

Fraser Place Setiabudi will be our go-to place to stay when we are in Jakarta. Great location (you can walk across the street to Setiabudi One for food and grocery), courteous staff, amazing view, clean and spacious apartment. This place is highly recommended.

Great property but very poor parking management

Overall, I had a great stay at the Fraser Setiabudi, even though it was the very peak of the holiday season and it was clearly straining the staff with long wait times for check-in and baggage delivery to the room.

Breakfast at the Fraser Residence Sudirman is head and shoulder above the one provided by the Fraser Residence Setiabudi, both in terms of selection as well as taste.

But by far the thing that caused me great discomfort is the poor parking SOP employed by Fraser Setiabudi. When the ground level parking was full, we had no clear directions where to go, and the security guard has to ask around where to direct us to park. Once parked in the basement parking, we had to report to reception of our car and updated card key so we could get out. This too was not told in front, so we fumbled around trying to get in and out of the building once we stay on the property. It was very poorly handled, and it leaves a very bad taste on an otherwise excellent property

Good location, but taxis could not find the location easily.
Crossing the road to Setiabudi One was challenging and dangerous.

Breakfast options was average and biggest complain is about internet/wifi access.
Wifi was not working in GYM most times and also on last day of my stay the wifi was down completely everywhere for the day. This is quite unacceptable.

Very spacious 1 bedroom which just released although could have been made cleaner (saw spider web inside the unit) but overall clean condition. Staff very friendly & helpful (able to bring up breakfast when my kid was sick). Breakfast choice & taste are standard hotel quality & selection quite ok. Location also nice near CBD & stone throw away from main Kuningan road. Hope the maintenance level will be high standard as well for future booking.

Excellent experience! We enjoyed our stay, everything is still new. The hotel staffs are professional and not to mention very polite. The room is clean and modern in design, with everything you need during the stay. The guest facilities like the swimming pool and the gym area (including the in-door playground) are very well-thought. But there are some things I'd like to see changed like I hope the pool have its own changing room so the guests won't have to go through the lift just to change. A pool do need its own restroom. And the breakfast needs more varieties. Other than that it was an excellent experience staying in the Fraser Place. We will visit again!

Great serviced apartment for families!

We really enjoyed our 15 day stay at Fraser Place Jakata. The two-bedroom suite was clean and spacious. The kitchette and washer/dryer was awesome. The pool/playground was prefect for our kids. The jogging path was small but nicely kept and a great space in the middle of Jakarta. Hotel staff were always pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Room was new in excellent condition and very spacious and well laid out. Good gym with good range of machines. Free weights a little light at 10kg max. Pool is fantastic with nice spacious gardens. Good resturant with good breakfast selection. The resturant had only beer still yet to stock up on wine and spirits. Staff well groomed, efficient and helpful. All in all best apartment hotel in Jakarta in a good location near resturants and supermarket.

The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a washing machine, so I think it's perfect for long-term stays. The breakfast salad selection was limited, but the coffee was delicious. It was nice to be able to do light exercise and jogging in the hotel's courtyard. It was a little inconvenient to need a car when going out, but it was worth it considering the safety, scenery, and quietness.
