I originally only booked a 2 nights stay but I loved the apartment so much I extended 2 times and ended being there for one week. Everything about the apartment was brilliant , the size ,cleanliness , air conditioner was brilliant , had to turn it off at times because it was so cold. Two things that I really liked were the washing machine in the apartment and the extensive gym was great . Staff were brilliant , courteous , smiling and welcoming , I can’t say enough about it , so do yourself a favour and book an apartment for your holiday there you won’t regret it .I will definitely be back.

need improvement on check in and breakfast

check in time should be at 2pm, but we only can enter our room after 2 hours waiting. They just ask us waiting at the lounge. But is really not help full since we bring child and they need a nap. But over all the room is clean and the comfort. There is miss understand about the breakfast since i book 3 rooms and it should be minimum 6 pax. The breakfast is very simple and sending to our room

This is a high quality, clean centrally located accommodation with a larage swimming pool. There is only one rather limited dining option on site. There are some Warungs outside - Not hygienic enough for first world tummies. As with most of Jakarta, it is not a pleasant walk immediately outside around the property. Taxis and Grab Hire cars are your best bet to travel to and from the property.

Still one of the best places to stay in Jakarta. My room 406 had a horrible odour everyday , and I was put in the same room when I checked in again the following week. Need to find the source and fix it.

Cozy bed and a fully functional kitchen (4 induction stoves, an oven, a full-sized refrigerator, cutlery, chopping board, a pot, a saucepan, lots of cups, glasses, bowls and plates of varies sizes). I got a free upgrade to an extremely roomy suite - was one of my (rare) lucky days! If shopping is your thing, then you'll probably consider the location as so-so since the nearest full-sized shopping mall (Plaza Indonesia) is 3 km away. But if you are working at Prudential Towers then the location will be ideal (5 minutes walk). You can do your own laundry hassle-free; the residence supplies a small sachet of washing powder everyday. Drinking water is adequately stocked and replenished daily. Bathroom amenities are variegated.

The go to response of this property is \"we are fully booked\". Whether you are asking for a high floor room or an additional 1 hour late checkout (after much argument they eventually relented to grant 30mins more but called to remind us of the clock!) The truth is it isnt full. You can still book their rooms on various platforms for the days you are there. I have stayed at various hotels and other Fraser properties (some for months) and this one stands out for being very unhelpful at accomodating even simple requests. The management should embark on other creative exercises for turning down requests than their favourite go to line. Apartment and facilities are otherwise suitable for purposes. But I am not coming back at all. Afterall, they are full!

Went on a family trip to Jakarta and we stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment at Fraser Residence Sudirman Jakarta. The apartment was great but unfortunately, the view is not that great due to the construction happening at the point of time. The staff are superbly great and friendly, trying their very best to cater their guests' needs. In other aspects, there are still room for improvements. But , IF I were to come back to Jakarta again, I would definitely love to stay there again!

Excellent location in the middle of Jakarta

This is only a block off the main thoroughfare but quiet and has an enormous pool with lovely landscaping situated between the towers. The rooms are elegant and the service excellent. The only negative is not a lot of restaurant options but the room service is reasonable and the breakfast is excellent. I have stayed various places in Jakarta over the years but will come back here.

1) Was not given the option when booking via Expedia to nominate non-smoking room and found I was booked in a smoking room.

2) No kitchen cloths to dry dishes

The aircon in the lounge didn't work. Despite having the staff come to fix it 2 days consecutively, it still didn't work and was not cold. I was staying in a one-bedroom apartment, and I could hear the back door bell ringing every time there's a delivery to my neighbor. So I had to go and answer the door as I did not know whether it's for me or for the neighbor.

Dedicated service, clean premises.

2bd/ 2bath suite, 11th floor, 7 night stay. Staff are highly dedicated to service. At times I felt like a crazy ex girlfriend was relentlessly phoning my room every day. I'm a \"do not disturb\" guy, but they REALLY want to provide daily housekeeping and make sure you're content during your stay. Overall, it's a high quality hotel. I'd recommend it. The only external aspect worth noting is that there's a massive construction site directly adjacent, and they work nightshift. The rooms are basically soundproof but I'd request a high floor if you're a light sleeper.

Solo weekend away

I arrived early on the check-in day. Since my room is already ready the staff checked-in for me seamlessly and told me that I had been upgraded to a bigger room on the top floor (33rd). I was surprised to see the elevator is exclusively for one room per floor so I am the only resident on the same floor using that elevator. Everything inside the room was in order (full kitchen, washing machine/dryer, large TV and DVD, free wifi etc). The only thing not so good is the choices for breakfast are really limited. The apartment is located in business district so the surrounding is quite safe. However as public transport in this part of Jakarta is still very limited, I had to rely on taxi. The hotel staff are very helpful. I would come back for another stay next time.

IT IS DEFINITELY NOT A 5 STAR!!! IT IS COMPARABLE TO AN AMERICAN'S 3 STAR. BREAKFAST WAS HORRIBLE, THE WORST I HAVE TASTED. FAUCETS WERE FALLING APART. HOT WATER AND COLD WATER WERE ON DIFFERENT SPOTS AT EACH SINK/SHOWERS. FLOOR HAD YELLOW STAINS EVERYWHERE. WINDOW TO AC UNIT DID NOT LOCK. TILES INSIDE AND AROUND THE POOL WERE FALLING APART, COMING OFF OF EACH OTHER. THERE WERE ROCKS AND SANDS INSIDE THE POOL. ON A DIFFERENT NOTE, STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. EXCEPT FOR THE BREAKFAST LADY WHO RUDELY ASKED ME WHAT ROOM NUMBER I AM STAYING IN, AS IF SHE DIDN'T BELIEVE I WAS A GUEST. DEFINITELY NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL EXPERIENCE. THUMBS DOWN.

24年8月15-19日家族4人で宿泊。とても綺麗でスタッフも感じいいです。デメリットはジャカルタの中央部（グランドアドネシア、モナス辺り）から、距離あること。でもグラブが安いのでジャカルタ内の移動は、全てグラブで問題なしです。いいとこは出たらすぐ地元飯屋台があったり、スーパーマーケットがあるので毎日行ってました。後ホテル内にビリヤード、卓球もあり、レストランも清潔感あって安くてよかったです。

レジデンスらしく、部屋が広くリビングルームも快適でキッチンには大きめの冷凍冷蔵庫があり、洗濯機や書斎机もありました。単なるホテルでは無い素晴らしいところだと思います。従業員も礼儀正しく対応にも十分満足出来ました。次回も利用したくなるところです。
