From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a team of exceptional hotel staff, providing a truly 5 star experience! Special mention to the DM Muskan and cafe staff Fajri for truly wonderful and personalised service!! Staff like this make your stay truly magical. The room was large, and well maintained and perfect for a long stay. I was onlyvstaying a short stay this time but could see how comfortable a longer stay would be. The hotel is infront of public transport, metro and bus, and central for Jakarta.

A cockroach climbed onto my leg while I was sitting replying emails. My room faces the road and it was a bit noisy so I didn’t have a good sleep. However, despite the unpleasant experience, i found the staff to be courteous and helpful . . The room has a washing machine and it’s very useful.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was modern and very clean, with comfortable beds that led to a great night's sleep. This time they just upgraded their room to be very modern and feel homey. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Our stay was wonderful! I've been in this hotel many times since 2016. It feels like home. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

-the rooms I stayed at is too Photoshopped and the actual room is very old and looks to have not been renovated for dozens of years
-the room’s entrance door was broken and everyone could enter my room for a few days until I noticed it and Do not disturb card was also broken.
-The wall-mounted phone in the kitchen was broken and dropped on the kitchen counter
-the living room smells super dusty
-the curtains are not cleaned and if you touch it, you would feel dozens of years old of wet dust sticks to your fingers
-the cleaners do not wipe the floor at all(all of my hair remains on the floor after cleaning)
-the cleaner took out my spare toilet paper rolls that I requested and secured to prepare for my upcoming days to fight with stomach illness and left only 2 rolls
-made me feel the entire hotel tries to cut cost even sacrificing customer’s satisfaction. they stopped providing a paper cup for the water server at the gym and they do not change the towels and bed linens unless you explicitly show your intention that you want them to change them by leaving the towls on the floor and putting a “please change” card on the bed linen. If you forget that, they don’t change them unless you call the front.
-no form type hand soap, and the cleaner picked up a soap already dropped in the sink(dirty) and put next to the cleaned dishes
-water server beeps too loudly when the tank is empty, after using cold water, the server’ cooler machine makes too much noise for a while

The property is amazing. Well done Maintenance with wood floor. The bed is very comfortable (i forgot to check the brand). The bathtub is big. The office manager take me to the Room after check in. The view is fantastic (Sudirman street view).

I had a good stay here. All the rooms are located on floors 30+ so the view is excellent. I enjoyed a spa treatment (massage). The rooms are very spacious - only thing to improve is the in-room dining. Poor quality of food I would say, although I did enjoy the breakfast buffet down in the lobby. Would stay again.

I stayed 2 nights recently but unfortunately the aircon in that room was not working despite tech crew attending to it. I had to pqck all my things n move to another room late in the night. But the new was very noisy (I am sensitive to noise) I couldn't sleep. The next day I had to move to another room

However, through the whole saga, I had to applaud the staff. They showed great care n provided a service standard that is industry-leading. In particular, I want to thank the Manager Fandi. He went out of the way to ensure that all issues were remedied promptly. He personally ensured all remedies went well n called me thereafter to ensure all was well. Thank you, pak Fandi and staff. Keep up the good work.

Great Services with clean and spacious room

The room is spacious and comfortable. The Lady Operation Manager and the Head Chef were very helpful. They helped to prepare vegetarian foods for my breakfast when they found out that I am a vegetarian. Really appreciated.

The room has a kitchen too with all of the required utensils for me to cook for myself. There is a small shopping mall, within 5-10 minutes walk, that allowed me to get the required ingredients for my cooking. Water Heater in my room took a while to heat up though. I was very satisfied with the stay overall and will definitely come back again for my next trip.

We really enjoyed our first stay here, so we extended another night. The 3-bedroom apartment was so spacious and has a great city view. Similar to other Marriott hotels that we stayed in Melbourne, Sydney, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam, the apartment offers very comfortable bedding, equipped with goose down pillows. It also has immaculate indoor swimming pools and gym facilities. The security is also great and their hospitality is second to none. All staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. For instance, my grandma had to use a wheelchair, so they were very supportive and strive to accommodate her special needs.

However, there are some rooms for improvement that can make our stay more enjoyable. There’s a lack of in-house food options and the food quality isn’t really “five-star” for the price we had to pay. Not to worry, though.. Because it’s strategically located near prominent shopping centres, you can always order food from other places using external food services like Gojek’s Go Food. They took this feedback very seriously and we understand that they’re in the process of improving their in-house food and beverages. They even had their chef to come to us and discuss this concern. Such an amazing service!!!

Overall, I highly recommend this apartment, especially if you’re travelling with a family or with someone who has special needs. Thanks for your hospitality, Marriott. I’ll definitely come back when I visit my family in Indonesia next time.

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and clean. Strategically located with MRT station at your doorstep, it’s also just minutes away from TransJakarta bus stop. It has best pillows in town and offers nice view, great swimming pools and cool gym areas. The downsides about this apartment are the lack of in-house food options, poor food quality, mediocre sound-proofing windows and outdated dishwasher. But, the hospitality is superb and the security is fantastic. So, I would definitely come back, but probably get food from other places.

What I liked the most about my stay was how attentive the staffs were in the hotel. They were helpful. 2br apartment was just felt like our own home. Full facilities provided and made my family felt comfy staying in. Would definitely come back for another family visit next time.
One thing that needs improvement is their cafe(breakfast area) it’s too small for when it’s peak season (stayed on Eid Fitr) and lacking options of food . Taste wise was good. Overall had a great stay.

We loved the view of the city from our room. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and peaceful - in addition to the comfortable, bed made for a wonderful night's sleep. Not much of a spread at breakfast for a hotel of such a standard in Jakarta but nonetheless adequate. The staff are top rate-

Marriott apartments is a small serviced apartment complex located 1.5 km (1 mile) south of the Bundaran monument but it is a noisy area with a lot of construction activity. The rooms are large and well furnished but it getting a bit tired. The wifi and gym are good.

Stayed for 3 nights recently 21-24 July. I arrived earlier than the checkin time but my room was available so Vinda the Operations Manager checked me in and she was very gracious and truly a warm reception at check-in.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Everything worked. Toiletries and amenities always stocked up when requested.

Staff at reception, housekeeping, gym, security, room service were great and polite. Always smiling.

My room came with breakfast. The choices were good enough for me but a suggestion would be vary the offerings for some variety.

I used the gym and pool. Perhaps the steam room temperature can be looked at. It didnt seem to be working well during my stay.

Overall a wonderful stay and I will choose to stay again on my next trip to Jakarta.

I recently visited Jakarta with my family. We randomly selected Marriott Executive Apartments in Mayflower , Jakarta. This turned out to be an excellent choice for us. Staff is very friendly and courteous and have great knowledge of the area and also fluent in English language.
Breakfast was very good with excellent food choices and plenty of fruits and different kinds of breads.
We loved this place and this is very convenient for shopping and plenty of great restaurants around the hotel.

Business Trip To Jakarta - A Great Hotel

The hotel lived up to the Marriott Exec Suite reputation. Well situated for all central destinations. Staff perfect in all respects. Breakfast was fantastic and catered for my vegan needs (but everything there to satisfy the carnivores amongst us). Rooms clean with ample amenities and to top it all a great gym and swimming pool. I recommend anybody going to Jakarta whether on business or for pleasure, Marriott Executive Apartments Mayflower is a truly excellent choice for accommodation.

We had a great stay at Mayflower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, roomy and comfy. It felt you are at your own home. The room was also very clean and all the amenities was there. The housekeeping was great too and they made sure everything in the room is in top shape and clean, and all the amenities is stock. The hotel is situated in a very great location and everything was easy to reach. Overall, we will come back to here in the future.

We like the room size (~85m2) and also the room come with kitchen, washing machine, water dispenser, microwave, so it really felt that we stay in apartment. And if you come to Jakarta for business purpose, you can't be wrong to choose this location.

Very good. There are two entrances for cars. The one from the main road - Sudirman Plaza has very heavy traffic. But Uber drivers know the back road entrance, which is opposite the Sudirman Residences, and you can escape the main road traffic.

Facility is very clean, and very acceptable, floors furnished with marble, beds are very comfy, air conditioning is cold enough to my warm body, breakfast buffet is not large but has enough variety, staff are very friendly, toilet has built-in water hooze. the only thing I did not like was the minor noise from street even with strong sound proofing but police sirens are loud in Jakarta. The hotel is located in a busy area, prepare for traffic jams.

We had a two bedroom suite which was very big. The main bedroom had a super king sized bed, a walk in robe and a huge bathroom. The staff were all very polite and the breakfast provided a good range of Asian and European dishes. The hotel is an easy 20 minute walk from Thamrin and Plaza Indonesia, though the pavement is not always in the best condition.

This place if always my choice whenever I'm coming to Jakarta. I like to keep my family together during my stay, so an apartment is the best choice and they do offer an affordable price.
But, on my last stay I was taken aback because they (apparently) scanned one of my luggage and asked me whether I bring a scissors and a small knife or not. I answered YES. And they said that it can't be allowed to enter my room. This is a surprise. I have stayed in so many hotels (5 stars too) and none of them have this problem. The person at the reception continued saying that I have to give both my small knife and scissors to them and get it back when i check out. And I need not to worry because there are knives and scissors in the room ?

I asked for their reasoning and they only answer it's the marriott policy. Weird.
In the end, I refused to give my scissors and knife to them and they did nothing.
So really, what's the point ?

They gave our reservation to someone else.

We arrived, reservation in hand, they had given it to someone else. They claimed they had computer issues and that our reservation was \"lost\" but I know how it is in Jakarta, corruption is everywhere and they unsold it to someone else. We were very angry as they tried to change us from our booked2 bedroom suite to two separate motel rooms on the same floor, not connecting and not together. We refused, they escorted us to the Ritz Carlton and put us up in a 2 bedroom suite there. We were very happy with this. The staff at the Marriott, paid for the taxi's and gave us the room at the Ritz for the same rate we had paid at the Marriott.

My family and I checked were checked into the apartment room immediately upon arrival. Late at night about 10 pm, my wife turned on the basin tap at the kitchen area and water was flowing onto the floor. Call the reception and within minutes the service engineer responded and found the pipe was leaking. Within minutes the duty manger turned up and apologised and immediately offered and assisted to change us to another apartment room at a higher floor. The following morning, the duty manager checked with me for any further assistance to ensure we were enjoying our stay.

I've been here for 8 days. Hotel staff is friendly, they try to help on every situation. Rooms are clean and have a beautiful city view. Hotel is placed on a big and crowded street, where you never get into transportation problems. All taxi drivers know this building as \"Indofood Tower\". You may face with difficulties while trying to describe the address of the hotel, instead just say \"Indofood Tower\" to any driver and they will surely bring you here, even if they don't know any English word.

Superb suite with a view to match. Overlooking the hustle and bustle of the city, the Marriott Executive Suites are a sure winner. Close to shopping malls, easy access to taxi, secure and nicely located. Staff were amazing with super fast response to all requests. Definitely worth staying there.

Being on Jl Sudirman can be a positive for central location and a negative for the traffic situation. Room service food is good, breakfast is average. Staff are good. Room is well equipped.

Great Quite Clean Apartment

Please do not mix up the Marriott Executive Apartments with the Marriott Hotel - they are both different localities. The apartments include a kitchen and laundry, a money ex-changer and convenient store is also located on the 1st floor which is great. Its very quiet and only couple km's away from great shopping centers.

Perfect Business Acco. For central JKT

I travel to Jakarta very regularly and tried the Marriott apartments for the first time. Besides its perfect location and great condition I found the facilities ideal for 2 to 3 days business trips if you are not too fussed with breakfast ( because its quite bad / low quality & limited variety). The staff is very helpfull the room was way bigger than expected and quite modern. Taxis are limited so you need to give at least 20 mins notice before you want to depart.

Stay at the Mayflower Marriott

Great location, nice apartment style stay with an indoor swimming pool and good gym facilities. Staff are super helpful and also responsive to your requests. Late check-in also NOT a problem.

Excellent staff & great breakfast buffet daily! Price per night could be lower considering the location, but still better priced than Kempinski, Grand Hyatt, Pullman etc. near the Grand Indonesia Mall.

Would stay here again without 2nd thoughts. Thank you, Team Mayflower Marriott :)

Spacious rooms due to appartment lay out. Not very bright decoration though.

Pool was closed for renavation and neyher the Hotel nor Hotels.com advised this before booking...

Better stay longer

Very good choice for that money. Nice room, suitable for a long stay. Welcoming staff. Very strict security. Good breakfast. But not very pleasant and suitable to walk around.

Taxi drivers in the Jacarta airport may not know the difference between this place and JW Marriott hotel. Know that Executive apartments are in the Indofood tower.

Marriott Executive Appartments Mayflower

Great pleace in the business district in Jakarta, with a decent restaurant and outstanding service.
My room was way bigger than the other hotels I sued to stay, very silent and clean.
There is a convenient store at the ground level in case you need to get some snacks or other items. The room service is second to none. You can also cook your own meals in case you ahve to stay for a long period.
I will definitely go back to this hotel.

The staff were all incredibly kind and hospitable, making my stay here extremely comfortable. I'd like to thank the male staff member who cooked and brought food to my room with a smile even in the middle of the night, the female staff member who asked me every morning if I wanted coffee, and the doorman. The facilities were a little old, but they were well-cleaned, and the traffic congestion I was worried about wasn't that bad. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.
