Room was very clean, cozy and quite artsy. The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Jakarta. Very close to the happening & culinary spots such as Bundaran HI, Grand Hyatt, Plaza Indonesia as well as the newly BNI City/Sudirman Baru/Dukuh Atas MRT Stations making it easy & seamless to/from the Cengkareng International Airport. Also, yummy breakfast food and the staff was properly trained/professional. Very highly recommended.

Location was good enough. Walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. Both are major shopping malls. The breakfast was good. The room has a damp smell maybe because of the high humidity in the area. They only give out bath towels. The hotel said they do not have hand towels. So that was unusual. The bath towels when it gets wet, has a smell. Like dirty laundry. So make sure you get fresh ones every day. The staff are friendly. Overall it's a good stay. The rate is very reasonable for the area. They let you do a late checkout for free until 1pm.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this property. The rooftop bar and restaurant were closed for 3 days because of a private event, no access was allowed. Breakfast moved to the lobby temporarily during this event. Hallways and my room (superior room) need maintenance, the walls have stains, humidity spots and holes, also, drainage was bad, I had to turn off the water all the time during showering and still the water would run over. I asked for it to be fixed, they confirmed it was fixed but it was exactly the same. Hallways were also dirty, and my bed linen had spots. My room was not cleaned during my stay, neither did I get toilet paper which was finished (I had to ask for it twice). On departure day we asked for towels to use at the gym shower, mine came but my friends' did not, we have asked twice. Staff was friendly but service was limited.

Room is very small. Toilet is extremely small and located between very tight walls. If you are not extremely careful you will hit the wall front of you with your head when you finish your business and ready to stand. If you are not petite shower is uncomfortable and small too. Room has no refrigerator and this was my first experience last ten years of traveling and staying hotels. My medications spoiled because of that. When I was checking in the lady at the front desk was unhelpful and mean. The only thing good in this hotel is the rooftop hotel and the location. I will not recommend period! Cleaning was very poor too. You can gear next door neighbor easily, and when bathroom above you is flushing, it makes unpleasant noice.

The place is located quite strategic, near a major transportation hub and the main business district. Room wise quite big, definitely larger than a typical contemporary hotel room. Toilet and Shower are separate so quite convenient if staying more than a person. The only thing I thought can be improved is a fridge.

4 times in Jakarta since 2022 . Hotel showers are getting older, weak water pressure coming out of the shower head. Air conditioner not cooling down enough . In 5 nights stay no pillow case was changed, shower towels smell bad. One day laundry service says cash only and next day from desk says credit card is okay. Location is the only reason why you might want to stay in this hotel.

Overall I enjoyed the stay for 2 nights as staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok. Great place for airport train as station literally beside it. Even the big shopping mall is like 10 mins away. View from rooftop day or night is lovely to see but if you need to order food here as better to go to mall with their array of restaurants as better value unless they change the menu or be more competitive in pricing.
Room was clean and comfy so overall I would give it a 7 but would be an 8/9 if food was better (outside breakfast times)

If you're looking to stay in central Jakarta and are not prepared to spend too much on accommodation, the hotel is as good as it gets. Close proximity to the upmarket Grand Indonesia shopping mall. Noisy room at twelve floor

Well, I booked for 4 nights, first night they gave me room 1214 (twelve floor). At the next day morning, we heard noisy chair sound at 05:00 am, calling out the hotel and turns out our upstairs is a restaurant. After that, I talked to the hotel and they agreed to change our room. Second night, we are quite shock since the replacement room is at the smoking floor, and the hallway and our room are smell badly. Then i said to the hotel to change my room. Well, the room dining is too bad, service is too slow.

Excellent value for money in a great location. Enjoyed the Sunday market on the closed roadway till 11am right out the front of the hotel. So close to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Shopping Centers. Reasonable selection of food for breakfast. Had dinner in the Rooftop restaurant that was pleasant in the evening although the menu is a little limited but acceptable.

First and last time at this Motel for me

Paid for a Junior Suite, but initially only put on the 3rd floor, next day put on the 7th floor. For a 12 story building I would have expected all Junior Suites to be on higher floors. For a modern building, it was obvious everything was patched up, not repaired properly. We rang to request a late checkout and agreed on a price. But later received a phone call and had to argue not to have the checkout fee increased. Buffet breakfast's were repetitive mostly not to our taste. Taxi's to and from All Seasons were more expensive, due to Taxi's continuously having to pass the Motel to gain access to side road the Motel is built on. On the surface it appears a nice motel with helpful staff (most don't speak English) Unfortunately too many things frustrated me with this Motel & I wouldn't stay there again.

The staff is friendly, place is clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room did not have a chair, it took 3 try's till i got a decent chair, as i had to work at night using my laptop on the makeshift desk / coffee stand. Over all it was good but the chair is what i found very odd being a business hotel.

Compact hotel in a good location.

Part of the Accor group, the hotel is in a good location.
It is about a five-minute walk from the Sudirman rail station which has a direct rail link to the Airport. In Jakarta such access is important, especially during the rush hour.
The hotel is about 12-15 minutes from the major Grand Indonesia Mall, with access to shopping, cinemas and restaurants.
For those with business appointments, the hotel is close to other major business centres in Jakarta.
The coffee house on the 13th floor provides a view of Jakarta city.
The room is compact and clean with the wash basin within the room space. While there is a work bench, only a stool was provided. After working for a while, I had to request for a proper chair so that my back had support. It was provided quickly and readily.
Lighting in the room was not bright, especially over the bed. This made reading and working while on the bed difficult.
As I was in the Deluxe room, I had a larger window whereas those in the Superior room with the half-window would have had less natural light.
My colleagues and I had challenges with the Internet. As it was slow this made it difficult for us to access our servers using our lap top computers. Access via the phone was better.
Where the staff are concerned, they were friendly, pleasant and courteous.
While there was a mini gym, I was not inspired to use it.

Never Stay Here!

This is the worst value-for-money hotel I have ever stayed at. There were not enough staff working; the staff were incompetent and didn't speak English well; the wifi worked only 20-30% of the time; the food was poor; my aircon was broken; the rooms are tiny; and there were a lot of mosquitos. I asked for a refund as I needed to move out and find a hotel where the wifi worked, but the manager didn't seem to understand what I was saying, so I got no compensation. Shambolic!

My First Experience With All Seasons

Breakfast has an adequate mix. We had 2 adjacent rooms with adjoining door for 3 nights. Beds are resonably comfortable. However, the bathroom and toilet are pretty small. The wash basin is located close to the bed and if you are not careful, may splash water on the bed.

The downside is the airconditioning. Despite adjustment for maximum cooling, the temperature remained pretty high resulting in utter discomfort and sort of stuffiness and difficulty falling asleep.
Both rooms had similar issues.

Delux Room was clean and comfortable with great city view which I really liled. Few minutes walk to main commuter and airport trains station, and city centre. Cleanliness should be improved

I changed my initial junior suite to this room as the initial had a leak with various other problems- I stayed in this room for a further 5 nights.. it wasn’t bad , cleanliness can be improved majorly, and also the iron cords are hazardous, they are ripped and you can see the wires inside, I was ironing and got a slight electric shock from this. Over all hotel is decent.

The hotel was lovely with great views. My concern was the junior suite had a leak in the bathroom just where the hair dryer switch was which was quite a hazard, also there was a horrible pungeant smell from the toilet which I complained about but it seemed could not be removed even after cleaning. And the floor in the room was filthy, you would only pick this up walking around without wearin your shoes, my feet would be black. Havin a 1 year old Baby who crawls this was a real concern for me.

Good location. Bad lighting design. Room is too dark. Cannot do any work though there is a very dim table lamp. Did not have a standing lamp found in other rooms. Change room but still very dim. Don't even need to off the light when u sleep. Toilet roll holder fell off. Loose tap fitting and bad selection of sink causing much splashing. And no face and hand towels!! Good location but will choose competitor hotel for business trip. Forks and knives keep dropping at cafe due to silly design of plates.. Smell from wc compartment.. bathroom design is bad esp for twin sharing guests!!

I have stayed in this hotel a few times over the last 2 years. The condition remains the same, which means they have maintained the hotel fairly well. Room is small but comfortable enough for a short stay. Cheap price at very good location.

Good except for bathroom

Overall was great. Local, restaurant facilities were awesome and staff are very helpful. Only negative is the bathroom / shower doesn't have their own space or full door, meaning odour from the toilet permeates the whole room! Quite awkward. The door is also frosted so not too private. However the staff did provide us with a big sheet so we could get some privacy. The bed is also massive - I think a bit bigger than an Aussie king size.
