The room is outdated. The tv did not work and I informed reception and they said they would send someone up. No one came. I had to go all the way back down to reception to cancel the request so I could go to bed.

Check in was nice. The lady was very friendly. I asked if I could check out 1pm instead of 12 and she said that was fine. I got a phone call the morning of checkout after 12 asking if i wanted to stay another nignt or if i was going to check out. Very annoying as I'd asked for the late check out.

The room is dark and cramped for the price. It is in desperate need of a refresh. Not worth the price.

I requested smoking room and was assigned a room at level 3. The room I was assigned to is next to the staff area.
Every morning, I can hear loud chatting and giggling.
My window is facing the back door of the staff area so I had to keep my curtain closed the whole time.
The room was ridiculously small, I can hardly sit comfortably at my desk coz the chair couldn’t be pushed out fully.
The headboard is stained.
The toilet is so small that I had to move to the side when I’m in the toilet to open the door before I can get out.

The room is too small for a five star hotel..
The Aircon is not strong , although already adjusted the temperature and fan level.
The condition of this hotel is rather too old fashion and already fall back into 80s.
TV channels and entertainment are not ip to date, No Netflix, No smart TVs, No USB charging points, Still the old type of 2 pins plugs for charging handphone and electronic devices.
Bad experience, its time for Pullman Jakarta Thamrin to go for an upgrade of systems and entertainment.

Okay for short stay

Friendly service, clean room and great food! The room and bathroom are tiny so I don’t recommend staying in this hotel for more than 2 days! Everything is outdated. I don’t like the security of the hotel compound. It seems like pedestrians use the hotel area to cut through to go the back street.

Amazing service by friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice and huge. Thankful for the nice room with a beautiful view of the Plaza Indonesia mall. Breakfast spread was amazing! I will it the most. However, the room is rather worn out I feel. Like, a bit mouldy around the tub and floor. Toilet bowl water is kinda yellow. Wish these could be fixed. The elevators are also very slow. But overall, a good stay and a place I will miss!

朝食が素晴らしかったです。インドネシア料理コーナーが充実しているのはもちろん、日本料理（そば、味噌汁、巻き寿司）も美味しかった。野菜不足の人は、中国料理コーナーのヌードルステーションに行って、麺抜きで野菜スープを作ってもらうと良いです！麻辣湯のような味付けにすると最高に美味しい。

ホテルの立地は、MRTの駅のすぐ近くにあるので、BLOCK Mまで電車で行けます。道路交通渋滞が嫌いな人はMRTが便利です！

The hotel was imaginably comfortable. The staff gave excellent assistance upon checking in. Probably it was my communication problem that cost one star down for my experience. Their staff accommodated my request mostly, even on the last night to swop for a twin bedroom. I am reaching out to Pullman to get my Deposit IDR 4 million back which did not get void in front of me due to tech glitch

Horrifying stay at the Pullman

It took me one hour to connect to the wifi in the room. Called for help, I was just asked to restart my laptop. I asked for IT to help, they sent a non-IT which couldn't help me at all. Got to wait for another 20 mins before the IT guy came. All in, it took me 1 hour 10 mins just to connect. After that, I had no issue for the rest of the days.
The room is so so dated. Carpets are so gordy and old. The curtains cannot be pulled close at all. It does not feel like a Pullman at all. It feels worse than a budget hotel. The toiletries used were of low quality in small tubes. Waste of environment resource. They don't even give you face towel!!! Only 1 hand towel. How do I wash my face with a long face towel. Lightings are old. Everything from top to toe is old. Only the location is great. What a pity!!

Nice location and nice view to Plaza Indonesia Bunderan HI. Breakfast has a lot of variety and worth the money. BUT very noisy as the windows are not sound proof. Can hear busy traffic til midnight. Please invest in sound proofing then it will be perfect.

It one of the most bad experience i ever had with Accor group.

1. Checkin : Frond desk staff Alden, They upgraded the room, and when i request one hour more for checkout they downgraded the room in exchange of the one hour! Really and thats after 15 minutes wanting for their shift manager to approve!

2. My checkout time was at 2pm, at 1 15pm, someone knocked the door, in 5 seconds they knocked again, and they opened the room door directly, i was literally in the rest room, and rest room door was opened, really didn't know what to do ! I said wait, and went to see them, i found the front desk manager saying that i should leave the room, i said i have till 2pm, she said that was not updated in the system! Even thu they could have just do a phone call to the room and ask me instead of this movie action.

Even the none disturb button was on but they didn't care.

3. Checking out :

I requested to meet the hotel manager, again Alden the front desk guy told me, he is not authorized to contact the hotel manager, and he blocked me, i after i insist he did another lie saying that the hotel manager is not in charge as its Saturday, but it was actually Friday working day and fhe hotel manager was there.

4. I have to say that the front desk manager did her best to apologies, and finally the hotel manager showed up and try to apologise in a nice way with promises to fix it in future.
They offered me upgrade to next time or food treatment that i didn't accpet.

My husband doesn’t speak indo and we got locked out of the room after breakfast. We went to the receptionist to ask why it happened. We were in a rush to catch our flight so he wasn’t in the best mood, however instead of addressing his complaint, the receptionist kept looking at me and speak in bahasa. He felt pretty disrespected. Other than that, the breakfast food was good and the room is clean. They also have complimentary pillow menu.

I have stayed twice at the Pullman. It really is 2 different hotels depending on which room you stay in. If you get a deluxe room in the tower, it is a true 5 star hotel and great experience. If you stay in a superior room in main hotel area, it does not feel like 5 stars. The room is quite small for 1 person and the bathroom is extremely tight and cramped. These rooms also haven’t been maintained very well (see photos).

Great location, just across 2 big shopping malls. Good for business travelers, however the rooms were a bit small and definitely need urgent updating. Once you entered the room the TV was on about how ecofriendly they were but meanwhile everything was packed in plastic?

Very bad experience.
The staff is nice but the boiler was broken and I couldn’t take a shower or bath in my room. The rooms are small and not up to date. I could hear the tv next door at night. No formal apology offered when I complained and checked out early.
for the price I pay, I expected so much better, there are 3 star hotels that are better than this.
I ended up moving to Mandarin Oriental nearby and was surprised by how much better the rooms were there. The price was also lower...so shocking.

This trip was a total disaster. I ordered a bottle of champagne and when i ordered a second one at the room service I had the answer no more Champaign. I asked an other brand, same answer. Finally after talking to the night duty manager I got another bottle after one hour. . Not cold The next day when I wanted to settle my bill the cashier said it’s only this and this. No trace of The Champaign. I replied are you sure? Yes was the answer. I was thinking maybe it was a compensation for the what happened the night before. So I left the hotel, my girlfriend stayed another night. When she wanted to check out they gave her the bill of the Champaign. She had a very important appointment. They refused to let her go insisting how are we gonna to pay the bill. I had to call the hotel manager for 32’ international call from Europe at 1.5 euros per min. She was not even surprised of what happened. Her priority was just to get the bill paid. Which I don’t mind. But how can you charge the room 36 hours after and put customer in a delicate situation like this. Specially when I paid the bill and asked if everything was correct. Also the night before my girlfriend ordered around midnight room service. Pullman burger and they didn’t have avocado. At the end she was waiting for 2 hours and nothing got delivered. It’s the worst service I ever had in my entire life. Email has been sent to accord manager France. The una bar rooftop is also a lie. It’s only open for function.

All good but for the lost of stuff customer is disappointed.. regarding my sun glasses forgot i put on front desk during checked in coz the reception came to me to gave the room card directly not give from the desk (his out from front desk) made me forgot to take it my sunglasses and I called many times to makesure and asked checked CCTV and no goodnews.. i’m pretty sure I put there and must be the staff found it from cctv...

My second time to stay at this property and I’m glad that it has maintained its high standards. Great yoga class although would be nice if the classes are daily instead of just every Monday.
