Overall we enjoyed our stay. Hotel is nice and modern, has easy access to public transit, and a good breakfast buffet. Our room had a couple minor issues like a water stain on the ceiling of the bathroom, excess water leaking around the door of the shower when we showered, and our toilet seemed to run for awhile after flushing .As well, the sound proofing was average as we could hear a decent amount of outside noise, but overall no major issues and we weren't there long enough to feel the need to complain about these things. We like that the room had double sinks and a rainfall shower, and the bed was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was in a quieter area of Split and easy to find. So overall we'd recommend this hotel, just some minor things that could be improved.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay, the hotel is about 18 minutes drive from Split.

Outside the hotel there is a supermarket, bakery, atm and bus stop which is convenient.

The site is next to Salona Roman Ruins which you pay to enter and is a great historical walk to spend an hour or two.

Also there is a shopping mall, we took an Uber to The Mall of Split about 5 euros one way, good for all shopping and has a food court as well as restaurants as we found the hotel restaurant pleasant but a little limited, and expensive for what was served.

The pool and jacuzzi was quiet and we pretty much had it to ourselves. Other spa services available but we did not use these facilities. Towels provided and plenty of loungers so a highlight for us.

The cicadas and insects are loud, so be warned if you are outside you will hear them. And faintly inside the hotel too.

The hotel is clean throughout and breakfast adequate with continental and cooked options buffet style
available.

This hotel will suit couples and small families, it is a little remote but less busy than Split with good access to old town and SPU airport.

The staff are friendly and we able to check-in early which was a nice touch. Thank you.

The lobby is relaxing and beautifully presented with a lobby bar, modern and to be honest much better in person than in the photos online.

Food was goodnat hotel. Breakfast options were great. What was a let down was the rooms. My fridge door was broken curtains broken ac didnt work they didnt have proper Ac. Flies in the room when i came in and mosquitos got bitten loads which would have been avoided if ac was there. Overall the room felt like a 3 star hence the rating. Also wifii did not work hardly ever used all my mobile data. Didnt feelnlike it was a 4star and i have always stayed in 4 or 5.

So the hotel breakfast is nice but beyond that our experience wasn’t good. We had 2 rooms, 1 of which was an upgraded room. The A/C in both rooms was weak. Each room had a thermostat but couldn’t get rooms under 22 f. When I went to the front desk I was told that the thermostats don’t really work and that they control room temps from the front desk. So I asked from both rooms to be set to 19f, which after 3 days did not happen. Also, the instant coffee in the rooms weren’t replaced nor were the dirty cups removed and clean cups resupplied. Overall I was disappointed in the property.

The room was huge, but I booked the largest, everything was perfect. You need a car to stay here IF you want to go to Trogir and Split, although there are busses. The restaurant was excellent, but do NOT order the steak. Lamb was awesome. People friendly. The pool is NT heated, so it was cold for mid-September. There is a boulangerie across the street and a supermarket, so you can get all you need there, the Salona Roman Ruins are easy to access, but not really that great, we strolled through for an hour, kinda like an early morning walk. Now the breakfast could have a little more food, and the bacon is never really crispy, but small issues really. We stayed there for 5 days to Sun. It is easily a 4 star, for sure. Great value for $$.

Clean, updated and quiet hotel. Everyone who worked there was very helpful and friendly, specifically Paula. She went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one.
The only downside is the location. Its in the middle of nowhere. if you're looking to spend a lot of time in downtime Split, its a 15 min drive each way. It would be smarter to stay in the town.

Very modern hotel just outside Split with nice pool, spa and garden restaurant. Warm welcome from very friendly staff. The only reason for not a perfect score was in the restaurant the waiter tried to memorise our order rather than write it down and got it wrong!
The ruins of Roman city of Salona next door are worth a visit and an Uber into Split costs about 60HRK (tip: on return take an Uber rather than the taxis waiting at the port which can be 3 time the price!)

Great breakfast with a wide variety!The room was big and the bathroom fantastic!The only thing they advertised laundry facilities and they never had any we had to take them in town to be washed!The pool and sauna and hot tub were nice.The bus was great 👍 it ran every half hour and only a couple of dollars and the ticket was good for two hours of travel. The bakery across had great 👍 pizza!Enjoyed our stay except a few nights there were noisy bus people that kept us awake.

This is an amazing hotel for service and friendly staff. It was so enjoyable and relaxing we are booking again for next year. The hotel is located in a very quiet area about 20 mins from the centre of Split. This gives you the opportunity to have a quality hotel with a pool and serene surroundings and the hustle and bustle of Split. The spa was very good I had two massages and the facilities clean tidy and modern. The reception staff were very helpful even allowing me to check in early on my arrival day.

Joe's beach bar which is connected to the hotel has amazing views from the sun lounger and great music as a back drop.. I really really like this hotel. 😎

Hotel & staff made our stay unforgettable, as they were so friendly and helpful in every way. The rooms and facilities were of a very high standard. However the evening meal was very disappointing. Eating out was a gastronomic delight and experience. I would insist you must do, as prices are so reasonable compared to the U.K. for both seafood and steaks, quality was excellent.

The hotel is very nice and modern. The bed linen was fantastically smooth and the bed was very comfortable. The staff are generally nice and very helpful.
The swimming pools, jacuzzi and the steam room were great.
The breakfast buffet was ok but not great. Don't get me wrong, there was plenty to choose from but most things lack quality which we did not find in tune with the hotel.

The reception staff were very nice and offered us breakfast box as we had to check-out 06:00 to catch an early flight! we will definitly revisit!!

Absolutely exceptional offer for the area and the price ! Brand new, so everything you expect in modern hotel. Pool fine, rooms large and well decorated, AC works great, sound insolation. Really nothing negative to note on the hotel, exceptionally friendly and helpful at the front desk ! Great stay, highly recommended. Slightly outside Split, great if you have a car but would not want to depend on hotel shuttle or local transportation. Be sure to visit the nearby Salona ruins - also very well worth the visit. Just a great place to stay.

Pretty Good for a Brand New Hotel

You expect some kinks in a hotel that has only been open for a week, but this place did surprisingly well. Most importantly, the staff, from bar manager to housekeeping could not have been nicer. And the food, both breakfast and dinner, always iffy for a new hotel was terrific. The downsides-- the suite we had booked wasn't yet finished they said, so we had to accept a smaller room. And despite the hotel being practically empty, they put us in a wing where work was still going on, so there was a bit of dodging workmen and smelling paint.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, einen schönen Ausblick auf Split und kostenlose Parkplätze. Auch die Größe des Zimmers war angenehm. Leider überwiegen für uns jedoch die negativen Erfahrungen.

Der Empfang bei der Ankunft war unfreundlich und wenig herzlich – man fühlte sich nicht wirklich willkommen. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es im Zimmer einige Mängel: Das Bett wurde in vier Nächten nicht gemacht, das Bettlaken hatte Löcher, der Bademantel war stark beschädigt, Hygienebeutel wurden nicht nachgefüllt, der Duschkopf war verschimmelt und die Heizung sehr staubig.

Auch beim Frühstück hat uns die Freundlichkeit und Qualität gefehlt: kein Lächeln, kein „Guten Morgen“, das Spiegelei war kalt, das Rührei pampig und nicht durch, die Waffeln steinhart.

Für ein Hotel mit 4 Sternen und Spa-Ausrichtung hatten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Wir haben auf unserer Rundreise in einfacheren Hotels übernachtet, die wesentlich sauberer und gastfreundlicher waren.

Erittäin hyvä hotellikokemus!

Aivan mieletön hotelli, upeat tilat niin yleisissä tiloissa kuin huoneessakin. Ilmastointi toimi huoneessa moitteettomasti. Upeat altaat ja auringonottopaikat hotellin sisäpihalla, jossa myös hotellin ravintola josta sai tilattua virvokkeita altaalle. Kauppa ja leipomo hotellin vieressä joka oli myös kiva lisä. Bussiyhteys erittäin hyvä hotellilta keskustaan/vanhaan kaupunkiin.

Das Personal am Empfang ist nett und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel oder die Einrichtung ist in gewissen Bereichen schon etwas abgenutzt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht spektakulär und es fehlt etwas die liebe zum Detail und die Kreativität. Kaffeemaschine hat die besten Tage auch schon hinter sich.
Die vier Sterne sind auf jeden Fall eher etwas grosszügig ausgelegt, da fehlt doch noch ein bisschen für ein 4–Sterne Hotel.
Die Distanz zum nächsten Strand oder die Dauer diese zu erreichen müsste mit 15-20 Minuten angegeben werden, je nach Verkehr zieht sich das in die Länge.
