The staff was pleasant, check in was a breeze. A few minor things could be done to improve the hotel. Ice machine on our floor was broken and loud. A few light fixtures were hanging off the walls (look like some missing screws. Other than that it was nice stay.

Booked back in March 2026 for a June 6th stay for a room with two queen sized beds—just me and my teenage son bc it’s a baseball tournament weekend. When I checked it the only room available is a king sized bed with pullout couch! We drove over 3 hours —who wants to sleep on a pullout??! Esp after a full day of baseball.
Room amenities were aging… no place to plug in USB, dreary decor.

This hotel is in need of some TLC. The wall paper was peeling thru out the room, the shower gel was empty, and no daily maid service so it stayed empty, the included breakfast was pretty bad; standard breakfast foods but super cold, kind of rather they had not bothered serving it. Light bulbs were burnt in the room, and the walls were oddly thin between rooms; literally listened to a complete conversation and they were not loud. Not a hotel I would stay again.

The hotel needs some updating/renovation. Lots of wear n tear noted throughout the hotel and the room. It looked clean for the most part but there was bits of trash noted in the hall once near the elevator, the some of the buttons in one of the elevators were coming loose. The breakfast was lukewarm, only bananas as fresh fruit, the juice options weren’t cold they were room temperature. I wouldn’t go in the pool area either needs to be renovated. Just wasn’t what I was expecting for a Hyatt.

they were blood stains on the blanket (we noticed it on day 3) - no one told us to ask for cleaning we stayed there for 4 nights expecting a cleaning service??? this is hyatt how is that possible - breakfast was awful my mother didnt even go downstairs after we saw the breakfast - the breakfast area itself was nasty - the room smelled - the couch in the room was stained all over i didnt even sit on it once - overall im frasturated and mad because i chose hyatt for its realiabilty and quality all over the world.

This was the 1st hotel I've stayed in, in the past 5 years, that did NOT have the outlets required to charge my phone. I didn't bring my charger, only my cables, so I had to wait and charge in my car. Plus, the breakfast was ok, not great. A waffle maker or pancake maker are very inexpensive and would have brought up the breakfast experience.

The hotel is economical and located close to the mall. Downside is a lot of traveling youth sports teams are staying at the facility causing a lot of issues . Elevator issues, pool overrun by kids, kids running through the hallways banging on doors at night. Lobby area /dining area a mess from evening gatherings. This was the second time I experienced this and will not be returning to this location.

My first complaint is not the hotel itself. Apparently, Saturday there was a kid's soccer tournament and a large number of them stayed at the hotel. The parents/coaches were not supervising them at all. They were all over the hotel ding dong ditching doors, rough housing in the pool and abusing the elevators.

My first complaint about the hotel is there were no towels at the pool. The desk gave us hand towels to use! There were no towels available at all on Sunday.

The second is on Monday morning about 9:00 AM, we went to swim (the whole reason we picked this hotel was because of an indoor pool) and they said it was closed for maintenance. They stated it would be about an hour. It didn't open until about 4:00 PM. My granddaughter missed the whole day of swimming.

Finally, the breakfast was good, but who serves waffles with no syrup?!?

I booked my room for my daughter’s graduation. We had a medical emergency which caused us to arrive late. I tried calling the hotel and left them a message stating we were arriving late. After driving 12 hours and getting there late after 7pm they told me my room was cancelled and they were already booked. I was left scrambling trying to figure out where to take my family for the night. Terrible that they didn’t even try to reach me before giving up my reservation. They also charged me. Terrible service. I would not recommend for anyone to trust this place.

And the hallways on that floor (2nd) smelled like mildew. So i definitely got switched to a room that was on an upper level, this room was much much better !

In our room: Many carpet stains. Paint peeling. Wall covering peeling. Desk chair had a broken arm. Stains or heavy soil in shower. In common areas many floors were dirty. On one occasion I heard the desk clerk shouting rudely at a guest in the reception area. It appeared that the staff was poorly trained and/ or poorly supervised. It also appeared to be very short staffed. I will not stay there again

Bottom of shower door and track was covered in black mold. Instead of replacing a cushion on the couch, they wrapped it in a completely different cloth. Breakfast was inedible. They have you use paper plates, paper bowls and plastic forks that were so flimsy you couldn’t use them.

Breakfast all frozen food, asked for coffee pods in bedroom after we ran out and they wouldnt give any told my husband we had to come down for coffee if we ran out in our room. Never gave fresh towels. Pool was green and there was a condom in it, which my 8 year old stepped on in the water, picked up, and asked me what it was, the pool was also full of hair and shallow to where it couldnt filter. . There was hair all through the bathroom when we checked in. Requested a microwave and they never provided one.

Unkept hotel, breakfast buffet was terrible. Food was cold, and the entire area was unkept and food, not replenished. Numerous stains on the rug in the hotel room ice machine did not work on two floors and then to top it up, which is totally disgusting was a child went to the bathroom in the swimming pool and we heard about it from another child, leaving the pool with their mother, needless to say that turned us off from even using the pool, which we had intended to do overall I would never recommend this hotel to anybody or go there again and upon checking out, no one even asked us how our stay was

i’ve ever seen. They looked like something you would use to wash your car. If I hadn’t prepaid I would have left this hotel immediately. Definitely do not recommend to anyone. Beds were comfortable and appeared to be clean, so I at least felt ok with my family sleeping in them! The rest, yuck.

Rooms are extremely outdated/stained/gross, fixtures are falling off the walls, the elevator sounds like it is going to fall off the cables, the breakfast bar area was filthy, the patio was dirty and run down, customer service was completely incompetent, and lied to our faces about fixing a billing error - which we are still fighting to get refunded. The line of guests at the front desk every morning also complaining speaks for itself. I don't know what happened over the last year, but this place has gone way downhill. For the price they charge, unacceptable. If this were an $80 motel, I'd wouldn't complain (thought that probably would still have been better than this), but at $250+ a night, this is a rip off.

We stayed here for a weekend for competition and overall it's pretty ok place. The front desk guy was a very heplful young man on our forst day of arrival. The cleaning staff is 'not cool\". We asked upon our arrival to give us new bedsheets, blankets, etc because one of or bed had huge nasty stains on it in several spots. The cleaning staff said they won't be able to clean it....I am still wondering what that means, do they not have a spare clean set? Anyways, the front desk guy gave us clean blankets and sheets and we changed them ourselves. He also offered to do it himself and seemed really frustrated with his cleaning staff as well.
Breakfast was just like hotel breakfast is expected to be, bland overcooked eggs, some cereal choices, bagels, french toast, etc..coffee was actually not bad at all.
It had a pretty decent gym with cardio equipment and free weights, plus a nice cable machine, I did put in a quick 45min session and broke a good sweat. I did not get a chance to test the pool but it looked clean.
Overall it was ok, wo't be back but not regretful for staying here for two nights.

We found our accommodations to be good. It was only 11 minutes from the venue where my grandson was participating in a basketball tournament. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was just average. We would definitely stay here again.

The room we were given on the 5th floor was another story entirely - the sink and beds were up to par, but the shower/bathroom definitely needed an update (re-tiling, new fixtures, etc). Our bathroom light/fan switch failed to work, so we had to shower with the door open with the light outside on - we only stayed one night, so I can't comment on how responsive the staff might be to a needed fix.

Traffic outside is also an issue - we could hear the highway running the whole night, so better windows/soundproofing would be a good idea. If you're not used to sleeping with traffic nearby, you should steer clear of this hotel if that's a problem for you.

It very much feels like this hotel at large is trying to do a facelift one little bit at a time, with the result that some of it seems fresh and new, while other elements are still dated and dingy - you get the same sense from walking down the halls or using the elevators. Overall, not an awful stay, and the staff make up for it, but there is some work here that needs to be done for this to feel up to par with other fully updated hotels that cost the same per stay.

Location is near everything. Even the Casino 3lights away. Escape room across the street.
First night kids were running thru hallways and slamming doors. I’m going to assume these kids were on a school trip but no adult was nearby to hear this chaos. Glad they’re gone next morning.

Walls paper thin. The bathroom was super tight getting in and out- the door and toilet spacing is uber tight-kinda annoying. There was a lingering vinegar like smell in elevator entire stay.

Other than those details not a bad stay.

The WiFi didn’t come with instructions and ended up being a network that had a different name than online materials described, so I drained hotspot data I pay for rather than be able to use the WiFi. Also, the room came with basically one outlet I could reach, and nothing to plug a USB cord into (like, outlets from the past 30 years have?). I even checked the back of the TV for a spare USB port - nothing. Not only is the hotel not for businesses travelers, it’s not really geared to leisure travelers that might need to charge a device or two And I was one person. Had there been 4 people on that room battling for one outlet, this would be a worse review.

was perfect for what we needed. My son and I stayed for a small overnight getaway to visit Netflix House and use the pool (even though we only live a few miles away). It was the perfect spring break overnight. The Manager and her staff were so welcoming and we very much enjoyed our stay…from the super clean room, the pool? breakfast, service, etc! . We would stay here again for an overnight getaway from the hustle and bustle of regular life!

The hotel overbooked the two queen bed rooms and said because we had booked through a third party they switched our room type. If I wanted one King size bed I would have picked a room with one king bed. The reason I booked this hotel was because it had a room with two queen size beds available to book. Spent q days there unfortunately. Pool was a bacteria swamp and should be closed. Water clarity was about 2feet. Public bathrooms were absolutely trashed and disgusting. Person working the front counter explained that the hotel has new owners and the bar and restaurant was now closed. My room did not have a pull out sofa bed as stated. Microwaves were not available as they claimed. Floors in hallways were disgusting. The entire place was just dirty. The first room i had smelled like a dirty smoked blunt. They switched the room to another for me when i complained but omg... will never enfertain staying at this place again! Dont do it.

They stated they had a hot tub.. Was very excited because my daughter had a tournament and it is good for her recovery after games.. So when we went to the pool didnt see the hot tub. Asked front desk and they said new owner's filled in the hot tub.. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The pool was so dirty my daughter wouldn't peven get in it.

The breakfast was funny.. They did have good potatoes. They had a fruit salad but only enough for 10 people and couldn't refill again because it was gone. Very floppy waffles and a sad yogurt bar.

The room needs to be updated.. Everything was stained and old.. Bed was fine as well as pillows.

THE WATER WAS HOT..... I read a lot of reviews and most said no hot water... So I was expecting no hot water.. IT WAS DEFINITELY HOT. That made me happy.

The shower was cold water, the sink did not drain, you heard the water running through the walls with every flush and the coffee in the morning was cold from the day before. Would not recommend.

Breakfast was a huge let down. None of the ice makers on all six floors worked. Well decorated and kept hotel. The room was clean but the elevators had something spilled on the floors on more than one occasion.
