We were in town for a tournament. We booked this hotel for location and they had an indoor pool. The pool was closed for maintenance. Super bummed. Weren’t made aware. The room was not clean. It was “clean enough” but the layers of dust,hair and dirt in bathroom corners, poop on toilet bowl
Bottom, stained sheet,mold on the ice machine- it smelled like sulfur and weed in the halls. For the amount of money charged it was not worth it. Breakfast was a pretty good selection of food but both types of fruit my daughter chose were rotten and inedible.

Somebody needs to go outside and pick up trash!! There was litter everywhere. I selected this hotel because of the pool, however it wasnt initially open when i got there. I go out at 6 and when i returned at 8:30 there where people in the pool. I dont know when it open but i had a 6 and 3 year old and that was too late. The breakfast was good, there was a nice selection and fresh fruit. The room was smaller than expected as well, the pictures are definitely deceiving.

We usually enjoy really staying here. The room is a nice size and the set up of the room with the open separation of the living room and bed is lovely. This time however, the room we were in, the furniture partially the dresser with the fridge showed signs of damage and the carpet had quite a number of stains throughout the room and in between the beds that did not leave us with an impression that it is clean…

Many unsupervised children running around wild while parents were drinking and sent kids to lobby without supervision - jumping on furniture, knocking on random doors, bumping into guests. Wish staff had stepped up and said sI had to ask kids where parents were and ask to quiet down.

The room smelled bad like the carpet was wet before musty. The mini fridge didn't work. No microwave. The ice machine didn't work so they had to get some for me from the kitchen. The TV did work it kept saying NO SIGNAL. I reported my issue and the housekeeper sprayed something on the floor and curtains. They said just go upnand down for the channels to pop in. They said they didn't know the fridge didn't work but didn't offer any solution.

Staff was very friendly …. The room was good. Didn’t get to enjoy much of the amenities. Breakfast ran out at 835am because one family basically ate everything. Same family over crowded the pool.my suggestion is to stagger the breakfast so that everyone is able to get enough breakfast in the morning or have someone serve it when they see that it’s a lot of people waiting in line because of one family deciding to eat everything.

The room was very nice. We were three adults so having the pullout bed was good so we could each have our own sleeping area. What wasn’t great was the front desk. While nice and helpful, the woman at the desk was always on her phone. The man who was there one of the nights acted like we were asking the world of him when we requested fresh towels…because housekeeping never came to our room.

The room was clean but the furniture was clearly beat up and in poor condition. The water pressure was terrible. There was trash outside of the entrance that was never cleaned up. The pool hours were not being enforced nor was the pool water clean enough to swim in. The worst part about the stay was that the breakfast was inedible and there was not one clean table to sit at. Trash and food covered most of the tables and the ladies working the downstairs area were leaning and talking to each other instead of making it possible to eat at a table. I will never stay at this hotel again

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt it was necessary to share my experience about this hotel. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The pictures looked nothing like the rooms in person. The room was filthy and dirty. The water was cold for the first 10 minutes. The refrigerator froze everything I put in it. The pool was disgusting and dirty. The breakfast smelled so bad that my children almost puked, just from looking at and smelling it. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Do not stay there, despite it being a cheap hotel. It’s not worth suffering.

The first room we were assigned after checking in had a non-functional bathroom, so they had to move us. We moved to another room, but in that bathroom, the sink didn't work, and the shower doors didn't have handles. They didn't empty the trash at any point during our stay. I didn't enjoy breakfast on either of the two days because the area was very dirty and disorganized, and the food was poorly presented, handled carelessly, and lacked any kind of order or supervision from the staff. Bad experience!

I went downstairs to have breakfast with my lady and there was no orange juice or any kind of juice out. When we asked staff about it, she said “We didn’t know a lot of people were going to be here”. We asked for a manager and the manager says “I understand”. Still nothing was done and we had to drink tea to substitute orange juice. Customer service was terrible, we probably won’t come back

The room itself was fine but the furniture had scratches and looked old. Needs some updating. Loved the living area where u can lounge. No microwave in the room is an issue. The main reason this hotel got a 3 was their breakfast. Absolutely horrible. Lets start, they had french toast sticks but said they ran out of syrup. I asked for them to refill the carafe with hot water, she ends up bringing me 2 cups of hot water. I aaked for cold water she said all they have was the water with lemon in a container. They have no juice machine. Food was cold. Ham was tough. All they had was cereal, no oatmeal. They had toast, no bagels, muffins or any pastries. Very limited options to highlight hot breakfast. Wont stay there again. Best part was bed was very comfortable.

None of these things made the place uninhabitable but its not a nice place. In the lobby theres just trash everywhere(left by guest)

The TV (which was old) in my room never turned on. I told the front desk and they did nothing.

The shower water was hot and the room was clean with no stains.

I dont know why people speak so highly about the breakfast. It was so bad. Its just the cheapest flavorless breakfast they could use. It's like a middle school cafeteria with food all over the counters and floor.

I didnt even both on the 2nd day.

The pool was super tiny and one family took up the whole thing. Plus the children screaming bloody murder.

On checkout morning the 1 elevator broke and fhe other was moving super super slow

Overall it was just old and outdated. They just need to lower the price for what they have to offer.

The staff seems to do their best but its just a rough place.

Clean room. That’s about it.:( Smells in the room was horrible. The door near my bed that’s connect this room with another. I couldn’t sleep until 3 AM. People was talking very loud. I could hear every word TV was on. I called the receptionist several times. He didn’t pick up after my third try at 4 AM. I ask him to contain this guest who is behind my wall. Another disappointment was in the morning . breakfast was horrifying. Cold scramble eggs without the lead. Old cold pieces of ham. And also disgusting bread I didn’t want touch. Unfortunately, I tried the salsa and spit it out immediately. It was spoiled long time ago. Expiration day was probably six months ago.. when I went to the swimming pool it was another disaster the water they didn’t change for probably a couple of months it was Marky and blurry. with humongous amount of Clorox.

I would say the best part of my experience here was the staff. I gave the hotel a low rating because in a freezing night I was put into a room with no heat only air conditioning was working. Not sure if anyone else wants air conditioning in 20 degree weather. I was moved into another room the next day. The staff were great though its too bad.

The room was adequate and consistent with price. However, my wife and I couldn't sleep because of all the racket that was happening on the floor above us. It seems that the hotel had booked some teenage basketball team who were creating havoc When I tried to call the front desk to complain the room phone didn't work. Well after midnight the noise and banging stopped we were able to sleep unitl the HVAC at 3:30 am started to make a horrible sound that I thought, at first, was the fire alarm. Instead the unit was vibrating violently which I was able to fix temporarily. In addition, the complimentarty breakfeast was terrible and the restuarant area was not clean. Upon checking out I expressed my dissatisfaction to the clerk who seemed totally disinterested. The hotel should have booked the kids on the first floor not the fourth. Will never stay here again. I didn't have any expectations and amazingly the hotel still disappointed.

Bad: Room had no heat. Called down to front desk and the man who answered the phone acted like I was bothering him. Told me he would send someone to check the heat, but no one came. Bathroom sink was clogged. Ice Machine out of service on floor.

Good: Receptionist at the time of arrival was very welcoming and provided with great detail to ensure full understanding. Breakfast was good.

Overall: No heat in a room with unit blowing cold air is unacceptable, and to seem bothered by a request when inquiring about the issue is even more unacceptable. I understand that things happen, but when they are addressed, customers should be accommodated to ensure comfort.

This just didn’t feel like the quality I’m used to from Hyatt. The towels were like sandpaper. The bed slept ok. There were no microwaves in the room. They did have a small refrigerator which needed to be defrosted. The amount of ice in the freezer prevented us from using it to put ice packs in. It was ok but I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location.
The breakfast was not appealing at all. Sorry.
