The hotel lacked basic sanitation. All common area trash cans were overflowing all the time, breakfast bar was inedible due to the mess. We checked into our room which did not have towels and the shower had a massive clump of human hair smeared across the wall. We asked them to clean while we were out for the evening, and they did not. There are large stains in every room. Would not recommend

We found our accommodations to be good. It was only 11 minutes from the venue where my grandson was participating in a basketball tournament. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was just average. We would definitely stay here again.

The room we were given on the 5th floor was another story entirely - the sink and beds were up to par, but the shower/bathroom definitely needed an update (re-tiling, new fixtures, etc). Our bathroom light/fan switch failed to work, so we had to shower with the door open with the light outside on - we only stayed one night, so I can't comment on how responsive the staff might be to a needed fix.

Traffic outside is also an issue - we could hear the highway running the whole night, so better windows/soundproofing would be a good idea. If you're not used to sleeping with traffic nearby, you should steer clear of this hotel if that's a problem for you.

It very much feels like this hotel at large is trying to do a facelift one little bit at a time, with the result that some of it seems fresh and new, while other elements are still dated and dingy - you get the same sense from walking down the halls or using the elevators. Overall, not an awful stay, and the staff make up for it, but there is some work here that needs to be done for this to feel up to par with other fully updated hotels that cost the same per stay.

Location is near everything. Even the Casino 3lights away. Escape room across the street.
First night kids were running thru hallways and slamming doors. I’m going to assume these kids were on a school trip but no adult was nearby to hear this chaos. Glad they’re gone next morning.

Walls paper thin. The bathroom was super tight getting in and out- the door and toilet spacing is uber tight-kinda annoying. There was a lingering vinegar like smell in elevator entire stay.

Other than those details not a bad stay.

Parking and breakfast were fine, room was clean and staff were friendly. The WiFi didn’t come with instructions and ended up being a network that had a different name than online materials described, so I drained hotspot data I pay for rather than be able to use the WiFi. Also, the room came with basically one outlet I could reach, and nothing to plug a USB cord into (like, outlets from the past 30 years have?). I even checked the back of the TV for a spare USB port - nothing. Not only is the hotel not for businesses travelers, it’s not really geared to leisure travelers that might need to charge a device or two And I was one person. Had there been 4 people on that room battling for one outlet, this would be a worse review.

Parking was easy and secure and the room
was perfect for what we needed. My son and I stayed for a small overnight getaway to visit Netflix House and use the pool (even though we only live a few miles away). It was the perfect spring break overnight. The Manager and her staff were so welcoming and we very much enjoyed our stay…from the super clean room, the pool? breakfast, service, etc! . We would stay here again for an overnight getaway from the hustle and bustle of regular life!

The hotel overbooked the two queen bed rooms and said because we had booked through a third party they switched our room type. If I wanted one King size bed I would have picked a room with one king bed. The reason I booked this hotel was because it had a room with two queen size beds available to book. Your kind of out of luck if they don't let you know until check in.

Spent q days there unfortunately. Pool was a bacteria swamp and should be closed. Water clarity was about 2feet. Public bathrooms were absolutely trashed and disgusting. Person working the front counter explained that the hotel has new owners and the bar and restaurant was now closed. My room did not have a pull out sofa bed as stated. Microwaves were not available as they claimed. Floors in hallways were disgusting. The entire place was just dirty. The first room i had smelled like a dirty smoked blunt. They switched the room to another for me when i complained but omg... will never enfertain staying at this place again! Dont do it.

Parking is good. Hotel is clean. If you try to get thrre before their 3pm check in time they will charge a fee. $25 after 2pm and $50 before 2pm as an \"early check in fee\". Staff were argumentative about this despite me explaining i stay at hotels most weekends from September-May and have NEVER encountered this unless its before check out on your check in day. Breakfast was terrible.

They stated they had a hot tub.. Was very excited because my daughter had a tournament and it is good for her recovery after games.. So when we went to the pool didnt see the hot tub. Asked front desk and they said new owner's filled in the hot tub.. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The pool was so dirty my daughter wouldn't peven get in it.

The breakfast was funny.. They did have good potatoes. They had a fruit salad but only enough for 10 people and couldn't refill again because it was gone. Very floppy waffles and a sad yogurt bar.

The room needs to be updated.. Everything was stained and old.. Bed was fine as well as pillows.

THE WATER WAS HOT..... I read a lot of reviews and most said no hot water... So I was expecting no hot water.. IT WAS DEFINITELY HOT. That made me happy.

The rooms were very dirty stained carpet, broken wood under the fridge , cracked sink .The breakfast was very messy food was thrown on plates that were tilting over no regular coffee was available only decaf and there was still 30 mins before breakfast ending. I had to switch rooms at 11 pm no a.c in my room .The water in the lobby was gross. Lobby smells like pool chlorine very strong odor in the rooms too I had to buy febreeze. I was very disappointed in the brand Hyatt I expected better.

The room was perfect for me and my kids. Staff was Amazing even though the stress of ppl being rude & nasty they handled it very well under pressure. The breakfast was healthy and the perfect meal for us on the go. I would like to say thank to the Mom that runs the hotel, the young lady that checked us in and the gentleman that helps with the garage. The Daughter who stepped in to help wash the linen and help others. Keep up the good job guys.

Asked when i made reservation that i needed a adjoining room. No one ever verified that i wasnt getting that. When i asked they said no. Pool was so crowded we couldnt even use. The exercise bikes were broken.breakfast so crowded we couldnt use. Ice machines never worked. Was told 8 min walk to mall. Wrong 10-15 minute drive. So was kind of dissapointed.

Upon getting our keys on March 28, 2025, the Middle Eastern male staff member seemed to be in a bad mood. He was not welcoming. When we got to our room, there was a piece of hair in our sink, there was no hand soap near the sink, and it was three wet spots on the toilet paper as if it was used. I attempted to report this to the Middle Eastern staff member. I first told him that we did not have soap; however, he told me that the Hotel did not supply soap. I did not have hand soap for 24 hours with my son having bad allergies.

I went back downstairs, hoping to find another staff member to help me with my concerns. Keira was delightful and responsive. I asked for a late checkout, and finally was giving cancel for our hands. Nevertheless, the day of checkout, I made open the door without permission two hours before my quoted check out time. Although, Kira was delightful, I would never visit this hotel again.

This hotel was dirty. The room wasnt swept, our room didnt have carpet and the floors even felt nasty when walking on it. There was dried pee behind the toilet in our bathroom. We had 1 wash cloth and 2 towels when arriving to our room. Then i tried to get more and they brought me 2 towels and that was it for the whole trip. We booked through Expedia and paid ahead for 3 night stay. NOT 1 time did they take our trash, bring new towels, take our old ones ect. The beds were uncomfortable and one had a dip in the middle due to being so worn. The Sofa bed was UNACCEPTABLE/UNSAFE, theres springs poking out of it, no cushion at all, straight springs, I took pictures of it! The tv made an awful static noise. The front desk has a sign out non stop saying they are away from the desk. Breakfast, well there is nothing, and if there is, its a mess, not maintained or refilled, and unsanitary. This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at! Every floor has an ice machine, and EVERYONE is BROKEN! The pool is so packed you cant move, the chlorine is so high it burns your eyes just to sit in the pool room area. Total waste of money and straight disappointment!

The room was bare bones. The walls were dirty and the headboards were worn and had finger prints all over them. The wallpapered walls around the shower were coming off and were full of mold. The breakfast was terrible. Barely anything out, the place was a mess, and seemingly one person just throwing out whatever could be made. Potato cakes, then diced potatoes, a random pot of eggs taht were burnt to the bottom, plain toast and bagel, no fruit, salt and pepper in big cereal bowls with plastic spoons to dish it out... Very disappointing all around.

Rooms have awkwardly placed TV's in between a couch and a TV so that no one can really see it. First room stunk of smoke. I'd look elsewhere.

We were in town for a tournament. We booked this hotel for location and they had an indoor pool. The pool was closed for maintenance. Super bummed. Weren’t made aware. The room was not clean. It was “clean enough” but the layers of dust,hair and dirt in bathroom corners, poop on toilet bowl
Bottom, stained sheet,mold on the ice machine- it smelled like sulfur and weed in the halls. For the amount of money charged it was not worth it. Breakfast was a pretty good selection of food but both types of fruit my daughter chose were rotten and inedible.

Somebody needs to go outside and pick up trash!! There was litter everywhere. I selected this hotel because of the pool, however it wasnt initially open when i got there. I go out at 6 and when i returned at 8:30 there where people in the pool. I dont know when it open but i had a 6 and 3 year old and that was too late. The breakfast was good, there was a nice selection and fresh fruit. The room was smaller than expected as well, the pictures are definitely deceiving.
