Room was spacious but not very clean and outlets didn't work. Bathroom had handprints on the door frames and dripping stains on the handles. Towels had curly hairs stuck in them. Air conditioner caused our family to have respiratory allergies. Windows are not soundproof, so we could hear the cars on the highway. Hallways smelled like gassy fumes.

Breakfast was okay but fruits were old and mushy. Not enough tables and super sunny and hot by the windows.

Only good point was that it is located near the mall and eateries.

The property & room were nice and clean and comfortable. Everything seemed to be fairly updated and nice. The breakfast quality seems to have dropped off quite a bit though. The scrambled eggs were terrible and the turkey sausage tasted like plastic. The included breakfast is a big reason my family always chooses Hampton Inns, but this was pretty bad.

The room was fine for the most part. Bathroom was small. Was put a little on edge upon arriving when an older man, with no teeth, who did not appear to be a guest of the hotel, was getting off the elevator as we were about to get on. his pants were unbuckled and he was holding them up, and mumbling something about losing his belt 😳 The elevator is located right next to a side door that leads outside, which makes me question if the hotel keeps their property secure.

The room was clean, although there was a strong odor that was there the entire stay and there was constant buzzing noise coming from the outlets in the nightstand. When the plug connecting the nightstand was unplugged from the wall, the buzzing stopped. The hotel itself looks sad and tired and worn. I gave 3 stars simply because the room and bathroom were clean. We won’t stay there again.

Staff was unhelpful. Room was dirty and looks like nobody ever cleaned it before we arrived. The pullout couch was lopsided and had a dip in it which made it very uncomfortable for my small children. What really upset us was that we booked this location due to the proximity of the mall and it being “advertised “ with having a crib. When check in after hours of a delayed flight I asked staff about it and they looked at me like I had 4 heads. It is clearly advertised as an amenity ! Will not return and do not recommend. The area by the buffet has people hanging out all hours of the night drinking and smells of marujuana. The lounge area is unkept and overflowing with trash. Staff is none attentive.

This hotel was a great choice and one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. It isn’t the most up to date hotel however it is very clean! The reviews all said how clean it was and did not disappoint.
The manager, Pat, who was working at the front desk when I checked in was extremely friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything about my stay was perfect! She was a high point in my day which hadn’t been the greatest until that point. She was very personable, friendly, and cheerful. She truly made my stay an outstanding one!
Overall this hotel stay was filled with nothing but highlights and left me with nothing but good things to say. The breakfast as well as the woman who was tending to it (I don’t know her name) were awesome! She was very friendly and sweet and went out of her way to make sure that everyone had what they needed and was enjoying their food. She kept the area very neat and orderly and was on top of making sure the items were restocked as needed.
This hotel did not disappoint and neither did the employees. It made a regular weekend stay and definite highlight and I would certainly not hesitate to stay here again.

They door card reader wasn't working...had to go to the front desk twice before they figured out the battery needed to be replaced in the door card reader. A car alarm kept going off every ten minutes outside our window. Tried to call the front desk but the in room phone receiver was broken so we had to make frequent trips to the front desk to let them know about the noise. The noise (car alarm) was finally fixed about an hour later.

Breakfast was really good, love the different variety switching per day.
Had a bad allergic reaction to the sheets in their bed, something that has never happened before, and the a part of the shower ceiling needed maintenance since it was showing signs of mildew.
Overall, the room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Need new carpeting in the downstairs hallway. Smells like feet in the lobby. Surfaces in room didn’t look wiped down. Pillows are hard, mattresses need updating, springs weak and too hard.
Property maintained nicely. Should not have to pay for parking this is the suburbs. Come on.
Soaps in shower were very nice. Coffee in lobby was good. Staff was pleasant. Bed spreads were attractive.

We try to stay at a Hampton Inn when we travel. Even found one in Belfast, Ireland last year. The man at the front desk was very nice. Even suggested places to eat dinner. Room was good, clean and comfortable. Why it was not 5 stars was the shower. The control for the shower was behind one of the shower doors that do not move. You must get into the shower in order to reach the control. First you get blasted with cold water and soon after steaming hot. Not only inconvenient but also dangerous. They must fix this.

There was a poor communication between reservations and the people at the hotel desk. I made it clear I needed an immediate, early check -in and had the reservation but when I arrived at the hotel, there were no rooms available for check-in. So, I did not stay there.

The hotel is decent to stay for an overnight trip. For a longer stay, however, one should consider a couple of issues related to the location of the hotel. First, driving from the shopping mall to the hotel is a little awkward since you cannot make a left turn or a u-turn; you must drive around the nearby neighborhood to get to it. Second, there are constant traffic noise that may affect your sleep since the hotel is next to a major highway and a main road. Other issues are related to housekeeping and maintenance. There were large cracks in the bathroom sink and some dark spots in the shower. Shampoo bottle was empty, and we asked for a replacement to no avail, and we ended up leaving without a shower. Coffee machine had used coffee ground pack inside. Breakfast was ok. We would stay somewhere else the next time we're in the area.

We arrived later and check in was easy. Parking was well lit and we entered by back entrance. I thought they were
redoing the floor at first. The carpet is really ugly. It looks old and moldy, but that is just the pattern. Not sure who oked this stuff but rethink it. Room was clean but very bright due to parking lot lights. There is a shade to pull down but didn't realize it last night.

The property was close to my convention site, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the 24-hour coffee bar was a plus.

The property is in need of a serious upgrade. New ice machines were being installed, but the carpeting appeared to have suffered water damage, which may have contributed to the musty odor. My room was clean, but there was no dresser or drawers of any type in the room. The most off-putting thing was the rodent or insect trap in the room. It was definitely not worth the price.

We we visiting Philly for a funeral. This was the perfect location. Our check in was efficient. The hotel was clean. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a delicious, added bonus. Parking was readily available and easily accessible. There were countless excellent restaurants within minutes, and plenty of things to do. I have nothing negative to say about this stay.

I stayed 3 nights with my husband and newborn. The room was a decent size, and the bathroom had a relatively updated shower, and the microwave worked well. Unfortunately, the first room I was given was unavailable. Then the room I was switched to had a toilet that did not flush. Our room was switched again and we ended up with the only issue being the mini fridge not being cold enough. Luckily we did not have anything vital that needed refrigeration. The staff was nice and helpful, but the facilities need to be updated. Would stay again just due to great customer service.

Subpar for a Hampton Inn. There were many hairs in the shower upon arrival. Breakfast was poor, probably the worst we’ve had at any Hampton property. Ice machines all out except on the first level. Not the best clientele but that’s probably the area. The price was adequate so overall 6/10.
