Our room had a smell to it. Found out it was moldy dishes left in the dishwasher. We ran the dishwasher and then it leaked out the bottom. Had to hand wash the dishes. We did not have everything in our room that was supposed to be there. The key card did not work for the one outside door we was next to.

Everything was very clean and welcoming. The breakfast was like any normal breakfast nothing crazy. Room had lots of space for our family at a reasonable price.

The only negative i would say was the pool being closed and that not being posted ahead of time. The kids were looking forward to that. But would definitely stay again if needed.

Hotel seemed to be under renovation. Pool is apparently closed for another month, which would’ve been helpful information to know prior to booking 15 rooms with them. And the “bar” is a college dorm-sized refrigerator with $8 white claws for sale. Brand new fold out sofas were in most of our rooms, but the hotel team forgot to unwrap the mattresses from the manufacturer’s plastic. Some plusses, some minuses to our stay. Hence the middle review.

First room smelled cigarettes & dirty. They switched but the next room was also dirty & old. Door knobs were loose and the entrance door had no safety lock which we called to get it installed.

The pool was being used as a utility room to store furniture, mattresses & etc. so you couldnt swim.

The worst hotel I stayed in. Not sure how it can have Hilton name on it.

The rooms were run down with various items not working in each. The staff was helpful but we ended up looking at 3 different rooms before finding the 4th that had the least wrong with it. I was disappointed for my family getaway. I will not stay at this hotel again. Example of issues: bad smell, cushions torn. main door scraping ground, lights not working, fan off balance stuck on high, fan not working.

The central air-conditioning was out of order and wind A/C units had been poorly installed leaving gaps where the noise from Rt. 202 and insects could get through. This was a 2-bedroom suite and there was no window in the kitchen/living room so no A/C. We had to use a fan to draw cool air from a bedroom. The problem with the central A/C was known by management well in advance of our stay but we were not informed.

Curtains were stained, torn and some were missing. The kitchen faucet was missing its handle. one of the toilets was constantly running. The lack of maintenance in this Homewood is astounding.

The property was near restaurants and stores. Rooms and hotel was clean but there was a stain on side of mattress and holes on cushion on couch. Staff was nice and helpful but it seemed like the guy at the front desk had to do it all. The pool was nice. Breakfast was good. Plenty of options. There was no lights on the side of the hotel when you park to go in the sode door. We had to use the flash lights to see. We would stay again if we were in the area.

I’ll say this hotel was lacking. Our room slept 4 people. We were given 2 towels for our stay & had to ask for more. I opted for the “full” kitchen which had one plate, 3 forks. We’ve stayed at Homewood Suites all over the country and this one was disappointing. Gym equipment was broken. Water tank wasn’t filled. Breakfast was mediocre, bland. Couch in room was ripped. No linens or pillows provided for pullout. The biggest issue was plumbing one full morning & well into the afternoon of our stay. No water from any faucets! Our family could not shower that morning, wash dishes, or brush teeth. Called front desk to hear it’ll be on in a couple hours. This place really needs some improvement.

For the price we paid, I wasn’t expecting to get something like this. There was no proper A/C just a fan in the living room and the wall unit they had didn’t even work. When we complained that the toilet wouldn’t flush, all they did was hand us a plunger. On top of that, the refrigerator wasn’t secured and moved every time we opened the door.

They compensated by giving us toom on same floor to use the microwave. Freezer didnt make ice either. I was told i also get 15,000 hitlon honors points after check out in a couple days for my inconvenience. I will see.

Overall the rooms and the staff were great. The suite was great value for the money. The staff were courteous and helpful. The only downside was the fitness center. Three of the four pieces of equipment were unusable — the peloton bikes had connectivity issues and the elliptical was broken. In other words, a refresh of the fitness center would be great.

1. No sheets or pillows for the sleeper sofa. When I called the front desk, no answer. When I went down to the desk to get sheets, I received attitude from the man working the desk including vulgarities as he complained about being on his 16th straight day of work.
2. Toilet would not flush. Called the front desk and they requested for me, the guest, to come down to the desk to get a plunger.
3. No hot water in the shower.

I rented a two bedroom suite. The room we had was in very poor condition and hadn't been properly cleaned. The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable and the frame poked through the very thin mattress. The sofa in it's folded state was in rough condition. There were tares and holes in the cushions. There were crumbs on the floors and in corners. Hopefully the suite gets an upgrade and better attention.

Room Roulette… Literally a 2 or 5 stars…

So let me start with my first 2 stays, solid 4.5/5! Literally one and only complaint I could make is the towel has no room for the bathroom floor with the way the door opens, rooms where just like the pictures (I know one room is 309), clean and well kept. Breakfast is great down stairs and feels very upscale for the place.

Now for this stay, first room was room 307, room was 82 degrees (I happened to have a thermometer lol) when I walked in, A/C unit was broken, a standing unit was installed in the window which is fine, but it was set at 62 and blowing hot air, plus the curtains could not be closed because of it, huge privacy issue. Also, the picture in the dining area was missing with all the stuff still on the wall, the room was not very clean, kitchen utensils not remotely cleaned, and the ottoman missing along with the couch falling apart. They where kind enough to move me to a double queen room, no complaints there (room 133), until I got in, literally everything wrong with the first room, but at-least the A/C worked, so I dealt with it. This room had a completely different shower that’s not at all what is advertised, and what I can only assume is ack mold?? Also the tub faucet leaks all over the wall and sounds like a literal squirrel squeaking the entire time. Like if I got my other rooms every time, I’d love this place without question, but the last two rooms, I would never come here again. Honestly owner should be embarrassed that the rooms are that different.

I didn’t like the fact that housekeeping never came around, supposedly they come every other day. I stayed here a week ago for 5 nights - housekeeping came once. And this week I stayed 3 nights and they didn’t come at all. Soaps and lotion was empty, tissue was empty and also toilet paper. Always had to ask for stuff at front desk. Never got fresh towels. Another thing which really makes me mad is that I forgot my umbrella in the room the first week, I called after checking um out to make sure that no one takes it because I planned to come back and get it since I was checking in again for three nights. No one has seen my umbrella or was it put away. This umbrella wasn’t just a random one if was from Mercedes. I didn’t think it’s nice that stuff disappears even when a guest calls. Things shouldn’t be taken.

All in all, a very good option for the price.
The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable.
The staff were really wonderful here!
The pool was closed for the majority of our stay, and the staff did their very best to make up for it. Andrew at front desk was extremely kind and accommodating and we really appreciated the efforts he went to to make up for the pool situation.
Over all, this hotel is clean and comfy and a great option for families with kids. The breakfast was nothing special but it did the trick and had the kid's favorite cereal. Coffee was actually really really good and always fresh.
Location is also pretty central.

We had no hot water, not even to wash our hands the entire first day/night and next morning and afternoon. It was about 10 degrees outside, so this was a very big deal. The rooms had urine stains on the carpets, and there was moulding missing on some of the walls. We eventually moved rooms and it was the same in the next room except we had hot water. The couches also had stains all over them. We would never stay here again. The only positive was the staff, they were so kind and really did try to help. The maintenance man was the one that eventually got us into a room with hot water, he tried 3 different rooms for us, and really went out of his way to help.
