Stayed 11 nights and this was a nice base. I appreciate the washing machine (40 baht per wash) and a separate dryer. Booked the bigger room and can’t fault it other than shower heater doesn’t really give too hot of a water, sink cold water only and internet was painfully slow, some days couldn’t watch anything on tv but for some reason working on my laptop was fine. No connection issues Staff were friendly and loved sharing my over purchase of biscuits and fruits with them.

This was by far the worst stay in our entire trip. The photos of the facility are not accurate, they are partially renovated so the lobby and pool were new but the room was horrible, bathroom was tiny, barely any space for 1 person, terrible lighting, not even the water heater worked si we showered with cold water, no conditioner, no USB charger. We checked out early and went to a better hotel, from the first day I spoke to staff yo confirm the early check out and they strai out refused to refund regardless of the huge disappointment. They were polite but unhelpful.

My family stayed at the Tint for 4 days during the New Years holidays and we had an amazing time. The staff was very kind to accommodate us with an early check-in as it helped us get some rest in the afternoon.

A nice clean basic hotel near the ferry with all the conveniences of being in Old Phuket Town. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of food choices and tourist shopping nearby and quiet at night. The Phuket beaches looked to be 30 minutes away. It was a perfect layover for sea kayaking and the Pi Pi ferry

Everything was fine. Great location in town.. very clean.. only thing that was annoying is when anyone closes their door it slams. A suggestion would be to pad the door frames so this doesn’t happen all day and night. Refrigerator in the room was a plus.

I like that the hotel was neat and clean, had amazing breakfast complimentary with your stay, kept our luggage safe the day we had to check out, our flight was only at 10pm so they also let us stay over additional 2 hours for little additional money, didn’t like that there was only one staff covering at night, came back from beach/phi phi island and spilled little sand near the door when we were changing, called room service no answer so went down to find out the young lady was the only one working and couldn’t come to the room to help sweep/mop, so I kindly asked for the broom and dust pan and did it my self, other than that the place was an awesome place to stay, for me and my wife we chose the spot due to close distance to the marina where the boats leave to phi phi island, but If your going to party, maybe better to stay in Patong (far from Phuket town) not a good location because grab app and taxi could get expensive going back and forth from Phuket town to Patong(party location/night life)

The place is a 2-3 star place that I’m surprised by the amazing reviews. It wasn’t horrible and I felt safe but I wouldn’t want to stay again. Breakfast was also underwhelming. Staff was friendly but there was a very strong language barrier that made it difficult to communicate.

Well recommended for stay in phuket town

Take local bus orange from airport and drop at seng Ho bookstore. 100 baht. Hotel 2 minutes walk away. Hotel v good location. 5 minutes from old town area. Sunday night market in old town and another night market near limelight mall on wed to fri. Limelight mall next door compact with restaurants and supermarket etc. And u can easily walk for 15 minutes to local bus stop at town central market where u can take local blue buses to any of the beaches. Phulet town a good base to hub from.

Room is spacious and furniture clean with relatively new coat of paint. Basically a very decent and well located hotel. And friendly staff who keep the hotel functioning and clean. Thanks!

Had a short stay here. Even though the rooms were clean, they were not as impressive as the reviews make you think. The air conditioning unit was positioned directly above the bed which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The breakfast was slightly underwhelming. Even though I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a friend, it is cheap and good value for money if you just need a bed for a night or two. Also the location is excellent.

Amazing hotel. Clean and friendly staff who always smile. The location is in old city where you can find some local Thai restaurants where the food were great with affordable price. It is also next to the new shopping + eating area where you can find different food and drinks. If you travel with kids, I recommend you to visit the shopping mall next door. On second floor there is a small shop called \"Pick N Play\" where you pay 40/hour/person to play board games. We enjoyed so much even my son who is interested in nothing else except his games, asked us to go back there again and again.

Nice hotel in the centre of town

Extremely friendly staff that made all possible to make your stay comfortable. For example the run after us with umbrellas when we went out and started raining, packed breakfast for an early departure, answered every question and were friendy overall. There was plenty towels, toiletries, TV with good selection of channels, coffee maker, hair drier and all in perfect condition. A small safe if you need a laptop. There was no tub but a good shower. A/C worked very well. Bed and pillows comfortable.
Basic breakfast but adequate.

Worst hotel of my trip

We stayed here for a night to explore Old Phuket before getting on the ferry to Railay the next day. When we got our room, water was dripping down the walls. Luckily, they moved us to a new room, however the new room smelled awful and had so many mosquitoes (dead and alive).
After we got settled in our room we asked the front desk to set up our ferry ticket for the next day. She not only reserved us the wrong ticket, but we were also overcharged for the ticket. Thankfully the people at the ferry dock the next day let us swap our tickets for the correct ones, but we still overpaid.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It isn't walking distance to any beaches, and it looked like there were plenty of better boutique hotels in Old Phuket if you want to stay there.

Rooms are a bit old, things break, we even needed to change room after the shower broke. Cabinet in new room was also damaged already, but still usable.

Nice hotel in the heart of Phuket Town

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are the very helpful and friendly. There is a small shopping mall next to the hotel with restaurants, coffee shop and convenience store. There are more restaurants and bars within a short walk.

I would recommend renting a motorcycle from the hotel as the cost is less one tuk tuk ride to almost anywhere in the city. There is a nice park (Saphan Hin) about a 10 mlnute ride to exercise, walk and run. Also it is a short distance to the monkey mountain.

Breakfast was included and is pretty good although the American breakfast comes with only one egg. But you can purchase a 2nd egg for a reasonable price.

The Tint is a nice hotel at a reasonable price.

Simple and good!

You definitely get more for what you paid! It is right next to a small community mall and in there is a really big convenient store. You can get practically anything you might need. Food, drinks, snacks etc. Also there is a night market every Thursday and Friday at the mall where you can get souvenirs, clothes and best of all street food!

The place has no fuss to it, clean, simple and comfortable. The receptionist were very nice and attended to all our request. Highly recommend this place in Phuket town. Everything is walking distance only.

The Tint was an ok place to stay with a small mall very close buy including a family mart where you could purchase any additional items you needed.

Unfortunately the main things that let the hotel down were the wifi which, while available was quite poor and possibly the hardest mattress I have ever had the misfortune on sleeping on in my life.

The hotel staff don't speak great English but were certainly helpful enough when it come to booking any tours and providing directions when they could.

Personally I'd skip the breakfast and head next door to the mall for you early morning meal.

What a wonderful experience staying in this hotel! The staff made us all felt at home. The rooms were large and comfortable. The place was also very lively decorated. Location was within walking distance to Phuket old town. There's a lifestyle mall just beside the hotel. The staff took time to inform us of any nearby attractions and to advise us on any part of our planned trip. Things like these just makes our whole experience there all the better. We'll definitely choose this hotel the next time we are in Phuket!

My room was on the ground floor,so at night was woken by noisy guests.Bathroom has Windows and a glass panel,so light shines in from outside,not blackout so disrupts sleep.Design was fine,safes were old fashioned and situated in such a way that one could not read the instructions,no BBC or CNN,so channel selection not great.

Nice hotel, super friendly staff. They booked me a cab to the airport but offered me a choice of the cheaper bus. Only downside is the noise - walls are very thin, and the aircon units are just outside each window so even if you turn yours off, the noise from your neighbours aircon sounds like a lorry revving it's engine outside all night. If you don't mind the noise, or like your aircon on all night then this is a great value hotel.

We stayed in The Tint for 1 night before going to Khao Lak. The hotel is very nice and clean and the hotel staff is super helpful and speaks english.
breakfast is ok its a set menu.
there is nothing in the area so you need to take a taxi to go to a good restaurent or a good bar.

Great location next to a mall with a food park, coffee shop and a number of Japanese eateries. Also near a park. Perfect stay!

Booked the hotel teh day before as we needed a place to stay before our flights. I wished I booked it way before, it is in the middle of the nice Phuket area, there is a gem shopping center next to it. The massage place was the best we have been in Phuket (and we have been to many for the same price) and there is a nail bar excellent too! The restaurant is great!

Once you get past the fact that the place looks like a Care Bear vomited over the walls, it's surprisingly good! We had a nice size room with a decent shower, no view from the window but we were only there for one night so not an issue.

Odd thing, when you check out they radio (yes, radio!) one of the cleaning staff to immediately check your room, and you have to wait until they have done so before you can leave. So allow a bit of time for check out!

If you happen to be there at a weekend check out the nearby market. But try the food and drink with caution, we regretted our choices the next day....!

Great location set back from the street near \"Old\" Phuket which is interesting to check out with lots of shop houses and places to eat
The hotel also has a cafe and wifi . The designer has had a lot of fun with this hotel and the happy vibe is certainly there

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a lovely stay. Breakfast is available for purchase if not already included in your room reservation. The room is spacious, lots of lighting and counter space. The bathroom was a bit small, fits only 1 person at a time comfortably, but everything worked as needed and bathroom supplies provided. Only complaint is that the bed was hard and not too comfy, but we were still able to get a good nights sleep. Staff was friendly and always available. If you're staying in Phuket Town, I would recommend this spot.

Ok there are no lifts and we were on the second floor which wasn't a problem at all. It was a very quiet hotel seeing as you are in the middle of a built up area. There is a choice of breakfast either American style or Thai style which was very refreshing and enjoyable. If we visit this part of Phuket again, we will certainly stop here again.
