We have ever stayed in such a small shabby bedroom. The shower room was so tiny that the shower screen folded over the toilet. Dinner was eaten next door at the Tulip Hotel. What saved the Kyriad from getting no stars was the fabulous breakfast. The array of delicious fresh cheeses was amazing. We won’t be returning however.

imagine the black hole of Calcutta on a really cold day, where we expected to turn the heating on - why hadnt they done so in advance.
Meal next door in the sister Tulip was ok but Kyriad's breakfast was the pits, wewere first downfor 8hrs but the scrambled eggs was already cold
we wont be staying in a Kyriad ever again, and advise others to steer clear

This was just an overnight stop after arriving in Dieppe by ferry. We were sent codes for access as we were arriving late. It was easy enough to find the hotel with a Satnav. The room was quite small but it was clean and perfectly adequate for an overnight stop and the bed was comfortable. We left quite early and didn’t need our look for any food options or other facilities.

Small room, crowded with furniture. Very small shower room. Very clean. We were pleased that two small bottles of water were provided and pleasantly surprised to have a kettle 😀 Pool seems to be through the hedge and seems to be shared with the Tulip Hotel.

Whilst the property itself was fine and yes, the pool listed in the the hotel next door ( maybe 30 second walk across the carpark) our stay was disturbed but by the hotel but by other guests. For some reason the people in the room next door kept opening/ unlocking their door every 10-15 minutes between 11.30pm and 2.30am, which was so loud, the first time we thought someone was trying to get in our room. Weird guests aside, the hotel was clean and tidy (room a little on the small side) shower was great! and staff were friendly and welcoming. Just a few minutes walk up to the roundabout to a great restaurant

This was our first stay but won’t be our last. Very good location for us with the ferry. I had had a long day as we attended France on a flying visit for a Funeral. Best nights sleep we’ve had for ages. Well done !!!

The hotel itself was fine. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Going to the next door hotel for the pool which was dirty, wasn’t as good. Being able to swim amid being able to also see the urinals wasn’t the best experience. Sauna and steam room were ok, but jacuzzi had detergent in it

Not the best hotel we have stayed in, but it was clean, the hotel had just changed names and I take it, it will be updated in due course.
The rooms were small, nowhere to put your luggage, the bathroom was also small.
But that said, it served its purpose for an overnight stay.

Great hotel - straight off the ferry (15 mins drive) Late check in 11pm which I had advised and keys were waiting for us with a welcome note! Good breakfast, ample parking. One issue was the room was like an oven and the air con wasn’t working - would I stay again - Yes!

No-one told me the reception was closed from 22.00. Luckily I phoned before that and was told how to get in.

The hotel was very difficult to find. It took me half an hour and I had to keep asking people. Little signage and the instructions on the map were poor.

As a handicapped person I found the room too small as I could only walk around the bed with pain.

Even after an email saying I would arrive a 11 pm they said this was no problem , the reception was locked closed at 10.50 pm and entrance door locked, previously they left the key on the reception desk .
Eventually someone arrived from out back and said the key was in the room for us , they left me no message about this and a code to get into the hotel , I nearly had to go to an alternative hotel . Very dissatisfied with this

Nice clean hotel, a short drive to downtown Dieppe. A great place for Canadians who wish to visit World War Two related sites. A one minute drive or 10 minute was to the Canadian War Cemetery. Lots of parking and a short walk to a grocery store. I would stay there again.

First ever stay at a Kyriad. Receptionist very welcoming and carried our suitcases to our room. He said that the room was “very cosy “ which it was. It was ok for 1 night but would have preferred a larger room for 2 nights or more. Bed was comfortable and en-suite clean and functional. No air conditioning so could be a bit hot in summer.
Didn’t use the restaurant but walked 6 minutes to a nearby brasserie.
Breakfast was served until 11am which was a first for us in France.
Ideal location for catching the ferry.

We arrived after 11pm and our key was waiting in reception. Small room, but cleverly laid out with sliding table and high level hanging space. Tea and coffee in room, unlike Ibis. Good pillows and bedding. Plenty of parking.

Stayed enroute to Spain for1 night.Quite acceptable for this time frame.Reception very friendly and room very clean with good use of limited space.
Room downside was it was very small.
Dinner in the restaurant was a disappointment as food was awful and drinks on the expensive side.
Would stay again but would not take any of their dining options!

One night in Dieppe

We reserved two rooms, one for our children (teenagers) and one for my husband and I. Our room was clean but in our kids room the bathroom wasn't clean. It seemed that it hadn't been cleaned since it was last used. Our room was located close to the main road and was noisy.

Nous avons eu la chance d'être accueillis par ls responsable à notre arrivée à 20h : très gentille, souriante et très professionnelle. Elle nous a accompagnée jusque devant la chambre en nous expliquant les détails du séjour ainsi que le sauna et la piscine située à deux pas de l'hôtel kyriad. Le petit-déjeuner est juste top avec pas mal de choix. Je recommande kyriad en reservant en direct. 🌞🌞🌞

Bon accueil et grand lit confortable. L espace sauna hamam et piscine est en partager avec l hôtel voisin ce qui apporte un plus non négligeable. En bémol les chambres sont petites surtout pour la salle d'eau pas adapté pour les grands gabarits. Absence de clim et les fenêtre en rdc qui ne sont pas ossilobatantes ne permettent pas de dormir fenêtre ouverte.
Mais il est est apparemment en court de rénovation par les nouveaux propriétaires.

J'ai ete tres etonné du service que nous avons eu dans cet hotel. Nous avions pris deux chambres, une pour moi et une pour ma mère pour 6 jours. Les prestations chambre sont d'un excellent niveau. Le personnel est tres aimable , de l'accueil à la room service et vraiment tres sympathique. Nous y retournerons !

Un hôtel très propre rien à redire par contre une literie irréprochable le matelas super!!!!
Le seul bémol chambre très petite donc avec un toutou on est a l'endroit. Le petit déjeuner génial beaucoup de choix sucré ou salé tout est très bien. Bref sinon tout a été super !!! On a apprécié le SPA pour se detendre.

Petit déjeuner de qualité vraiment au top rapport qualité prix d’ailleurs, ma femme a aimé vos céréales il sont incroyable .

Wir besuchten das Hotel 2022 und auch 2025 gerne wieder für unser Treffen. Parkplatz vor dem Hotel, Nachts mit Tor verschlossen. Frühstücksbuffet ganz gut. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Schade, dass auf Mitteilungen nicht geantwortet wird. So war der Schlüssel bei unserem Eintreffen nicht hinterlegt, trotz Schlüsselsafe, haben wir keinen Code erhalten.
Auf Anruf war die Reception aber sofort da (22:30) und wir hatten unseren Schlüssel. Danke!
