Small room with very unpleasant smell coming from tiny toilet. Staff very warm and charming. Starter buffet quite good. Main course - ravioli - industrial and tasteless

Bad smell but wonderfull employees

The hotel smells terrible , there is a nasty smell from canalizations
However people working there are very nice !
It s out of their hands but things need to be done for sanitation .
Location of the hotel is good next to major hyghway
And food is good .
Waitress is nice also .

Romantic dinner after a long trip

Super Service. We arrived late, and the manager called us if we wanted supper, or not. We said yes because we had been 4hrs on the road non-stop; and it was waiting for us in our room even though the kitchen had closed 30minutes before! The food was great.

Ok for a quick one night stop over

It was all ok, clean, bed was comfortable but the room was unbearably hot even with the windows open which made it hard to sleep.
I had dinner which was all ok, although expensive I felt. I didn't stay for breakfast as I had to leave very early.

Property does not look like the picture. No maintenance has been done to the outside of the property in a long time. Garbage, weeds, disgusting entry. Picture taken at night so as not to show the dead plants and unkept entrance. You have to drive through a markets parking lot to locate the entrance to the property which is at the back of other buildings. The whole place stunk of Cigarette smoke. No lift to the 2nd floor. The room was the size of a closet. No place to put luggage, & not big enough for 2 people to get around the bed. We declined to stay & left to find another hotel. Expedia should remove this property from their list.

Don't use the WiFi

This hotel is the same as the last Campanile I stayed at...except for the WiFi. As usual, the WiFi service is unsecured so I expect to use a VPN for encryption but VPNs are being blocked so everything I do is visible to hackers. Worse still, both Google and Microsoft reported to me that the \"Google\" server and the \"Microsoft\" server were false. In other words, a Hacker is resident at this hotel and trying to steal the confidential information of its guests. Not exactly what I expect from Campanile

70/night is very expensive for 2 nights. But the room was convenient, clean and comfortable.

Awful, run down, dirty little place

This was an awful hotel, dirty, depressing and the rooms were so small it was impossible to pass each other. On arrival we were shown into a room that was in use, the bed was unmade, the bin full of tissues and a commercial pack of toilet rolls on the dressing table. We were then shown into another room, almost as bad. The man on reception, argued with me that they did not have handicapped rooms, which I had booked as my husband is disabled. He was rude, unhelpful and unpleasant. He refused to accept that I had booked a handicapped room until I showed him a copy of the booking where it was requested and then all I got was a shrug. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and there was black mould around the window, I slept badly and coughed most of the night as I have an allergy to black mould. I would like my money back although I suspect that will be refused, if Hotel.com refunds my money, to show how sincere I am in my complaint, I ask Hotels.com to make a donation to a World Aid charity, that way they can be sure my complaint is not for financial gain. I have lost confidence in the Campanile name. I would add the restaurant staff were superb as was the morning receptionist, Thomas but I will never stay in a Campanile again, I thought you could trust the brand.

Basic hotel

This was close to the event I was attending so convenient and reasonable for one night. Smallest shower and bathroom I've ever seen.
Wouldn't want to stay long but it was perfect for my needs and nice clean hotel.
The staff was very nice and helpful.

Kamer/badkamer waren zeer krap. Wel erg schoon. Erg last van een constante zoem gehad de hele nacht wat afkomstig komt vd lucht afzuiging. Dit is centraal geregeld.
Personeel is erg vriendelijk.
Ontbijt is redelijk uitgebreid, koffiesoorten uit machine. Cappucino standaard gezoet met een kilo suiker helaas.
Gratis parkeren op terrein wat een grote plus is.

J´avais beaucoup apprécié l´expérience avec Sure Hotel by western d´Annecy avrc tres belle chambre et superbe petit-déjeuner digne d´un Novotel une reference mais alors là celui de Valence : petite chambre, mini salle d´eau et toilette a l´interieur...et petit déjeuner à 12€ digne d´un 8€...donc des promesses niveau ptit-déj et réputation mais que des feux de pailles... et surtout pas digne d´un 3 étoile mais plutot 2 etoiles...et en plus le prix de la nuit....passez votre chemin!!!!

Nous avons été bien acceuillis, par contre le repas du soir semblait assez simpliste, nous ne l'avons pas pris.
Pour la chambre, le bruit de la climatisation était perturbant pour les personnes ayant un sommeil léger, nous en avons fait la remarque.
La chasse d'eau des toilettes fonctionnait mal : il fallait appuyer plusieurs fois et il semblait que l'eau n'arrivait pas. Rien à redire sur le petit déjeuner.

Accomodatie was oud en hing een vieze geur. Ontvangst was niet professioneel. Restaurant bleek gesloten te zijn op zondag, waardoor wij na een lange reis niets konden eten of drinken.
Dit is ons op voorhand niet aangegeven !!
Badkamer was oud en vies. Ontbijt was er gelukkig wel en dat was acceptabel.
Al met al zeer teleurstellend begin van de vakantie en zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Pour un séjour de passage.

Cest dans un etablissement moderne, que vous êtes reçu. Le personnel est agréable et courtois. Cependant la chambre est très petite et il est difficile de se mouvoir. On regrettera la dimension de la salle de bain.qui est proportionnée à la taille de la chambre. Néanmoins le lit est confortable, un l'établissement n'est pas bruyant.

La clim réversible fonctionne en faisant un bruit très désagréable mais ne fournit pas de chauffage.
Même éteinte, elle continue à faire du bruit.
Le robinet thermostatique a auusi un gros problème. Une fois réglé sur la température voulue, il envoie à sa guise du très froid ou du très chaud.
C'est vraiment le pire hôtel de la chaîne. On dirait une ruine.
À fuir absolument !!!

Décevant pour un hôtel, chambre vétuste, évier bouché, climatisation qui fait du bruit et en prime une bête retrouvé dans mon lit au réveil! Je suis donc allé me plaindre à la réception, ou la directrice était présente. Apparemment, changement de direction très récent mais pour moi ça n'excuse pas les différents points cités précédemment. On m'a donc changé de chambre dans la foulée, celle ci était propre, même si toujours vétuste avec une clim qui fait du bruit qu'elle soit en fonction ou à l'arrêt. De simple excuse pour une expérience aussi négative me semble très juste.. Je ne conseil pas cet hôtel.

Les chambres sont vétustes, le bâtiment est vieux. On en peut pas dire que le ménage ne soit pas fait, mais l'ambiance générale laisse à désirer. Quand au petit-déjeuner, plutôt limité par rapport aux autres établissements de la même enseigne.
