The service level is wors and wors... yesterday one cleark more ore less told me when i said \" i dont speak france\" that he told in bad eng \" when you are in France, then you also must respect and understand our langue\"...
I think i dont need to say more about that!!
And the place are more and more dirty and worned out.

We found the hotel to be one of the well run and managed hotels, sometimes they can be badly managed but this one was excellent. It was our second stay at this establishment and food was good, service excellent and well recommended

The hôtel was of the usual high quality expected of a French Campagnile hotel. However the customer relations was very poor. I had the impression that the staff didn't like their job. In the morning to check out there was no sign of a receptionist so I rang the reception to get someone to come! I paid and I was dismissed with all the warmth of a robot.
I will use the hotel again because of the convenience but will go out in the evening to eat and hopefully find somewhere more welcoming.

Couldn't get any closer to where I needed to be.
I had been told that the Campanile was not so great, but I found it to be just fine. Clean, nice room, comfortable bed, plenty of working area...so I would stay again if the need were to arise. Exactly where I needed to be (near work), but not much else in that particular area....great for work, probably not for touristy stuff (a little under 2 miles to walk into town). Bus service just outside that can get you right into the middle of town.

Il est impossible de récupérer une carte magnétique de chambre après 22h30, l’accueil étant fermé et personne ne répondant au téléphone. Je me suis retrouvé bloqué à 22h40. Ayant oublié mon badge magnétique dans la chambre, je n’ai pas pu y accéder et j’ai dû réserver une chambre dans un autre hôtel pour passer la nuit.
Il n’y a pas de veilleur de nuit. En conséquence, en cas de problème avec votre carte magnétique après 22h30, vous ne pourrez pas regagner votre chambre.

Impossible d’accéder à la chambre. On appelle pour avertir qu’on arrive vers 23h30. Le monsieur au téléphone nous donne le code du portail, le code de la boîte à clé n*2 et le numéro de chambre (111).

J’ai passé une nuit très agréable dans cet établissement. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli par un personnel chaleureux, professionnel et attentionné, ce qui a grandement contribué à rendre mon séjour plaisant et reposant.
La chambre était confortable, bien agencée et parfaitement adaptée pour se détendre après une longue journée. Tout y est pensé pour le confort du client.
Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est un vrai point fort : varié, complet, avec des produits de qualité qui conviennent à tous les goûts.
En résumé, un service de qualité, un personnel attentif et un cadre reposant font de cet hôtel une excellente adresse où je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Das Hotel ist gut, gute Ausstattung, das Personal plappert kein Englisch, wir hatten nur ein Handtuch und die Rezeption war um 21 Uhr geschlossen. Das Frühstück gab es super spät um 8 Uhr morgens und es gibt keinen Restaurantservice, obwohl dieser im Internet verfügbar ist.

La chambre était propre, confortable et au calme, mais le déco est un peu vieillissant. J’ai dîné et pris mon petit déjeuner à l’hôtel et dans les deux cas, la cuisine et le service étaient très bons. Si je devais revenir à Valence, c’est l’hôtel que je prendrai pour passer des bonnes nuits.

- J'arrive avec un petit chien mais je n'avais pas vu qu'il y avait un supplément à payer : rappel à l'ordre à nouveau pas du tout aimable que c'est 10€ pour le chien. Si j'avais voulu frauder, je ne serai pas aller à la réception avec mon chien !!

Accueil désagréable et service minimum le week-end
L’accueil n’a pas été très agréable.
Ayant réservé 5 chambres en tant que concurrents du Monte Carlo Historique, je pensais pouvoir profiter du restaurant pour un côté pratique comme je le faisais jusque 2020, mais on m’a répondu sèchement que le restaurant était fermé le week-end depuis le Covid et que le petit déjeuner n’ouvrait qu’à 8h00 !!!!

Ayant réservé 5 chambres en tant que concurrents du Monte Carlo Historique, je pensais pouvoir profiter du restaurant pour un côté pratique comme je le faisais jusque 2020, mais on m’a répondu sèchement que le restaurant était fermé le week-end depuis le Covid et que le petit déjeuner n’ouvrait qu’à 8h00 !!!!

Like usual, clean and easy hotell to do stop over. Unfortantly no messages that Restoran whas closed totaly in high season. So to get a bite of food in evning after long drive, whas to forgett. Sad they cant update the page in hotel.com that restoran are closed, and that they only serve break fast.

Un hôtel au calme et situé à proximité de la voie rapide très vite accessible donc un emplacement idéal pour moi. De bonnes prestations, un des rares à avoir conservé le chauffage radiant dans la salle de bains, un vrai bonheur pour le frileux que je suis.
