An easy hotel to find a not bad for an overnight stop. The breakfast was good and so was the dinner but, in the afternoon and at dinner, there was no milk to add to the coffee. At dinner we did at least get chantilly cream for the coffee.

This seems to be a relatively new hotel. The room was clean and nice. The restaurant was great ( we entertained local friends for dinner and all the meals were very good and reasonibly priced). 10 to 15 minute walk from the train station.

We was delighted with our stay at this hotel. We was greeted by a delightful man named Eric (Erik?). I believe he was the bar manager as well. He spoke excellent English and is an absolute assest to the Hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. All other staff at the hotel were extremely pleasant also. The hotel has excellent Covid measures in place, that made us feel extremely safe!. The Hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean. There is a bar and dining area. We ate dinner on the evening of our stay, and it was more than adequate. There is a secure free parking area, that your vehicle is safe in. We had a complimentary bottle of water, and sweets in the room which was a welcome touch after a long journey. We will definitely stay here again.

HOTEL BY THE TGV GARE
The usual type of accomodation for Ibis Styles. There is a restaurant on site, which was just O.K. Unfortunately there is nowhere else to eat in the vicinity as the surrounding buildings seem to be all offices. This is a rather strange location next to the TGV station and is a bit off the beaten track if heading south.

One good night sleep
We stayed one night because we had a TGV to catch early the next morning. The station is a few minutes walk from the hotel and there is a designated path for pedestrians. The room was simple and functional with a magnificent view on the station and the mountains and on the sunrise that morning. There were electric shutters, in case people need to sleep in. The bed was very comfortable with a nice duvet and top matress. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was included and well organized in time of covid, with hand sanitizer, individual thongs to grab bread and fruits. There was a good choice of pastries, breads, yogurts, fruits, ham and cheese and a self service coffee machine. Staff was friendly. We forgot a shirt in the room, called them and they said they will ship it to us. In short, if you need to stay by the Valence TGV station, Ibis Styles is a great option.

Great hotel, Fab staff very helpful and friendly. They printed my train ticket which was a relief as Valence TGV has a barrier and you must present your ticket to access the platform.
This time I picked my breakfast items the night before, it was ready for me in the morning. Normally there would be an excellent buffet, however this was a brilliant option and everyone still got a very good breakfast in a very safe environment. I thought this was so good as there was no where open in the train station and no food on the trains at the moment. So thoughtful of the Ibis.

It is close to the Valence TGV station and the office area. Other than that, nothing interesting nearby. There is no any other restaurants in the area. The hotel is simple but clean.

The path to the hotel is to the left of the information centre as there is currently some building works going on (which did not disturb us!) We were grateful to have a choice of the hotel's restaurant but there's also a local one just opposite. Friendly staff throughout our stay.

J y vais en famille à la période de Noël depuis plusieurs année et je trouve que cet hôtel dépérit chaque année,le personnel d accueil n est quasiment jamais présent,les prestations dans les chambres et au petit déjeuner sont minimalistes sous prétexte environnementale .je pense changer d établissements l année prochaine

Arrivée à 18h. La réservation était connue et déjà préparée. Nous avions demandé un aménagement particulier (demandé qui a été retrouvée à la réception). Cet aménagement a été respecté à la lettre. Nous avions prévu de dîner dehors mais finalement la proposition à la réception a été retenue (de dîner sur place - Restaurant Courte Paille attenant à l’hôtel). Tout était réglé d’avance donc départ très facile le matin (déposer la clé dans une boîte). Petit dej buffet vraiment copieux et de qualité. Personnel très agréable.

Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil dans l'hôtel, la chambre était grande, propre et très bien équipée. Nous avons pu avoir un lit bébé pour notre fille de 1 an. J'aurais volontiers mis la note maximale, mais il y a eu un petit moins au restaurant : c'était très bon, mais incroyablement long. Nous avons attendu 45 minutes que quelqu'un vienne prendre notre commande alors que nous avions une réservation pour 19h30.

Comme tout Ibis Style, hôtel propre, avec chambre spacieuse et service petit déjeuner convenable. Le personnel est poli, attentif et souriant. Le quartier, bien que vendant peu de reve, est très calme. Seuls bémols: la vue sur montagne mise en avant sur le site est relative (plutôt vue sur les bâtiments alentours avec silhouette de montagne au très très loin) et le service restauration médiocre. On ne peut pas vous faire de réservation en terrasse ni ne vous proposer une table bien située au motif que vous êtes seule. Décevant.
