First stay ten days ago was such a good experience that I decided to stay again in the same hotel on my way back home.

If you’re coming late to the property then the check in process is automated through a machine and for me it caused quite a lot of issue since the POS machine was not responding. So i had to be stranded outside in cold rainy day for almost half an hour.

Basic room, same as any other b&b hotel room. The staff were pleasant and spoke English. They also had a rabbit who was very friendly. Breakfast was a standard buffet but no plates (seemed to be set up for a take away) but they had some good filter coffee which is rare in these hotels.

First time we’ve used this hotel but can assure you we will be back. The gentleman on reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The main thing for us was the secure car park. Lovely big secure gates closed on an evening. Plenty restaurants/takeaways nearby if required. Had a very good nights sleep for our long journey the next day. Thank you.

I was attending to business at the nearby airport. The hotel is easy to find, and situated very close to the City's periferique. The car park is large, and there's a security presence at night. The City is imposing and attractive. Try a visit to the bastide town of Chabeuil.

Mais personnel adorable !

Petite chambre bruyante qui méritait d’être rénovée , petit déjeuner catastrophique nous avons attendu plus de 30 minutes pour pouvoir ce servir d’un bout de pain pas vraiment frais sans parler des pains aux chocolat et bien évidemment aucune place pour s’assoir nous avons payer 330€ pour deux pour 2 adultes un enfant c’est vraiment hors de prix pour les prestations fournies

Très bon accueil à la réception quoique nous ayons regretté d'avoir réservé via hôtel.com, si nous avions réservé directement sur le site de l'hôtel nous aurions payé 94 euros petits déjeuners compris a la place de 104 euros via vos services. La première partie de la nuit c'est très bien passée jusqu'à 4h du matin ou d'autres clients sont arrivés et ont essayés de rentrer dans notre chambre (nous occupions la chambre 302 et eux la chambre 301, l'erreur est humaine) et ont fait du bruit jusqu'à +ou- 6h du matin (ils étaient 2 couples) apparemment alcoolisé et pas là que pour dormir de suite (entre disputes et éclats de rires, je vous laisse imaginer la fin de nuit). Personne à la réception pour avertir du problème (rien qu'un agent de sécurité la nuit serait utile pour ce genre de souci), nous avons du subir jusqu'à 6h. Au petit déjeuner nous avons signalé le souci qui fut relayé par les occupants de la chambre 303 qui n'avaient eux non plus pu fermer l'oeil (la réceptionniste allait voir avec les fameux occupants de la chambre concernée). C'était la deuxième fois que nous passions une nuit dans cette hôtel, pas sûr qu'il y en aura une troisième. Hors mis ces problèmes le personnel est agréable et a l'écoute. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux pour ce type d'hôtel. J'espère qu'un geste commercial sera fait !!!
