We were in the annex building which was actually ideal as we could park directly in front of our room door. Packing and unpacking the car was super easy. We arrived at 9pm with kids but managed to get to the onsite restaurant. Very fast service. The pool table in the bar is a nice touch and finished off the evening perfectly. The breakfast buffet is supplementary but we'll worth it. The location near the motorway is ideal. I would like to thank Giustino especially for incredible service.

We were able to check in at 1am late at night, the night manager was very nice and accommodating. The room had everything we needed for a good night rest including A/C and a comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay.

We were a group of 4 on a cycle trip (via Rhona) and booked for one night as hotel was very close to the route. Staff were very friendly and helpful and found us a space inside the hotel to securely lock up our bikes. Hotel also has a great pool which was well appreciated after a day in the sun.

I stayed for a single night on a return trip from Spain. It was ok, but nothing more. On my outward trip, I stayed at the Ibis Budget Valance Sud and that is a much better deal. It had the same amenities and only the decor in the breakfast area here was a bit nicer, but the food was not.
So I was actually a bit disappointed, since at the higher price I had expected more. Something like a regular desk for a sitting area (instead of a folding chair and what appeared to be a large windowsill) or a fridge..
Mind you, I only stayed for a single night, so there might be facilities I haven't used that justifies the higher price, but for a single nights sleep, go for Ibis Budget instead.

Very convenient for the motorway. Room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The hotel has a pool but it was too windy for us to venture in. We did not eat here although it seemed popular with other guests. Opposite the hotel is a large Geant which has a good restaurant, La Bonne Heure, which offers set deals with all you can eat buffet starters and also for desert you just pay a set amount for the main course. It is excellent value.

Pretty good stay overall with efficient air con although Wi-Fi not so great. Biggest issue was slightly dodgy area to walk through to and from the town - wouldn't recommend it at night. Close to Geant supermarket with good secure parking.

A warm welcome from staff. The swimming pool was welcoming, if only I had read the hotel details and packed my trunks. Food and drink a cut above the normal for an Ibis. All in all a pleasant stay.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at the Ibis hotel, we had been travelling through france, and this was an excellent overnight stay. We had arrived at 7pm and were delighted to find that they served food up to 10pm . The hotel room was clean and comfortable, we had our dinner sitting outside at the pool side. The staff were friendly and efficient and our meal was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was only 10 minutes to Valence, great location.

Très correct. Nous avons réservé une chambre familiale. Les lits étaient très grands et confortables, mais l’espace restant dans la chambre était par conséquent réduit. Pas évident de régler le chauffage (pas d’affichage de la température). Le petit déjeuner était très bien.

A l’accueil, une personne souriante et aimable. Tout se fait rapidement. Notre 5eme membre de la famille à 4 pattes en supplément de 8€. Dommage pour ce prix de ne pas proposer une gamelle pour l’eau.
Le parking fermé / securisé est grand et bien disposé pour accéder aux chambres de la partie Annexe façon motel. La zone est assez calme et peu bruyante.
La chambre est grande pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, très propre avec déco moderne.
La salle de bain est très agréable aussi mais quelques dégâts causés par l’eau à cause d’une douche mal pensée. Même en faisant très attention l’eau sort par l’ouverture de la douche et ça finit par terre.
Il y a une piscine extérieure mais la pluie nous en a tenu à l’écart. Elle avait l’air sympa.
Le lit 2 places n’est pas ultra confortable. Un problème de matelas ou de sommier je ne sais pas mais mal de dos le matin.
Le pire étant le canapé convertible, supportable pour 2 enfants légers, pas plus.
Le petit-déjeuner proposé en supplément est un peu désorganisé. Pas de chance, les 2 machines à café étaient soit en panne soit vides, résultat pas moyen d’avoir un café le samedi 20 mai. Le reste était assez basique: mini viennoiseries, pains, oeufs, lard, céréales, laitages. Rien de fou fou vu le prix, seule les madeleines sortaient du lot.

Gewoon niet netjes en clubje als hotel niet moeten willen. Ontbijt was goed maar niet meer dan dat. Bij aanvang geen borden en kopjes steeds op. Keuzes bij het ontbijt hebben we veel beter gezien.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, da wir mit großem Hund gereist sind sehr großes Zimmer erhalten. Sehr gepflegt und wie neu renoviert. Das sind wir so nicht gewohnt, sonst bekommen wir wegen dem Hund immer ein etwas älteres Zimmer. Das Bett wie immer super bequem. Wir übernachten meistens im Ibis bei unseren Reisen, dies ist wirklich das Beste bis jetzt ! Toll, wir kommen sicher wieder!

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour couple + bebe (< 1 an) + chien. La chambre était grande. Par contre, le lit parapluie n'avait pas été installé et nous étions au 1er étage dans un batiment à côté de la réception. Pas pratique avec un nouveau né.
