Arrived after midnight. It took the lady 30 minutes to find our reservation, after telling us multiple times that there was no reservation. Then she could not find that it was already paid for. So she told us her colleagues probably messed up things. Then she went out for at least five minutes to find out what happened to our reserved room. Turned out it was given to someone else. So she had to give us a different room, that was fortunately still available. She apologized, but all this fuss was so unnecessary, time consuming and very unprofessional. After 45 minutes we could finally !!!!!!! go to bed. Unacceptable!!! We were the only ones there to check in.

This hotel was cheap and you get what you pay for. It was OK for somewhere to sleep - just, but the rooms are tiny, literally beds and a bathroom. The hotel is used by builders and workmen for somewhere to sleep. We are a family of 5 so had two rooms on the ground floor so people were walking by. There is no internal corridors. We were right by the reception entrance, straight onto the carpark. Thankfully there was a door between our rooms as the toilet didn't flush in my husband's room. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the room and the machine in reception was out of order. I would not recommend this hotel for families with small children.

we (2 adults, 1 child) booked this budget hotel for use during the Monte Carlo WRC, which was based in Valence for it's first part. hotel was convenient, safe, clean enough and would visit again, whatever you do don't pay for breakfast, nearly €5 per person, there was not even a plate for the single bit of bread available. would def. recommend hotel to anyone with a hire car or own transport, who is on a budget and needs somewhere to sleep.

The staff was helpful and friendly, and was able to speak a bit of English which made a big difference. The room is quite basic, but adequate for a short stay. The location of the hotel was incorrectly shown on the website through which I found the hotel - I thought I had booked a hotel in Montelimar but it was in Valence.

Je pense que l’hôtel devrait prendre en compte ce type d’alerte et faire dératiser les lieux très rapidement avant que ce soit le service d’hygiène qui se charge de venir faire une inspection..

Sur 3 nuits, obligé de dormir avec des boules quies les 2 premières nuits, clients irrespectueux qui sortent fumer en pleine nuit à l'extérieur mais entame des conversations comme si il était seul au monde, 1h du matin groupe de motards qui Débarque, idem, comme si ils étaient seul... Le parking était farci de camions en tout genre et les places de parkings étaient très serrés, beaucoup de mal pour se garer.

Cela fait quelques années que nous faisons une halte d une nuit lorsque nous descendons dans le sud. Jamais vu cela : Cable de la télé pas assez long jusqu'à la prise (pas grave). Mais vétusté et propreté de la chambre lamentable. Dommage car hotel tres bien situé (juste à côté de l autoroute). Personnel au top.

Pas terrible, le sol était plein de dépôt a l'entrée, le lit superposé n'était pas fait, demande effectuée auprès des femmes de chambre qui ne comprenne pas le français. Au final on m'a donné des draps et j'ai fait le lit moi même. Réveillé a 7h le matin par l'entreprise d'à côté. Parking plein le soir par des utilitaires garé n'importe comment. Le seul point positif est là personne de l'accueil très agréable ainsi que la personne qui m'a donné les draps. Désolé mais je ne recommande pas
