I stayed at the Biltmore Hotel with my family for three days, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is impeccably clean and features a beautiful pool, dining area ,a and gym. The delicious breakfast was included in our stay, which was a great perk. The views of Tbilisi from the hotel are stunning, both during the day and at night. Additionally, the location is ideal for shopping and sightseeing, as it sits right in the heart of the city.

The service at the reception is very professional and helpful. I have stayed in all the luxury hotels in Tbilisi and this hotel has one of the best breakfasts. The rooms in hotel need a bit of refreshing. I been there 2 night and Jacuzzi in spa not worked ..

Biltmore Hotel is a beautiful place to stay, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It is in the center of the unique Tbilisi city on a very green street. We got sick with Covid 19 and the staff did everything possible to accommodate all our needs. They called doctors and delivered medication and food to our doors. I would highly recommend staying in this wonderful hotel.

The building, staff, restaurant, and everything else about your facility are all wonderful. By far the best hotel in Tbilisi!
The building is one of the former Georgian Parliament buildings and is absolutely marvelous. The technology and all furnishings are all modern and refined.

Do not lodge here. They have a weird policies

I ordered for a food through the Bolt app and they didn’t allow the courier to bring the food up to me, I explained to them that I’m about to take my shower and if someone can bring the food to me, that would be fine. And Receiptionist had to tell me that it’s the hotel policy. A policy that only favor the hotel they mean, cause the guest didn’t order the food from them. You don’t expect a guest to pay that amount of money and you still won’t allow order to come up. This is the first time I’m facing this issue. I had to tell them to return the food back to the restaurant. I don’t expect anyone who doesn’t eat their local food to lodge in this hotel if you would be ordering food from outside. So sad for a 5 star hotel to places that policy.

The property is located in a very great place, it is very clean and staff were friendly. However, I was expecting a higher degree of hospitality from a 5 star hotel. I booked two separate room, one for my recently married friend and his wife and one for myself. I contacted the hotel to have a honeymoon package ready for my friends case, however, they returned to me when my friend and his wife were already checked in. Basically they basically ruined my surprise plan for my friend. In a five star hotel, we could not find a shoe polish, or cleaning rug, neither we could find a tooth paste nor a tooth brush. Aside from this, the rest of the things were good.

We chose The Biltmore primarily because they have a marvelous swimming pool; it did not disappoint! It is open for long hours and we often shared this huge pool with one other guest. But in addition, every member of their personnel was extremely helpful and often had very good English skills. Anna, at reception, managed to get our Green Passports on our phone; we had heard about them but did not realize they would be needed to get in to so many places. We ate breakfast in the Restaurant Sonnet and it offered a generous buffet; we did not include breakfast when we booked our room and we paid less for the same breakfast. We also ate two meals at Xeme, the spectacular restaurant on the 31st floor. The view of the city is amazing both day and night. The menu is quite limited but we found good choices: the grilled beef tenderloin (rare is not in their repertoire!) and the roast chicken were excellent. Prices were very reasonable. We live in Gori, Georgia, and will definitely return to The Biltmore when we want a few days of luxury. It was a delightfully three days.

The Biltmore is an excellent hotel. We felt very taken care of during the entire stay. Our room had THE comfiest bed ever - I was tempted to stay in the room the entire time. The hotel even helped us arrange a pre-travel PCR test, which was so helpful. I would highly recommend anyone stay here for some pampering!

Really enjoyed my stay here, actually extended it even though originally I considered trying another hotel in the city.

Location is convenient, if you like a view the views are incredible, and it has a great gym, sauna and pool.

The rooms are also huge and very comfortable bed. Would stay again if I visit the wonderful city of Tbilisi.

Excellent 5 star hotel in the heart of Tbilisi with professional staff. Everything is served at the glance of your hand and as per your wish.
I wish I stayed there under no pandemic restrictions, but would definetly return once pandemic is over to fully enjoy hotel facilities including SPA, swimming pool and the restaurant on the top floor.

The hotel looks amazing, the rooms also looks fantastic.
The staff were helpful.
Our problem was that at the first night we arrived very late at night,
We ordered food from room service and we had some leftovers of pizza so we put it in the minibar fridge. My mama raised me that i ll never should throw food to the trash, there are people that have nothing to eat..
Day after we went to a tour and when we came back to the room, the pizza was out from the fridge on the desk and they locked the mini bar..

The hotel location was perfect. I could walk to museums and shopping within minutes.
Since the building is extremely tall, I could find my way back quite easily. And I usually become lost or disoriented with my wandering style.

The Biltmore Tbilisi is overpriced for what they offer. The lobby is dated and needs redecorating. I booked a club room so we can access the business lounge. We had no housekeeping the first day. The club lounge is not worth it, it's a tiny space with huge Windows. When you are eating breakfast it is too hot and they don't have blinds for the Windows. The breakfast is poor...small selection and not delicious. There is no decaf coffee and only two types of juice. The girls working in the lounge are rude....nobody offers you a drink when you enter the lounge, you have to ask them. They then respond quite aggressively. I asked if I could take some cold water...the girl asked if I was taking it to my room, when I said yes, she told me I cannot take it and have to call room service. In the evening we had drinks in the lounge, the pregnant girl working there was so inappropriate with my partner and made us very uncomfortable. Our key never worked for the entire stay so we had to keep going to reception to get new keys. Their pool area is poorly organized....not enough loungers for such a large hotel. Overall a poor experience at the Biltmore.... For a 5 star hotel all of the above is unacceptable.They also say the Azura lounge is open from 9am which is not true. I will not choose this hotel again and will not recommend it. We stayed at Sheraton Tbilisi and Radisson Blu hotels which are much better.

We spent five nights at the Biltmore in Tblisi for a short vacation. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, professional, and they wanted us to enjoy our stay. The room was spacious with a good view of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable. There was a slight problem with the room's air-conditioning, but when we informed the hotel they quickly fixed it. Overall, our stay was excellent.

When you go to 5 star and some beef head door people look at you like your an alien and don’t open the door or say hello then it matter how much you spend on hotel . Maybe that’s the way it is Im Saudi Arabia but I didn’t go to Middle East . I stayed at 3 other hotels in Tbilisi and this was the coldest reception waiters and service people ever . Maybe they deal a crowd that this hotel attracts . I’m not interested in staying here when I don’t feel welcome.
