Holiday in Tbilsi. Best hotel and location to stay there. Staff from the check in to check out were extremely nice. Very close to Freedom square and close to most touristic locations. The road on which the hotel was well lit for Christmas which added to the beauty around the hotel

This was a very nice hotel in a great location. The rooms had a little wear but the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was quite good. I had access to the executive lounge which had free drinks (water, alcohol, and Pepsi) and food in the evenings which was very nice. The staff in the executive lounge were excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

I was really impressed with this property. It was always super clean, the breakfast was amazing and the location was great. But what really put them over the top is that they noticed it was my birthday (from my passport at check in), and they sent me up a bottle of champagne and cake. So sweet to have someone think of me when away from home.

Everything was good. I was not happy about not getting an email response from Michael about getting flowers for my girlfriend before my arrival. I had to go look for a flower shop in a totally new country for me where not too many people speak English to buy her flowers. The hotel staff could have arranged it for me when I was willing to pay whatever it costs. Hotel should have a toll free number so it doesn’t cost us an arm and a leg to make the phone calls from other countries to ask some simple questions.

We’ve enjoyed our 2 night stay a lot: it’s a luxurious Marriott property, that is well taken care of, with wonderful, friendly staff that always smiles at you. Room was very spacious, clean, and quiet. The whole property smelled great too, it was a pleasure walking into it after a hectic day of touristing outside. Breakfast buffet and food at Parnas were good too - universal, not local Georgian, which works for many tourists that are not familiar with Georgian cuisine.

If I come back to Tbilisi - this hotel will remain my first choice of accommodation!

I paid in full for 5 nights prior to flying there. I didnt realize I would get an early check-in charge when I got there which was a disappointment but I was so tired, I just needed to get my room and didn't have to understand why I had to pay pretty much for 1 more day when I arrived same day only 8 hours earlier 😢 other than that, I had a great stay.

Outstanding hotel, service, rooms and food.
We stayed here for a week while touring Tbilisi and nearby historical and scenic sites. The deluxe room was large, quiet, spacious, clean and had a wonderfully comfortable bed. AC was set and maintained 23'C against outside temperatures of 33 without fuss or the usual fan noise, making pleasant afternoons to refresh and a quiet night's sleep. Only distant road noise could be heard (from the 5th floor overlooking the park).
We had a couple of breakfasts and, while expensive by local standards, were of good quality with lots of choice of international cooked, cold and fresh produce. Dinner in the Parnas cafe-bar was exceptional. Lots of local and international dishes at reasonable prices; always very well presented and delicious. Half price drinks between 6 and 8pm, including a choice of four local beers, added to the pleasure.
The hotel is 5-10 mins walk to Freedom Square, less to the metro or riverbank at Dry Bridge, and maybe 20 to the old town. Walking was easy and the area very safe.
Staff were uniformly welcoming and helpful, even friendly.
I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to tourists.

I checked into the hotel on 16 th morning .this was my first visit to Tbilisi .hotel location was excellent .after check in we left for city tour .reached hotel after 7 and my room AC was not working and complained to maintenance they tried to fix but couldn’t .we had to insist the front desk to shift us to a different room as the hotel was full they moved us to Marriott courtyard which was few blocks away .but couldn’t believe this kind of experience in a brand like Marriott .

Food offerings at the executive lounge seem minimal when compared with other hotels at this level. Not a complaint, but an observation. Would prefer Hilton, Radisson, Hyatt or InterContinental when making a choice. The rooms and service are all exceptional.

Loved Location, Executive Room, Needs a Concierge

We enjoyed our stay. The room is the most modern for Tbilisi
and for reasonable cost you can have access to executive room
to eat, watch TV and meet other travelers with privacy. This hotel
is very well located at and near Liberty Square, Old City easy walk.
The ancients baths are close by and tax is easily arranged. There
is no concierge and that is a problem. The front desk can arrange
some activities and prepare a map, but not so knowledgeable on the details
such as movie options or suggestions on what to do. There are no activity brochures. However this is a very luxurious atmosphere, has health facility and access to a pool. The food is good for hotel food especially if you buy the executive package.

Total disappointment!

I am in the process of speaking to an attorney regarding a law suit against the Marriott, It was more important to satisfy the Vice President of the US, then all your costumers, we were harassed by the secret service coming in and out, and were not able to sit in the lobby unless we were willing to be interrogated by them, I was so upset that I just left in that evening and aside from taking a bottle of juice from the mini bar, I did not sleep,shower, or anything else in that room I left it as i got it, shame on you!!!

Overpriced and frustrating inconsistencies abound

The very good:
1. Marina, one of the supervisors was very receptive to my angry complaints; she deserves much credit
2. The concierge, when he was present (and he's not always available) was outstanding
3. the bellboys were also wonderful (but they weren't always available either)
4. most of the staff at the bar and breakfast restaurant were great
5. the bed and linens were VERY comfortable

The bad:
1. DO NOT USE THEIR AIRPORT PICKUP. Charge is $35. You can get a taxi for $8. The driver did not speak English (he could only say \"do you speak Russian?\") He never welcomed me and seemed reluctant to load my one bag into the trunk. The car is a mafia style Mercedes with tinted windows. As a tourist, this is disappointing; couldn't see a thing.
2. Most of the check in staff are problematic, unyielding, stubborn and misinformed. Do not trust their information. With problems, go to Marina or the concierge if they happen to be available
3. Bellboys and concierge are not always available. Mysterious. No one greeted me as I entered the hotel and I dragged my things to the counter and to my room without assistance. Not that I really needed it...but this is a $250 hotel in a city where that is a ton of money. ...and it's a Marriott, not some Russian dump.
4. The room was dark, looking out onto a small interior courtyard. Windows did not open.
5. You can get free but slow wifi if you are a Marriott member; otherwise, you must pay. Thank you Marriott!

The Heritage Hotel is well maintained. first we got a room with not a good view and after requesting the staff we were shifted to new room with great views. The room services were also good. The airport transfer services were not properly managed. Though it was a new year night but we don't expect A hotel Like Marriott to say they cannot arrange for transfers.

The intercon was not working so if we needed something we had to go to reception and ask for it

We were given only 1 access card which means that if one of member of the family goes out the room electricity has to shut down as electricity is linked to the access card which needs to put in the slot.

Food was good staff were patient and cooperative.Spa was good and cheap

Hotel gorgeous. Unfortunately we were put on the second floor which had construction going on in the suite beside us. The hallway was covered in plastic. We had friends staying there who had the same room type but got free wifi chocolates at bed time and a very spacious room with an extra chair and ottoman. Prehaps that is why the construction on the second floor and it was not our lucky day.
That being said I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. To the hotel I would say when you put people in a construction zone maybe apologize and add a few nice touches like chocolate at bedtime and wifi.
We have been Marriot card holder for the past ten years.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in in Tbilisi. It's comfortable and convenient if more than a little pricey. It's a former grand old colonial hotel with rooms remodeled to western Marriott standards.

location of the hotel is perfect ,close to the museums,concert hall etc., It's also a walking distance to the old city and to most of the touristic locations such as churches,parks and the main shopping streets. Eventough its on the main avenue there was not traffic noise,clean weather,easy to get a taxi. If I ever go to Tbilisi again I will for sure stay at the Marriott Tbilisi again.İt's a beautiful building decorated well and the rooms are also very nice and comfortable.

I checked into this hotel and I was shocked by the poor quality. Very old rooms and very small. Poor breakfast and in general not 5 star quality. I have 7 nights booked and only stayed for 2 nights. Instead we booked the 4 star Coutyard Tbilisi by Marriott. Much better hotel and even cheaper.
