This was the worst experience we’ve ever had :(

Our room cards suddenly stopped working at 11am when we were rushing to get ready and check out. So we were locked out and it made us late to our next appointment and added so much unnecessary stress to our day. Dirtiest couch I’ve seen in the lounge. The front desk staff was completely incompetent and unprofessional, except for 2 individuals that knew their job and understood hospitality. They mismanaged our booking, took them 20 minutes to find my parents’ booking because they arrived a day later than their reservation arrival date. I had talked to 2 staff members about their later arrival the day before to make sure their check-in would go smoothly after their long travel. But they just don’t know how to do their job and they almost made my parents pay again!! The room was accidentally booked for 1 person, so it only had 1 breakfast. I paid for the extra breakfast for my parents during their check-in because we learned from another staff member that it is significantly cheaper to pay at check-in. The staff member that checked my parents in had no clue about this, had to go talk to other staff, and kept no record of my payment. The next day when my parents were checking out, the staff tried to charge them again for that breakfast that I paid for the day before. We were in a rush and had to catch our ride to the next destination so this made our checkout so frustrating and absolutely ruined our day.

Very disappointing service and amenities. Hotel looks nice on pics but its outdated. They sell day passes to the pool on weekends so it gets packed and hotel guests dont get chairs/umbrellas. Elevator access is very inconvenient. Security is lacking. The bar is terrible

Spa and restaurants were nice but the room was pretty rough, Bluetooth speaker didn’t work, coffee pods but no maker (hotel said they’d check and bring one up but didn’t) no minibar, loud at night and curtains didn’t quite cover the windows so it’s not dark. My window was cracked. Apparently it’s the overpriced place for UN staff to stay because they don’t care about the price. So many better options.

Great location in Tbilisi city centre, 30 mins walk from this hotel gets you to a lot of tourist attractions and the cable car to Mtatsminda fun park on the hill overlooking the city. Hotel has some great options for eating Asian and Italian in house and is very close to some great Georgian restaurants.

All good until we wanted to try out the bar on the 18 floor - we ordered 4 different drinks and just enjoyed our self with a card game - we was totally alone in the bar except 3 staff members. We were told, that we had to leave if we played cards, because it was strictly forbidden in the bar - very rude and specially because we were the only people in the whole bar….

The property is conveniently located within a walking distance for all major attractions and Old City! Newly renovated rooms and bathrooms. Amazing views from the gym on the top floor. Breakfast had plenty of excellent choices. Highly recommend!

I must say that I was extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived and inquired about an early check-in, the lack of courtesy and attention towards me as a guest was evident.

When I approached the front desk and politely asked if it was possible to check in earlier than the standard time, I was met with indifference. The staff member seemed uninterested in my request and did not make any effort to accommodate my needs or offer alternative solutions. It was disheartening to feel disregarded and unimportant as a guest.

Additionally, during the check-in process, I inquired about the possibility of an upgrade. The staff informed me that all the rooms were fully booked and no upgrades were available. However, to my surprise, upon finally checking in, I discovered that there were indeed upgraded rooms available.

Also the staff did not smile. A smile goes a long way in creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for guests. It is a simple gesture that can instantly make someone feel valued and appreciated. Unfortunately, the staff at the hotel seemed to overlook this fundamental aspect of customer service. This applied not to all, but particularly to those who were on duty when I first arrived.

This property's location is convenient as it's only an easy 10-15 walk to freedom square and the old town. They have three good restaurants and the one with the terrace is overlooking the river. Lots of taxis are available in the vicinity. They have an outdoor and an inside swimming pool (on the top fool - nice view) and a very good SPA. Finally, the casino is conveniently located in the hotel basement.

We booked a room with breakfast included and city panoramic view.

Following are highlights we like the most:
1) Pool / sauna/ steam room included in the rate
2) Views!!! Woooow! Not only from room, but also from 18th floor pool deck and you even have THE VIEW SITTING IN SAUNA)
3)Breakfast: food was delicious and as an option instead of going to the restaurant you can ask to bring the food to your room
4)Service: you just click a button on the telephone in the room and someone will be there to help (fast- no waiting at all)
5) Spa (not included in the room rate): my wife chose a wine bath with massage (master name: Nona). And she texted me: “wow, this was the best massage I ever had!”. And believe me she tried a lot massages in spas in different countries… and here in Tbilisi Radisson spa it was the best. And the wine bath also with THE BEST VIEW IN CITY!

Thank you so much! Will definitely come back!

My experience was terrible because of the service. Early morning cleaning lady just entered while I was sleeping without knocking and was loudly tacking with someone. In about an hour two guys came and wanted to check bar and when I told them I was sleeping they insisted to enter to check mini bar.
I will never ever stay at this hotel and will never recommend to anyone

Warm recommendation on Radisson Blu Hotel, Tbilisi

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for 5 days during December 2021, and had a great stay.
The room is huge with gorgeous panoramic views. The bathroom is spacious and has both a bath and a wonderful rain shower. In addition, every day you receive two bottles of water.
Breakfast is delicious, offers a variety of dishes, drinks and desserts. The dining room has a beautiful and spacious interior area, and a charming outdoor area with river views.
The spa offers a great variety of treatments, and the one I had was absolutely excellent ! There is also a stunning heated pool overlooking the city.
The hotel also has two restaurants, Asian and Italian, which we have not tried but look at a very high standard.
The staff is so attentive and caring, and they also helped us to solve a problem we had in getting the corona test results.
In addition, the location of the hotel is excellent and in terms of addressing COVID19 - The rooms were sanitized, all public places were very clean and the stuff wear face masks all the time.
In conclusion, we highly recommend Radisson Blu and will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed at. This mainly bcs of the wonderful and very professional staff, service level as it’s best and you feel welcomed. The hotel is perfectly located and the room clean , modern and offers beautiful panoramic view of Tbilisi..
The spa and the roof top pool and the Italian food not to be missed.
Our friends visiting Tbilisi also stayed at same hotel after our recommendation and they really loved it as we did.
Looking forward to visit Tbilisi and stay at radisson blue again.

Average hotel with average and coarse linen! The mattress was tough, it took 2 nights to feel comfortable on a 3-day business trip.
it was almost impossible to speak to room service, if I got through they would ask you to be put on hold and then forget about you!
Due to the nature of Georgia being the 'in' destination during Covid times, I would only return if the price dropped 70% from what I paid.

I've been a guest of the Radisson Blu in Tbilisi many times over the years and this was my first visit after the Pandemic and they didn't miss a beat. The only disappointment was the Oxygen bar on the 18th floor was still closed but everything else was working. Great breakfast buffet as always.

A very pleasant hotel. It’s a gem in Tbilisi, with beautiful stunning scenery of the hills of the city. Unpretentious and certainly has the best location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Brilliant staff, super facilities.

Disappointing that we were asked to pay for an additional bed when the room was already booked and paid for 3. While the charge was removed, the hotel said it was making an exception for us out of goodwill. This is not really right, the charge should not have been applied in the first place, mistakes are ok, and it was resolved but that should not be for an “exceptional” reason, but because it is the right thing to do. The Radisson should know this. The room was disappointing for one reason: the cleaners had not checked under the bed where there were some unpleasant things. Overall though the hotel is great, fantastic staff, good food and facilities. And everyone is doing really well given the challenging circumstances with Covid19. Everything very professional apart from these two small, but, for me, important details.

Aside from a great location in the heart of Tbilisi, this property is mediocre in every way. The service is mediocre, rooms are mediocre, amenities are mediocre and restaurants are mediocre. My room was in major need of renovation/refurbishment. The shower water didn't get hot, it got lukewarm at best, and the room A/C did not work. Consistent with other reviews, the carpet was stained, wallpaper was peeling from the walls and towels were thin and worn. Do yourself a favor and do not book at the Radisson -- head up the street to The Stamba instead.

In the center of the city. Most interesting places are in a walking distance. Pool on top is with a magnificent view of the city. Rooms are spacious. Filini restaurant is OK. Cleaning may be improved a little bit, but it is OK.

but the dining room was at the end of bb, so we just took coffee and left.
we came today with the voucher , at the morning, and the women in charge on the entrance shout at us even that we was already with the plate in our hands, that our voucher is not avalibal and we need to leave.
i’ve so ashamed at this situation. i was embraced. i took my famely from there and went out!
i’ve called the reservation, but they’ve done nothing!!!
but them menger david, which i wrote to him, helped us and gave us compensation and late cheak out.

Rooms and hallways are dirty. Dirty spots everywhere. We had to change rooms 3 times at check in because of dirty rooms and such. We had to ask for the air conditioning to be fixed 3 times. However, Otar from front desk upgraded us to a lux room after everythinf which put a smile on our faces. He did a great job throughout the stay in making sure we were happy after changing rooms. The hotel is nice but i would recommend they upgrade the furniture and carpets as chairs are cracked and carpets have stains.

The indoor pool was amazing! The pool is located on the 18th floor and we could see the city during our swim. We were upgraded to a beautiful room on the 15th floor to accommodate the cot for my son. We loved everything about this hotel.

It looked beautiful on the website and although clean it was dated. The carpet in our room( 0214) was stained also. We loved the outdoor pool and my husband liked the gym which he said had fantastic views. The room was well equipped and the room cleaners always left it looking spruced up. It was worth the money in amenities/staff and location. But let down by the dated/ shabby room condition.

Design of rooms is lovely but condition is poor. Holes in upholstery, stained carpet, many fixtures didn’t work. Staff tried to compensate by changing my room and comping me to breakfast, which was much appreciated, but their hospitality didn’t negate the reality that the interiors are badly in need of upgrading and not currently deserving of a five star rating.
