Le sol de la chambre n'était pas propre. Mais la personne en charge de l'accueil a gentiment passé un coup. La bouilloire n'est pas propre et avec un fond d'eau.beaucoup de bruit, on attend ce qui se passe dans le couloir et les chambres, beaucoup de mouvements le soir tard le le matin tôt. Et le petit déjeuner paraît pauvre, à 7h30 plus de pain.

We used this as an overnight stop to are main destination. Easy to find and reasonable. Good points parking off street, family room. Nice breakfast, polite staff. Bad points car park not secure, anyone can walk around to it. No lock on toilet door in room. Air con not working very well. No kettle in the room.

Ich war schon etwa 5mal in diesem Hotel. Jedesmal ok, aber dieses Mal nicht sauber. Es lag noch vom vorherigen Gast das Kärtchen auf der Garderobe....Wasserkocher noch halbvoll mit abgestandenem Wasser, verkalkt. Toilettenspülang ging nicht, wurde aber umgehend gemacht. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer. Im 212 stank das Bad, hatte Schimmel. Frühstück für den Preis etwas wenig Auswahl. Gut aber könnte mehr sein.Personal nett.
Ansonsten gut, komme trotzdem wieder und Belfort ist sowieso eine wunderschöne Stadt!

Hotel is about right for the price, ideal for a nights stopover. It’s close to the centre which is less than a mile walk.
Only let down this time was a member of staff came into our room about 9am unannounced and without knocking while we were changing.

Da das Kyriad zu war, konnten wir ind Best Western Hotel. Super Lage Personal sehr nett. Wegen Corona wurden die Zimmer leider nicht gemacht. Eine Lampe keinw Glühbirne, eine Nachttischlampe funktionierte nicht und die im Bad flackerte. Kli.aanlage kühlte nicht. Das ist sehr entuschend für ein 4* Hotel. Kyriad viel besser.

The staff (from those that clean the rooms to the front desk) are wonderful and helpful. It's a walk to find a restaurant. Access to bus and and ReR is easy. Breakfast choice is varied and good but there was no warning that it cost 9euro per meal. (At least I didn't see it, if it is written somewhere)

Séjour d’une nuit sur la route des vacances. Une chambre réservé pour 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants). Chambre très poussiéreuse, pas salle mais poussiéreuse. J’imagine que ce genre de chambre n’est pas loué régulièrement, mais de la poussière partout. Sur les meubles, sous les lits, sur le sol… hôtel vieillissant mais bien tenu par du personnel sympas.
