Ich habe schon ein paar Mal hier übernachtet und kann es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Besonders schön finde ich die vielseitige Saunalandschaft, den Pool und das leckere reichhaltige Frühstück. Auch in den Betten schläft es sich sehr gut. Das Badezimmer hat eine große Dusche und es ist alles sehr sauber. Zum Empfang gibt es eine Flasche kostenloses Wasser.

The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful and her English was great. On a Saturday night, almost all restaurants required a reservation for dinner and many places treated you like a “fool” to have the audacity to show up without a reservation, telling you to move along in German. The breakfast at this hotel was superb, champagne, fresh squeezed juice and the best pancakes. I wish I could eat more, the selection was wonderful and everything was delicious.

Oberhof is really a sleepy village with very little to offer apart from fantastic nature. Hotel is pretty good. Very clean. Good breakfast. Bed is little bit too soft for my taste, but some people like it. Overall, very satisfied.

Wir waren für 3 Tage im Konsum Hotel. Als erstes haben wir ein Zimmer im Gästehaus \"Quisiana\" bekommen. Hier waren wir aber aufgrund der Ausstattung und des DDR-Flairs sehr enttäuscht. Nachdem wir dies an der Rezeption angemerkt haben, haben wir für 50€ Aufpreis ein Zimmer im Haupthaus bekommen. Hier waren die Zimmer moderner, klar strukturiert und wir waren voll zufrieden. Danke nochmal an die tolle Rezeptionistin, die uns völlig unkompliziert umgebucht hat.
Das Frühstück und das Spa mit Pool und Saunalandschaft waren hervorragend und ist weiterzuempfehlen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Danke für den guten Service.

Mooi hotel met goed en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. In de avond geen menukaart, alleen een (duur, ca €50) diner buffet. Hier geen gebruik van gemaakt. Parkeren naast hotel €15 per dag maar als je auto ca. 2 km verderop parkeert dan is het gratis (wordt niet op gewezen).
Badkamer erg klein, geen airco aanwezig. Alleen plafondventilator en werkt nauwelijks als het erg warm is. Mooie wandelomgeving. Weinig leuke plaatsen in de buurt.

Leider wird die in der Lobby und den Fluren des Hauptgebäudes ansprechende wohnlich angenehme Hotelatmosphäre nicht in den renovierten Zimmern beibehalten. Diese wirken aufgrund der verwendeten Materialien und Farben doch recht nüchtern unterkühlt.
Die aktuell auf 12Euro angehobene Parkplatzgebühr ist wenig attraktiv.

Tolles Wellneshotel zum Entspannen nach Skihalle
Das Konsumhotel in Oberhof ist schon eine sehr schöne Location.
Durchgefroren kamen wir aus der Skihalle an und konnten sofort auf unsere Zimmer. Und dann ging es auch gleich in den Wellnessbereich, der sehr schön, wenn auch klein und verwinkelt ist.
Und ein großes Lob verdient das tolle Frühstücksbuffet, hier wird wrklich jeder Wunsch erfüllt!
Ein bisschen ein kleines Manko ist das etwas \"altbackene\" Treppenhaus. Aber das ist halt in einem alten Gebäude so.

Stayed here for 1 night. Single room but very comfort bed. Small but good bathroom. Good breakfast and nice dinner. Best is the swimming pool ( heated ) and big sauna. There is a parking at the hotel ( cost extra ) . Location is very good in the middle of the center.

Wir hatten ein Komfortzimmer gebucht. Das nicht mehr zeitgemäße Badezimmer und der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer im Erdgeschoss aus die Wirtschaftsgebäude (?) waren dafür enttäuschend.

Parken ohne Service heißt in diesem Hotel Gebühr pro Tag 6 Euro. Keine Klimaanlage. Ausstattung entspricht nicht 4 Sterne. Zu kleines Bad, Zimmereinrichtung, Bodenbelag und Wände sind überarbeitungsbedüftig. Kopfkissen mit klumpigem Inhalt.

Es war alles sehr gut uns war nur das Bad im Zimmer etwas zu klein aber es war alles da was man braucht. Die Saunabereich war auch sehr schön nur der Ruheraum etwas zu eng zugestellt. Wir würden es aber weiterempfehlen.

Es war für uns bereits der zweite Aufenthalt im Berghotel Oberhof. Hervorzuheben sind Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit des Personals, Größe des Zimmers (wir hatten wieder eine Suite gebucht), das gute und reichhaltige Essen (meist in Buffetform) und die Wellnessanlagen - insbesondere das moderne und stilvolle Poolhaus. Seit diesem Jahr wird der Parkplatz durch eine Schrankenanlage kontrolliert. Nunmehr stand den Gästen ausreichend Parkraum zur Verfügung. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Uns hat es nicht gefallen. Das Essen war eine Zumutung, unser Zimmer war alt, heruntergekommen und äußerst renovierungsbedürftig. Das Geld, welches in den tollen Fernseher geflossen ist, hätte man besser mal in neue Matratzen gesteckt. In der Dusche schimmelten die Fugen zwischen den Kacheln und die Reinigung des Zimmers beschränkte sich auf das Zusammenlegen der Betten sowie den Wechsel der Handtücher. durchgesaugt oder gewischt wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht.
Das Personal im Restaurant war Morgens äußerst zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Am Abend hingegen musste man seine Teller schon mal selbst abräumen vor dem nächsten Gang... gleichzeitig standen aber mehrere Servicekräfte hinter der Theke im Nebenraum und ratschten.
Der Wellnessbereich war noch das erfreulichste, wenngleich er trotz allem enttäuscht. So sind es im Grunde zwei Bereiche zwischen denen man hin und her wechseln muss (verbunden durch einen kühlen Hausflur - ca. 30 Meter). Das Schwimmbad ist klein und auch die Gegenstromanlage erlaubt es einem nicht einfach etwas zu schwimmen - dazu ist sie nämlich zu schwach und mit ein paar Zügen ist man wieder am Beckenrand angekommen.
