My wife and I stayed in a private villa for two nights and that wasn’t nearly long enough. We loved the atmosphere, the privacy, and the staff was accommodating when we needed a late check out due to flight delays. As well as changes to our shuttle time to the airport, which changed multiple times. The buffet breakfast was great, fresh fruit, good meats, and plenty of variety for sweet or savory pallets. The drinks from the bar (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) were also excellent. Their coffee was incredible. My wife and I debated on staying another couple of nights because the property is beautiful and well taken care of. All staff were friendly and helpful!
Our room was spotless, we had control over the ac, and the bathroom was well kept. The only con was the phone in the room didn’t work, but they had a laminated notice explaining the phones weren’t working and provided alternative ways of contact for the front desk.

We stayed at the Famiana Green Villa and were upgraded to the Famiana Beach Resort and Spa. Both were great places to stay, the staff is very attentive and courteous and the rooms were clean. The Green Villa does not have a beach access, though the beach is a short walk from the hotel. Access to the beach is not hard to find, but the beach you will find is quite polluted with garbage. We were upgraded to the Famiana Beach Resort and Spa for our last two nights because we were told that the Green Villa was overbooked. We did not see many guests at either resort but definitely appreciated the upgrade as we got to enjoy an ocean view at the Beach resort. The staff at both these resorts were so friendly and catered to our every needs. This place is a short taxi ride away from fhe Night Market, has some dining options nearby and we overall enjoyed our stay in Phu Quoc.

Staff at reception are very helpful and efficient. Although can't speak much English, they will try to assist and help their guests.
Nice place to stay but a bit of walking distance to the main road. Along the way, there's some restaurants that serve Asian and western food. There's one that I hv been eating there a few times with my children as price reasonable, lots of varieties, fast serving but always full house. Servers are friendly but need to wait if u want to
eat there. Only setback is most restaurants got no aircond coz it's open air. Only fan and air cooler.

We stayed at the beach house the kitchen area microwave and refrigerator was stinky and not cleaned so had to clean everything myself, but the location and the view from the house was amazing! Service was excellent, breakfast was decent. Thank you, will definitely stay again!

We stayed in the green villa with a private pool which was lovely... only thing is we had a two bedroom villa but the bedrooms are not connected... which when I booked it I thought they were connected which was abit of a hassle esp travelling with kids. But it wasn’t a huge issue... the grounds where the villas are situated are well kept and clean... staff are amazing and always willing to help. Need to grab a buggie to get to the main resort where the beach is but not a problem at all. Overall it was a lovely villa and the stay was fine for our short stay on the island.

Lovely rooms and a relaxing pool area

We really like this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The room was nice and the pool area was really pretty and a great area to relax. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. They provide a golf buggy shuttle from the Green Villa part to the main hotel on request even though it is about only a 5-7 minute walk. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area and the view of the sunset on the beach was really pretty. I would stay here again.

We stayed in a pool villa which was lovely and very relaxing, the breakfast restaurant was a 2 minute walk and provided a good start to the day. The pool area itself could be doing with more sunbeds around it as the majority of the beach beds are in the shade which I know people want, however I go to sunny places to sunbathe and avoid the shade. I've noticed a lot of comments concerning the building works in Phu Quoc, this appears to be the case regardless of which part of the island and by all accounts we weren't overly bothered by it but may be worth taking earplugs if noise affects you. I was very disappointed with the littering issue in Phu Quoc, there doesn't seem to be any recycling/waste facilities and rubbish is strewn everywhere causing rats and a pungent smell in the evenings. Overall we had a good time and made the most of our time away.

Lovely quiet location close to everything and plenty of taxis, atms, restaurants right on tap.

The rooms were lovely very comfy and clean.

Negatives: breakfast was pretty rank as we're the breakfast staff.

Warm food wasn't kept warm, loads of flys. The Juice was permanently empty and looked like the tanks needed a thorough clean.

The mini bar wasn't refreshed.

There was no little bar or vending machine on site to grab a cold drink or snack.

Away from the beach and the facility is OK.

This is a big step down from the Famiana beach resort. The room is smaller with OK bed. We found bugs in the room. The crickets on the outside of the room were noisy at night to the point that we can’t sleep. Lucky we just stay one night at this place.

Our family had a great time here

Hotel provided shuttle for pickup and drop off at the airport. The welcome drinks and fruits at the lobby was a nice touch. Our family stayed at the villa with 2 bedrooms and our own pool. We could always call lobby for the shuttle to bring us the main area. Our family also enjoyed their breakfast buffet which had wide selection of food and fruits everyday, including traditional Vietnamese as well as western food. I was glad my parents enjoyed the stay. They also went extra mile to accommodate my brother's need, who had to fly earlier than the rest of us.
Location of the hotel is close to the downtown area, so it's in the middle of North (where Vinpearl Land and Safari is) & South (where Bai Sao beach is). Hotel has its own beach but the waves were too strong in July when we visited. But it's still enjoyable and relaxing to sit on the grass next to the beach.
Overall, our family were happy with the stay here.

Not Luxury, but Wonderful Staff

We chose Famiana because the Green Villa seemed to be a good value for an experience somewhere between a large chain resort and roughing it at one of the island's many \"eco resorts.\" The assumption was pretty spot on. The Green Villa side is much quieter and more attractive than the somewhat rundown beach side, which seems to be hurting for some overall maintenance and troubled by neighboring construction. Overall, building maintenance and shoddy construction are the hotel's downfalls. The rooms feel rundown. The water runs scalding or freezing. With a toddler, this was a nightmare. The lights in the pool weren't fixed, but hung by their electrical wires. Amenities, like shampoo, seemed outdated or sun-baked. And in a garden view duplex with thin walls, loud neighbors are torture when trying to get a toddler to nap or go down for the night. Fortunately, the staff sell the place and treat guests well, especially the management. After complaining about the quality of our room, she seeked us out to improve our stay. We were very grateful to her for this kind of personalization. In the end, the staff were extremely professional. Overall, I commend the staff for acting like they genuinely cared, and I commend the manager for running a great team. As a result, I would recommend Famiana purely for its staff.

Green Zone - superb location

The Green zone part of this hotel is excellent even though it is across the road from the main resort and not on the beach. The rooms and location were far superior to that of the main hotel in my opinion. Great size room with double bed and the bathroom is large with walk in shower and large bath, plus the bathroom is covered in slate and stonework a great finish and standard. Each bungalow is free standing and not linked to another room. All have patios with basket chair to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of this location.

プライベートプール付きのビィラは、静かで、広くて、ゆったり出来て、プライベートな空間が保たれていました。自分だけの別荘みたいです。朝は小鳥達の鳴き声で目覚め、爽やかな風が心地よかったです。昼間はプールいっぱいに太陽に照らされ、日光浴には最適でした。朝食ビュッフェも美味しかったです。又、訪れたいです。

객실 청소 자주 해 주셔서 편했습니다. 수영장에서 딸아이가 깊은 곳으로 가려하자 , 빠르게 오셔서 구명조끼를 입혀주셔서 즐겁게 놀 수 있었습니다. 직원분들 정말 친절 하시고, 조식 서비스를 정말 맛있게 먹었던 기억이 납니다. 조식쌀국수와 요거트가 기억에 남습니다. 북부, 남부로 여행 갈 때 중간 지점에 리조트가 있도 공항 및 바다와 가까운 지리적 위치가 좋은 것 같고, 공항 픽업 서비스도 유용하게 잘 사용했습니다

プライベートプール付のヴィラに宿泊しましたがとてもプライバシーが保たれていてリラックスして滞在する事が出来ました。立地は繁華街からは離れていますが買い物やレストランには困らない場所で静かで気に入りました。設備面もよく整備されていてとても快適に過ごす事が出来ました。朝食も豪華とまではいきませんが十分満足出来る内容でした。従業員の方も皆さんよく働いてらして挨拶もして下さり見ていて気持ちよかったです。とてもお勧め出来るホテルです。

静かでのんびりするにはとても良いホテルです。大通りから少し引っ込んだ所にありました。徒歩圏内で美味しいレストランを探すことはできませんでした。空港からは車で15分くらいでキングコングマートは5分くらいでした。

Wonderful stay with our own pool 😌

We stayed in the two bedroom villa with our own pool. It was a wonderful 5 nights stay. The hotel was clean and nice although the pool area is a little worn out ans the safety vests were too dirty to wear, we spent a lot of time in the pool with the kids.

Rummet var superfint og værelset med privat pool var en kæmpe succes.
Spulethanen ved poolen virkede dog ikke, ej heller gjorde boblerne i de bolblebadene i de to værelser.
Det gjorde dog ikke noget ved opholdet, som var fantastisk.
Alle var super søde både over for os og vores børn.

Fantastisk Oase, vi elskede vores ophold her. Værelserne var pæne og komfortable og poolen var ren og indbydende. Personalet var meget hjælpsomt uanset hvad det handlede om og hele hotellet var pænt og hyggeligt. Ligger ca 5km fra natmarkedet, men derfor også stille og roligt om aftenen. Vi ville gerne være blevet længere.

비행기 도착시간이 빨라 일찍 도착했는데도 얼리 체크인 무료로 도와주시고 자연 친화적 환경에 숙소도 깨끗하고 개인수영장이 따로 있어 가족들과 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다.
직원들도 친절하고 개인수영장인데도 꽤 넓었고 메인수영장도 사람도 없고 조용하게 잘 놀았습니다.

다만 아이들과 같이 하기에는 수영장 깊이가 조금 깊어 아이들이 구명조끼를 입고 놀수는 있지만 깊은 편입니다.

또한 체크아웃 할때도 직원들이 친절하게 배웅해 주었고 기념으로 부채 선물까지 줘서 너무 감사했습니다.

코로나로 인해 할인된 가격에 2일 머물렀습니다.
처움 리셉션 데스크가 좀 낡아 보이고 업데이트가 필요해 보였습니다만은
맛있는 웰컴 드링크와 웰컴 과일로 기분이 좋아졌고
직원들도 영어를 잘해 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다.
전체적인 리조트 분위기는 약간 낡은듯 하지만 객실은 넚고 편안한 침대
깨끗한 침구등이 아주 좋았습니다.
리조트전용 해변은 야자수와 깨끗한 모래로 너무 아름다왔고 조용해서
아주 좋았습니다.
코로나로 인해서 숙박객이 거의 없어 미리 주문을 받아서 준비해준
아침식사도 쌀꾹수와 오므렛등 맛있게 잘먹었습니다.
호텔에서 저렴한 가격에 오토바이를 렘트해줘서 편리하게 여행할수 있어 좋았습니다.
다음에 푸콕을 방문해도 다시 꼭 머무르고 싶어요
코로나로 어려운 시기가 지나고 나면 호텔의 얼굴인 리셉션 데스크를
멋있게 만들면 아주 좋을것 같습니다.

Время нашего отдыха здесь - предновогодняя неделя. Взяли отель на неделю, как стартовый во время месячного пребывания на острове. Расположен совсем недалеко от аэропорта. Отель обеспечивает доставку из аэропорта в любое время суток. Воспользуйтесь.

При заказе нужно учитывать, что у отеля две примерно равные территории - одна у моря, другая примерно двести метров в глубь отсрова. Сообщение между ними хорошо организовано с помощью электрокаров. Ресторана для завтраков два, бассейн тоже у каждой территории свой, достаточно большой. Территория , что подальше от берега, поспокойней, безлюдней , попросторней и потише (если не считать нынешнюю активную стройку рядом, которая должна скоро закончиться - достраивают верхние этажи дома). Главное неудобство - пешком до пляжа от номера примерно четыреста метров , в том числе через оживлённую трассу или, как вариант, вызов кара с его ожиданием. Основной массив зданий, на берегу, немного теснее и компактнее. Но зато пляж в двух шагах. Выбор за вами.

Размер и удобство номеров примерно одинаковы, у каждого своя терраска с двумя стульями, качалкой и столиком, либо такой же балкончик. В номере мощный кондиционер, немного шумноватый, правда температуру ниже 20 градусов не дает. Море хорошее, пляж хорошо чистят, свободные места на лежаках найти можно, пляжные полотенца меняются хоть несколько раз за день. Вход в море покатый, удобный . Море в декабре 28-29 градусов. Прогулки по берегу во время заката просто превосходны. Рекомендую.

プライベートプールの掃除がなされない日があり、そこが少し残念でした。
スパのスタッフが少なく、希望の時間の予約が取りづらかったです。
スタッフはみなさんフレンドリーで、１週間の滞在でしたが、非常に満足でした。

인포메이션이 수리중인지.. 좀 정리가 안된 부분인거 빼곤 응대 및 시설이 너무 맘에 듭니다.
숙소 바로 앞에 바다가 있어 들리는 파도소리도 너무 맘에 들고, 조식도 너무 맛있습니다.
키피포트 전원이 안들어 와서 문의 했더니 영어 소통에 문제가 있었는지 수리공이 오셔서 ㅠㅠ 너무 죄송했습니다. 다시 이곳으로 여행 하고 싶을 정도로 맘에 듭니다.

나이트마켓, 머드스파, 현지식 등 다 가깝게 있어서 편했고 케이블은 셔틀 30분이면 되고 위치가 최적이더군요.

조용한 분위기, 근처 맛집, 그러나 서비스 개선이 필요함.

공항픽업 : 메일로 비행일정 및 픽업 컨펌 까지 받았으나 당일 아침 픽업 나오지 않음. 미리 사간 유심을 넣어 전화했더니 이른시간이라 안나왔다고 말도 안되는 얘기를 함. 여러 번 통화 후, 일단 택시 보내줘서 타고옴.
조식: 일단 방이 있는지 얼리 체크인은 해줌. 조식은 마지막날 것 미리 당겨 먹을 수 있다고 해서 그러겠다고 함. 그린빌라 조식당만 알려주길래 리조트 쪽에서는 못먹냐 했더니 가능한데, 숙소 근처가 편할것이라 함. 하루 씩 이용해 보니 음식은 대동소이. 그러나 리조트쪽애서 먹는 것이 훨~~~씬 나음. ㅡㅡ; (그린빌라쪽 조식당 에어컨 없고 파리 날리고 위생에 좀 문제있어 보임)
숙소: 적당히 깔끔했음. 수영장 뷰가 매우 이쁘고 조용함.
식당: 바로 근처 cafe sun viet 볶음밥 짱맛. 위생 깨끗, 저렴, 바로 조리해줘서 너무 맛나 자주감. Cami는 맛있으나 짠맛 매운맛의 강한맛. 골목끝에 과일집 있는데 아저씨 친절하고 맛남.
센딩 : 다른 리조트 이동이라 체크인 시 택시불러 보내준다고 했는데 체크아웃시 돈은 나보고 내야한다고 함. (체크인 시 for free 인지 물어봤는데 그렇다고 했었음)
전반 평가 : 그린빌라서 리조트 쪽으로 왔다갔다 해야 하는게 조금 불편하지만 할만 함. 체크아웃 시 처음 본 여자 매니저만 영어소통이 좀 원할 하고 서비스 마인드 있으나 그 외 데스크 직원들은 서비스마인드 부족하고 무뚝뚝. 전반적으로 추천하기 어려움.

服務齊全

員工服務非常好，環境安靜舒服，非常適合放鬆放空。green villa跟resort相隔一個馬路，走路大概五分鐘，需要的話播通電話接駁車隨時準備好接送你去大廳或沙灘。馬路上就有商店及幾間餐廳，蠻方便的。早餐buffet有兩間，我自己覺得靠海灘的比較好吃，人比較多以及是室內所以食物比較新鮮吧。唯一要提醒的是戶外很多蚊子，一定要做防蚊準備！

Value for money!

Mycket trevligt hotell men väldigt service-minded personal.
Hotellet har fina grönområden med mycket palmer och träd. Två fina poolområden och en fin (och ren!) strand.
Ligger flertalet bra restauranger i närheten samt flera bankomater och närbutiker.
Mycket sköna sängar i pool-Bungalows och relativt bra wifi.

조용하고 직원의 서비스가 훌륭합니다 주변 로컬식당은 가격과 맛이 좋습니다 다만 엑스트라베드가 단단하지않아 허리가 아팠습니다 조식도 맛있고 다시 방문하고 싶습니다 가족여행에 좋은 숙소였습니다 공항과 가까운것도 좋은 장점입니다

Beatiful structure, spacious and clean room, excellent new pool. Definitely positive factors: amenties, beach bag, facilities of hotel, yoga classes😜. Beach of Famiana is really nice, same as garden area. Breakfast offers rich selection sweet, salt variety, fruits. It is possible also rent a motorcycle directly at reception. I believe that the area in front of hotel will be cleaned soon or its just under maintenance or something supposed to be constructed there. I want to believe so, because garbage on Phu Quoc is never missing unfortunately.
