This “resort” is about location and price. For what you pay it is what you get plus the bonus of being so close to the beach. The rooms were somewhat clean but walls were needing a wash for sure. The property itself needs a good sweep in all common areas daily. I took it upon myself to sweep at one point. The pool was nice although murky - not sure what was going on there. But - again- for price and location (beach and town) we thought it was great. Beds were comfy. AC worked. The breakfast was great. The beach restaurant is not a part of the hotel so you do have to pay for chairs or purchase food. There are also other beach restaurants nearby which were great. Would I stay again, probably, but really wish they would take the time to pick up some garbage and sweep the property.

It was an okay stay . Quite friendly staff etc but construction around the beach area . Room was clean basic amenities etc . Pool was decent overall cleanliness was good and a pretty good stay location . It’s too bad that the place is full of not so friendly Russians .

Stayed in a basic bungalow with A/C — great beachfront location and very affordable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had essentials like a fridge, Wi-Fi, and a fan. However, the bungalow was quite rustic: bed was hard, A/C needed maintenance, and cleanliness could be improved (some mold and bugs spotted). Good for budget travelers who don’t mind a basic setup and want to be close to the beach.

Cons:
Basic room is unacceptable
Staff are very unfriendly
Heavy construction next door 7-9 daily
Lots of stray dogs
Use plastic bags to light the restaurant barbecue

We arrived and checked out imediately. The hotel looked better online than for real. It is not on the beach and the staff is really unfriendly espacially in the restaurant. So we had to pay without staying there. It's annoying.

Beach helps.

This place was okay. The beach was nice but there were only hard beach chairs and not enough. No shade if not under one of the umbrellas. Hotel staff were nice enough but restaurant/bar staff were pretty gruff. Overpriced compared to other places we stayed in Vietnam.

In my opinion, I don't recommend..

First, taxi driver couldn't find this resort.
(Locaton is so so) And the staff is not friendly. Just focus on using phone and internet. And room is a bit scary and smelly... But breakfast was good. Hủ tiếu was delicious. Overall...staff is not friendly so I don't like here.

Staff was great at working out a few kinks we encountered. Their rooms are newly redone and are very nice and large. The beach is great, as well as the food, and they even have motorcycles to rent for a few dollars a day. A very nice place!

Clean except for the quilt

Mossy walkways are slippery after the rain.
Staff can be better trained in communicating in English.
Nice view of sunset from the beachfront restaurant.
Generally clean but comparable rms can be had at other resorts at a lower rate.

Nice stay at the beach

This hotel was pretty nice, definitely a good value for the price. Set a little way from the main road, it was very calm and quiet. A short walk over the marsh will take you to the beach and the restaurant. Gorgeous sunsets on the beach, and the breakfast was quite good. Comfy bungalow with a great little patio area, it was a tiny bit musty smelling, but nothing serious. Friendly staff. Don't expect to be in the lap of luxury, but still a recommended stay for a chill place on the beach.

가성비 최고

위치가 매우 좋아요. 도보 1분거리에 해수욕장이 있어요. 27개월 아기와 함께 20일동안 머물면서 수영 실컷 했어요. 수영장 물도 깨끗하고 아이가 놀기 좋은 얕은 풀장이 따로 있어요.
화장실 수압이 약하고 방갈로 스타일이라 도마뱀이
나오지만 가성비 생각하면 정말 좋습니다. 킹콩마트까지 걸어 갈 수 있는 거리예요. 그래도 더우니 큰길에서 빈버스 타는것도 좋아요. 정거장이
가까워요. 주변에 식당도 많아요. 장기 여행자라면 이 숙소가 좋을거라 생각해요.
사진도 잘 나옵니다. 꽃과 나무가 예뻐요.

Det är ett fint område, genuint men boendet spartanskt. Mycket ödlor, som bodde i taket på vår bungalow och sprang intervaller där på nätterna.
I ett land där alla är väldigt trevliga var det här mer europeisk standard på välkomnandet.

Die Lage ist super. Man kann fast alles zu Fuß oder mit dem kostenlosen Bus erreich. Der Bungalow ist auch gut, nur das Waschbecken mit dem Schimmel war nicht so schön. Wir würden trotzdem wieder dort hin fahren.

部屋にカビくさい、幸い今回泊まらず、夜のフライトに搭乗するために短時間滞在しただけ。部屋は広いが、トイレの隣にシャワーという原始的、シャワーの水温が安定してますが、水がヒョロヒョロしかでない。ロシア人年寄り夫婦とお子さん連れの家族いっぱいいたが、日本人にはちょっと厳しい。バックパッカー族には十分だと思う

宿泊料がとても安いのであまり期待しませんでしたが、結論から言うと、とても良い宿を選択したと満足しています。確かに部屋等は古く、アメニティは乏しいですが、床は大理石の様な冷たい素材で気持ちよく過ごせましたし、空港送迎も事前に予約すると無料でしてくださいました。2日間貸し切りのタクシーの予約をお願いすると　とても安価でスタッフの方が観光地を回って下さり良い思い出が出来ました。アットホームで居心地の良いオンザビーチのレストランもここに決めて良かったと思う理由です。朝食はメニューより選びます。ボリュームは今ひとつ無い印象を受けますが、バナナのパンケーキと温かいミルクコーヒーは絶品なので是非注文してみて下さい。

Grymt läge men ostädat

Poolen var bra och nära rummen , däremot var det skitigt på rummen svårt att få plats på solstolar vid havet , snål frukost och ostädad resturang.. Synd för resorten ligger ljuvligt och är väldigt fint planerad.

sejour tres agréable. Les bungalows (quoique un peu vétustes au point de SE) sont très agréables bien placés. Le cadre général est paradisiaque avec un accès à la plage typique avec ce pont. Un restau de plage avec une carte correcte. Dès l'arrivée nous somme dépaysés avec une vue sur la piscine bien concue et un vue au loin de la mer

ビーチすぐ、レストランもあり、思ったより綺麗なプール。ランドリーサービス、延長なども快く受付てくれる。
併設レストランの朝食、ランチ、夕飯のバーベキューも安くて美味しい。
前もって頼めば、無料で空港に迎えのタクシーが来てくれました。

Schönes Plätzchen etwas abseits vom Trubel

Für ein paar Tage Strandurlaub war die Unterkunft genau richtig. Auch wenn die Bungalows ihre besten Tage hinter sich haben, hat man alles, was man braucht. Ruhig gelegen, Restaurant direkt am Strand, weitere Bars und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die sich um alles gekümmert haben.

2 minuten naar eigen strand. Eigen restaurant aan het strand. Prima ontbijt, ook overige maaltijden zijn goed. Vooral heerlijke vis. Ook nabij eet en drinkgelegenheden volop aanwezig.

Отличный отдых.

В отель попали случайно, так как в последний момент пришел отказ из ранее забронированного.Отдохнули отлично! Да, отель не первой свежести, старая сантехника и мебель, но отличный пляж, внимательный и отзывчивый персонал с лихвой компенсируют эти недостатки! В стоимость номера (очень небольшую) входит ещё и шикарный завтрак из 3х позиций с большим выбором вариантов. И вообще ресторан отеля гораздо дешевле и вкуснее остальных посещенных нами мест. Поэтому в обед надо было поторопиться занять столик. Единственный минус-долгое ожидание заказа при полной загрузке ресторана. Кстати, на мостике по дороге к пляжу есть перила с 2х сторон, сам отель очень тихий, небольшой, уютный. В общем, если еще поедем на Фукуок, то сюда. До города пешком далековато, но при желании можно дойти пешком. Такси всегда стояли у соседнего отеля (слева если выйти на главную дорогу)10 мин.и 50-60.000 донгов (около 150 руб.)
