I really liked my suite, it has a full size fridge, the kitchen is very well equipped, the only thing I hated were my neighbors. They stayed up too late and they were really loud. I had to call front desk but this couple didn't care

This hotel jacked up the rate to luxury prices on a football weekend. Queen-size bed despite plenty of room for a king and no bed stand on one side. Blinking light in the smoke detector was annoying in the dark. And worst of all -- no housekeeping service during our stay. The staff were apathetic. In all, what a fail for the HUGE price.

Great place to stay in the Little Apple! Availability is wonderful when KSU games are played away and bigger KSU functions are not in play. If you choose a weekend for big functions and games - book extra early advance. Clean, comfortable and great staff. If you are a late check in (after 11:00pm) be mindful of your surroundings as there were sketchy people walking, biking and driving around the lots (there are 2 other hotels next door) and the parking lot lighting for all is very low and dark.

Some stuff didn’t work in my room, or was not fully attached so they “broke” during my stay. Floormates were noisy but that’s not on staff or the hotel. But in a good location and I liked the space I had in the suite to cook, if I could, and microwave and had a fridge!

Room was very comfortable and spacious. We were there for one night but I would definitely return. I would give the beds 3 out of 5 (a little firm for me) There is no breakfast, however, little convenience store was nice (a little pricey $2.50 for a cheese stick) and wish they had half & half for the coffee. The 2 desk agents we met were exceptionally nice! They did a wonderful job making us feel welcomed.

We have stayed here several times, but the last two times we’ve left disappointed. This weekend, our tv didn’t work so we missed the big game. I asked for help at the front desk, was told the next person on duty (arriving in 3 hours) could help, but I never heard from that staff member.

Our AC would not get the room cold as we like it although we had the thermostat all the way down to 65. It was still approximately 70 degrees.

The WiFi was lagging so bad it was hard to stream the game or do any work online.

Unfortunately, we had already made reset for two future weekends at this property and we’ve been informed that if we cancel, we forfeit the entire cost of the reservations of $400 . We’re not happy! We will not be staying here or recommending this hotel to our friends and family. Loyal IHG customers, but we will be booking elsewhere from now on.

Very easy and convenient to get around to all areas of Manhattan from the hotel. The train tracks being less than a block away led to a couple brief periods of some noise each day, but it was much better than I expected when first seeing where the tracks were.

My TV did not turn on in my room no matter what I tried. Also you cannot turn the AC on constant fan so you have to sleep in complete silence because the TV didn’t work either. You’d think for 270$ a night that these wouldn’t have been issues.

We had never stayed here before, and we really enjoyed the studio atmosphere with the recliner and plenty of desk space. It was perfect for us! The staff was SO friendly and truly made us feel like they were glad to have us there when we checked in at 2:00ish on 9/18/21. The two gals were cheerful, smiling, and obviously happy to be at their jobs. We were very pleased with the amount of parking available. The surrounding area was lovely and felt safe and well lit when we returned late Saturday night. We plan to stay here again because we had such a positive experience.

Ev n though the hotel was quite full, Check-in was quick and efficient. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large and comfortable. Amenities included a small two burner cook top and microwave for in room meal prep. For dining out, multiple restaurants were within walking distance or a short drive. Overall a very pleasant stay.

No I’ve machine, anywhere in the hotel. Attendant said to turn on ice machine in the room but that didn’t help when needed ice right then! So why not advised no ice at check-in? No sleep. Person next door had TV on ALL NIGHT and so loud and/or close to the headboard of the bed was like in the same room. Light in bathroom over the sink did not work. Dated decor. All around so NOT worth $165, especially not in Manhattan Ks

Amazing location! I traveled with my miniature dachshund for an appointment at the Kansas State Veterinary Hospital. One of the entrances exits out into a nice park area. I was delighted to discover a Christmas light festival was set up for the holidays. It was a wonderful place to walk my pup. The room was spacious with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a mini stove cooktop. There was a long work area and lots of storage. The bathroom was also roomy with good storage. The bed was comfortable and pillows were comfortable. Other than a couple of bumps overhead the room was quiet. I will be returning next year for my dachshund’s yearly appointment.
