Awesome hotel. Clean and great for families. We had numerous rooms booked for a family reunion. It was delightful to have room play cards in the lobby breakfast area and the kids loved the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

When we pulled down the blanket on the bed the sheets were stained and one spot was weird so we pulled back the sheet and there was a blood stain on the bed pad, the door lock was also broke, and they did not answer when we called the front desk. We packed our bags walked downstairs and they moved us to a new room and we still had to have them bring new sheets because there was hair on our beds. We would have left and found a new hotel , but we had driven 8 1/2 hours to tour a college. I am so disappointed and disgusted, this hotel should not be recommended and I will not be staying with holiday inn again.

Really a 3.5 (vs a 3). The staff is great, the walkability is awesome, as is parking. BUT it is one of the more dated Holiday Inns I’ve stayed at (in the rooms mostly). My biggest complaint was how the doors stuck so bad you couldn’t open or shut them easily (adjoining rooms), the bathroom did not lock, no fan in the bathroom, the sink wouldn’t drain, the bathroom smelled like sewage in both rooms when the sink was run or toilet was flushed, the black out shades didn’t really black out, the air unit was LOUD and kicked on and off every ten minutes all night long. No breakfast, if that matters to you but decent free coffee. I would refuse to stay here again if my entire party was but wouldn’t book it again myself. Again it’s an okay place but not higher end good or great. Again, staff was great. I think it just needs a little perk up!

The room and common areas were dirty and outdated. The AC didn't work and it took at least 5 minutes to get hot water. The cabinet door to get to the fridge was broken. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I've never stayed at a Holiday Inn in this poor of condition. The person who checked me in was very nice and having the restaurant so close was a nice amenity.

Our TV service went out once, we called the front desk and they sent somebody up immediately and they fixed it. The only other problem we had was the charging station didn’t work, it was a good thing that we brought plug-ins as well. The bed was super comfy! I would totally recommend this hotel.

I accidentally reserved the room with the wrong dates. I tried to move the dates by two days. I was penalized the full price to move the dates AND would be charged full price for the new days. Hotels.com reached out to try to work out the penalties. The hotel WOULD NOT work with Hotels.com either. I booked my stay with a different hotel and received excellent treatment. I will never book with Holiday Inn again.

We stay at this property frequently when visiting K-State. It's just across the street from the student union and a short five minute walk to Aggieville.
We love it for that reason. However- the facility is showing its age. The rooms and bathrooms have paint chipping, grout that is coming off and the last few times the ironing boards have been covered in stains.
The breakfast is an extra charge and is served in the restaurant. It's nothing great. Typical hotel breakfast. This stay is the first time it has really disappointed us. The pancakes were hard and the rest of the food seemed like it was old. There were two hours left of breakfast so I would have expected better quality.
Again, for us the conveniences outweigh the breakfast quality.
I wouldn't say you should avoid this property- but manage your expectations. It's certainly not perfect.

The hotel is nice, especially the lobby and restaurant. The room was fine, except I had booked 2 rooms with 1 bed and I got ones with 2 beds; the bathroom is quite small and you can barely turn around and I am not a big person.

The only prevalent negative is the loud air conditioner/heat. The motor would kick on and woke me up many times.

But all in all, the beds and pillows were comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was quite nice. I would stay there again if I could get a mobility accessible room (granted that didn't take away from a person who really needs it). and wear earplugs at night.

It was nice to have an outdoor pool to use. Staff was friendly. The only issue was the TV remote-volume wasn’t working so we were given another one but only the volume worked on that remote. It was odd but it was fine, the front desk staff offered to fix it but I declined as it wasn’t a big deal. Would stay again.
