Updated and Clean

Upon arrival the facility looked updated and clean. Check in went smooth. Room was clean and pretty roomy. Stocked with all bathroom necessities. Breakfast was pretty decent with varieties. My children did complain about the pool having way too much Chlorine so we didn’t stay too long. My favorite part by far was the fancy coffee machine in lobby that brewed fresh coffee for you at anytime!

Extremely Loud and Incredibly Hot

HVAC would not stay as set. Fan and temperature settings kept resetting after a couple hours. Would wake up sweating and have to get up and adjust the thermostat. The door was sprung and would not seal. The large gaps allowed me to hear everything from the hallway. Had to try to sleep with noice canceling headphones, a white noise machine, and a pillow over my head.

It was terrible. I had booked a two queen bed nonsmoking room. Got there didn’t have it only a king. The room keys in the entire hotel were not working. The rooms would have pt be left propped open or you couldn’t re-enter. We asked for our money back and Wendy and Malikhai said they would take care of getting it refunded back to my account.

I would recommend the stay

Hotel desk clerk was friendly and suggested to sign up for points that would extend check out ‘til 2p.m. And the points start immediately after signing up and I said yes cause I’m winning, just checked from a 12 hr. trip for my great aunt home going celebration and to make the stay even better the hotel accommodate DOVE products in pumps… you will be clean & fresh…

Holiday travel

Roim was clean and comfortable. My 8 year old lived the breakfast. The staff were nice. If we needed anything \"ie\" fresh towles, toilet paper, trash bags, anything all we had to do was ask. It was a very pleasant place to stay.

Good overall

I work up with bug bites on my arm that I did not have the night before but I couldn’t find any evidence of what caused the bites. Over than that, it was a good stay. Breakfast offered good options in a clean environment.

What a nice place. Very quiet kid friendly place. Only issue was the elevator was not operating My husband has issues walking stairs.
My granddaughter was not happy she couldn’t play in the pool more. There was a man in the corner in the pool on his cell phone and on a laptop. She had to be careful she didn’t splash him. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. 🙃. Will stay here again as long as the elevator is fixed.

Upon arrival, we were given the wrong room, and were stuck with it as they were booked up. No venting, so the room felt like a swamp, and sleeping was like being under a wet blanket.

Subpar at Best

Location is great! Staff wasn’t very attentive when checking in and checking out. Breakfast was subpar at best. Second morning the bananas were so brown they should have been thrown away. Sausage patties were non-edible. Bed is not comfortable either as it must be a hard mattress and I like softer mattresses.

The staff was friendly and professional and the room was ok. The bathroom was the issue as the sink and tub were dirty and the floor did not appear as it had been mopped in awhile.

The refrigerator in the room had an old salad in it.

Wonderful

We had such a great stay here and the customer service at the front desk was amazing. Tania went above and beyond to help me out with a situation and it was so appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in town next.

The room was nice. The towels in the bathroom were starting to rip at the edges and had large strings hanging down in the middle, but they were the smaller hand towels which we didn’t need to use anyways, so not a big deal. Pool and fitness center were very nice. The bed linens were cleaned and super soft. The bed mattress is very firm. The location is convenient and clean. Walmart is very close by if you have forgotten anything.
The only thing I wish would have been different is that there did not appear to be many guests staying at this hotel yet we were in a room next to someone who was acting like he was at home and we could hear his every word. Not their fault, but would have been nice to have been in a room not next to anyone else. Overall a nice stay

Rooms were clean and the breakfast was hot with a variety if options. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights and opted for eco-friendly with no daily service of our room. They brought us towels when we asked for them, had a nice pool area that was clean and stocked with towels. The check in staff was friendly and super easy. Definitely a place we will stay when we are in the area again!
